The hotel is conveniently located about 4km from Terminal 21 Pattaya, and there's a Tops Daily convenience store just 200 meters outside with everything you could need. The facilities are great, with several pools of different sizes, a gym, and a beach. It's perfect for families with kids. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and there's even a Chinese-speaking front desk agent who will even guide you if you're unsure about directions. The restaurant is fantastic too, offering a wide variety of Thai and Western dishes, plus a bar. In the evenings, there are live singers performing on the white sand beach. It's incredibly relaxing to enjoy the sea breeze, ocean view, and music! There are also plenty of photo opportunities around the hotel; my wife went crazy taking pictures! Oh, and it's also very close to the biggest seafood market! You can pick out your seafood and find nearby restaurants that will cook it for you.

I originally booked a different hotel next door, but it was so bad that I made a last-minute booking to move to this hotel in the middle of the night. Overall verdict: It's a decent place to stay. The facilities, as shown in the pictures, are quite modern and standard, offering good comfort. It's located in the middle of an alley, about a 5-minute walk to the beach if you go left, and a 15-minute walk to Terminal 21 if you go right. You can catch a 'songthaew' (shared taxi) from either end of the alley, which is very convenient. When checking out, I couldn't get a Grab car, so I asked the front desk for help, and they managed to get one for me. The service was excellent. PS: There's a big bar downstairs that's loud until the early hours every day. If you're a light sleeper, definitely ask for a room not directly above the bar.

Our second stop on this trip was the Pullman Pattaya Hotel G, nestled on a private stretch of Wong Amat Beach. The hotel offers 353 newly renovated rooms across its main building and Pool Wing. The Premium Pool Access rooms on the ground floor allow direct entry to the pool from the balcony. The Sea View rooms in the main building offer breathtaking, unobstructed panoramic ocean views, with sights extending to the Hilton Pattaya Beach, Bali Hai Pier, and Koh Larn. Relaxing on the balcony with the moist sea breeze and watching the sunset was incredibly rejuvenating. The hotel boasts two outdoor pools adjacent to the beach, plus a kids' pool. The sun loungers by the poolside bar, along with the popular beach bar, create a laid-back vibe on the private beach. Guests can enjoy both motorized and non-motorized water sports here, including snorkeling, paddleboarding, and jet skiing. The breakfast was abundant, featuring options like stir-fried minced pork with basil (Pad Krapow), Indian curries, and Western dishes. There were three automatic coffee machines, and dining by the pool was very relaxing, as was sitting by the sea to enjoy the beautiful views. For leisure, the Aisawan Spa offers traditional Thai massages, while the gym and billiard room cater to indoor fitness needs. The beachfront restaurant and several bars provide all-day dining options. Stepping out, a left turn leads to convenient amenities like 7-Eleven, Lotus's, and Daily supermarkets, along with a row of Thai restaurants and massage shops. A 500-meter walk north and then a left turn brings you to a local night market, making the location extremely convenient. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to Terminal 21. The only minor issue is that the hotel itself is a bit older, but the recent renovation has added modern touches like master lighting controls, flat LED TVs, and capsule coffee machines in the rooms. The air conditioning in the rooms was very strong and effective.

I was visiting the city for a business meeting and stayed at this hotel for one day. The property itself is good and offers nice facilities, including a good pool and gym . However, they have a strange policy of charging 500 THB for every visitor to your room. My UK colleague and I were very upset about this, as we had planned to invite our clients to the hotel for a presentation. At the last moment, we had to cancel due to this policy. We also observed behavior from some of the Thai staff that appeared discriminatory toward many Indian and china guests. We witnessed very poor treatment to india family staying near us. It’s important to understand that hospitality should be about treating people with respect, regardless of nationality or race. The staff’s attitude and behavior definitely need improvement. This is surprising, as Thailand is generally known for its excellent hospitality. The owner should address this issue seriously. Overall, while the property and facilities are good, the service experience was disappointing.

The shower water pressure was quite weak, which made showers less enjoyable. The table in the room had some cracks and looked a bit worn out. The location is convenient, but the surrounding area can feel crowded, which might not be ideal for everyone. A very pleasant stay! The front desk staff could speak Chinese, which was a great help. The room was clean, the bed was tidy, and it came with toiletries (though no comb). There were two bottles of purified water in the fridge. The air conditioning was also very strong, perfect for hot Thailand. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great; I could hear motorcycles speeding by at night and people talking in the hallway, but the hotel did provide earplugs. (I'd recommend everyone avoid talking loudly in the hallway at night to avoid disturbing others). The hotel's location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from the largest 7-Eleven in Pattaya. You can find most daily necessities and food there. Plus, directly opposite the 7-Eleven is a 24-hour laundromat with newer and more complete machines than the one downstairs at the hotel (you need to buy your own laundry detergent and fabric softener, which you can get at the supermarket or buy at the laundromat itself).

A very large, comfortable room. Despite the busy area within walking distance, the hotel's remote location makes it very quiet. A large table and ample crockery are provided. We enjoyed the 150 baht breakfasts, which were excellent. Nuggets, spring rolls, sausages, eggs, fruit, drinks, vegetables, and toast are included. Everything you need to cook is prepared especially for you. The sea is a leisurely 10-15 minute walk away. There are also many shops and cafes nearby. The observation deck and the Big Buddha are also within walking distance.
