Stayed on February 10th. The open-air bath with the snow falling was special! The staff at the inn were very responsive and we were able to talk about various things, making it a great trip.

This was my first time staying here, and I was very satisfied. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
If I had one minor criticism, it would be regarding the coin-operated laundry room. The lint filter inside the washing machine was full of debris, and the area around the dryer's opening was quite dirty, which made me feel that it hadn't been properly cleaned. Other than that, the customer service, amenities, and facilities were all excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Fukushima.

Despite its excellent location right in front of Fukushima Station, the price is reasonable and offers good value for money. Cleanliness-wise, it's perfectly adequate for a business hotel. Essential amenities like a complimentary coffee maker and a coin laundry are readily available at the front desk. My only slight reservation was that, for a hotel of this caliber, breakfast was a set menu instead of a buffet. Should I need to stay in Fukushima again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

Several waiters at the front desk can‘t speak English.

Just cross the road at the west exit of the station. It's not that busy. You need to go through the underground passage to the east gate to get a JR pass. It's quiet and clean. It's 12×× yuan including breakfast. The CP value is very high. It's very friendly to people who travel and need simple accommodation

The location of this hotel is very good and it's just opposite to the railway station. Check-in is fast and the staff are nice and polite. Room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is satisfactory. Still use key to open and lock the door.

This getaway was exactly what I wanted. Traditional, immersive, comfortable, accomodating.
The staff came and greeted us in the car park, the dinner and breakfast was amazing, delicious, adventurous. And the onsen on the roof was perfect!
The staff thoroughly explained their processes. I spoke some japanese and they spoke only some english but they were very accomating with us and welcoming.
I would highly recommend and its also not far from town either.
It snowed a little the night we stayed and it was so magical!
We had our own private onsen at our room but the others in the ryokan are even better and available to be private, just lock door when your using.From$181

This was a very lovely resort! The view from our room was breathtaking!
We called for pick-up from the train station and waited about 10 minutes. The next morning our ride back to the train station was waiting when we arrived in the lobby.
The beds were prepared at 6pm. Dinner was reservation only, which we did not have. We walked 20 minutes into the little town to a hidden gem Ramen shop that opened at 7pm and the food was amazing.From$72

We used it for children's tournament accommodation.
There was free Wi-Fi and I could see YouTube.
The bed was also 2 people, I was able to sleep, and the room was large enough.
The laundry was also reasonably priced and was prepared for detergent and was saved.
The breakfast was delicious and the ice used for water bottles and icing was also free and convenient.
