It's only about a five-minute walk to the beach, and getting to popular spots like Terminal 21 shopping mall and Pattaya Walking Street is incredibly convenient, which significantly cut down on travel time and costs for our family trip. The hotel facilities are very family-friendly. Our room was clean and spacious, and some room types offer city views. The rooftop pool was a huge hit with the kids, and while they played, parents could relax and enjoy the scenery. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, catering to different international tastes. The staff were all very friendly and proactive in offering suggestions for getting around. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making daily life very easy. Considering its location, facilities, and price, it’s a highly cost-effective choice for a family stay in downtown Pattaya. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone planning a family vacation.

Our second stop on this trip was the Pullman Pattaya Hotel G, nestled on a private stretch of Wong Amat Beach. The hotel offers 353 newly renovated rooms across its main building and Pool Wing. The Premium Pool Access rooms on the ground floor allow direct entry to the pool from the balcony. The Sea View rooms in the main building offer breathtaking, unobstructed panoramic ocean views, with sights extending to the Hilton Pattaya Beach, Bali Hai Pier, and Koh Larn. Relaxing on the balcony with the moist sea breeze and watching the sunset was incredibly rejuvenating. The hotel boasts two outdoor pools adjacent to the beach, plus a kids' pool. The sun loungers by the poolside bar, along with the popular beach bar, create a laid-back vibe on the private beach. Guests can enjoy both motorized and non-motorized water sports here, including snorkeling, paddleboarding, and jet skiing. The breakfast was abundant, featuring options like stir-fried minced pork with basil (Pad Krapow), Indian curries, and Western dishes. There were three automatic coffee machines, and dining by the pool was very relaxing, as was sitting by the sea to enjoy the beautiful views. For leisure, the Aisawan Spa offers traditional Thai massages, while the gym and billiard room cater to indoor fitness needs. The beachfront restaurant and several bars provide all-day dining options. Stepping out, a left turn leads to convenient amenities like 7-Eleven, Lotus's, and Daily supermarkets, along with a row of Thai restaurants and massage shops. A 500-meter walk north and then a left turn brings you to a local night market, making the location extremely convenient. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to Terminal 21. The only minor issue is that the hotel itself is a bit older, but the recent renovation has added modern touches like master lighting controls, flat LED TVs, and capsule coffee machines in the rooms. The air conditioning in the rooms was very strong and effective.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was overall very pleased with my experience. I was given a nice room on the top floor with a pleasant view of the pool. Housekeeping came daily, and towels were refreshed regularly, although the bed linen was changed only once during my stay. Breakfast was a highlight - varied and enjoyable, offering something for everyone. The pool itself was excellent, and I appreciated that pool towels were available for guests. The location is fairly convenient: the beach can be reached in about 15-20 minutes at a relaxed walking pace. The hotel is set on a relatively quiet street with little traffic, which makes for a peaceful atmosphere. Apart from these points, I would describe it as a standard hotel without any extraordinary features, but it fulfills all the essential expectations. Considering the price, I believe the value offered is more than fair, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced stay.

I have stayed here a few times and it’s always very enjoyable. The rooms are clean and spacious and cleaned daily. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful with different dishes each day. Check-in and checkout is efficient. Although situated on the main road between Jomtien and the city it is quiet. You can easily get a 10baht taxi to go to either Jomtien or Pattaya city right outside the hotel. Looking forward to my next relaxing stay

A very pleasant stay! The front desk staff could speak Chinese, which was a great help. The room was clean, the bed was tidy, and it came with toiletries (though no comb). There were two bottles of purified water in the fridge. The air conditioning was also very strong, perfect for hot Thailand. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great; I could hear motorcycles speeding by at night and people talking in the hallway, but the hotel did provide earplugs. (I'd recommend everyone avoid talking loudly in the hallway at night to avoid disturbing others). The hotel's location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from the largest 7-Eleven in Pattaya. You can find most daily necessities and food there. Plus, directly opposite the 7-Eleven is a 24-hour laundromat with newer and more complete machines than the one downstairs at the hotel (you need to buy your own laundry detergent and fabric softener, which you can get at the supermarket or buy at the laundromat itself).

I've been to Pattaya dozens of times, and for the past few years, I've consistently stayed at this hotel. I stayed for a week each in January and July last year, and again for a week this time. I booked a room without breakfast, but at check-in, I was upgraded to a higher floor for around 850 baht a day, not including breakfast. The hotel service is excellent; the bellhops always greet you and offer assistance, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. The hotel is connected to Terminal 21, so you can walk directly into the mall from the lobby. The room size is decent, and it has a balcony with a sea view. The sea views from the Hilton here are even more stunning. There's an outdoor observation deck on the 32nd floor offering a more panoramic view, and you can even see the Sanctuary of Truth. The housekeeping staff are also wonderful; they keep everything spotless. I give them 40 baht in tips every day, as they really work the hardest. The drinks and water in the mini-fridge are replenished daily for free, and the pool is also great. Check-in is generally in the afternoon, so if you arrive early, you might need to store your luggage before returning to check in. The hotel's location is superb. Pattaya is a small city, and this hotel is very close to the beach. Tiffany's Show is right downstairs, and there's a Big C supermarket to the left when you exit. The night market is also downstairs and sometimes moves to the first floor of the mall. Every morning, there are various free classes available for an hour. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel.

A very large, comfortable room. Despite the busy area within walking distance, the hotel's remote location makes it very quiet. A large table and ample crockery are provided. We enjoyed the 150 baht breakfasts, which were excellent. Nuggets, spring rolls, sausages, eggs, fruit, drinks, vegetables, and toast are included. Everything you need to cook is prepared especially for you. The sea is a leisurely 10-15 minute walk away. There are also many shops and cafes nearby. The observation deck and the Big Buddha are also within walking distance.
