There is no signal in the next two days. Because daily work and meetings are required, the roaming traffic of your mobile phone can be used, which is affected by a large amount. Great hotel. Everything is clean, beautiful, tasteful. The location is convenient, away from the noisy center, so there is perfect silence at night. The staff is friendly and courteous. The men in the restaurant simply captivated us: kind, caring, attentive, especially Franco with his charming smile. True Italian hospitality! How delicious!!! My wife is lactose intolerant, so they customized all the dishes and compliments individually for her. It’s incredibly nice, thank you all so much! The room is comfortable, clean and the view is fantastic! We will definitely come back here! We recommend it to everyone from the bottom of our hearts.

Hotel itself is pretty standard as what you would expect from any big chain hotels, but service was definitely not up to par. We were told there would be valet service - there was none. The bus boys just told us to park ourselves. FINE. Then after I've checked in I asked if the luggage will be sent up to our room - reception then asked if I got a luggage ticket to which I told him we weren't given anything. The bus boys just stood around the entrance. He said they would be sent up shortly but given how they were just standing around we just took our luggage ourselves - mind you I am 6 months pregnant and obviously so but they did not offer any help. Once we got to our room the air conditioning was not working - we kept dialing it down but there was no air. Amazing to find out the AC wasn't working for the price we paid. The room is stuffy and even the hallway was cooler. Also during our stay there was conference - we were given a room on the same floor as conference participants and as expected they were loud and rowdy at night. We could hear them talking in the hallway at night when we called reception they said there was nothing they can do. So very helpful. Upon check out, the same bus boy stood around while watching a pregnant lady wheel 4 pieces of luggage out. I really just wonder what they do other than standing around all day hanging in the shade. Service is terrible here and I've had better service at small boutique or family run hotels than here. The only upside to this stay was that the rooms are spacious and clean and that's about it.
