Be aware that this hotel has an old and a new building! The pool and gym were in de new building and looked great. Our room however was in de old building and was not good at all. It looked rundown, was poorly maintenanced and did not have the usual facilitities (waterkettle, hairdryer, glasses) that you expect for a price like this. The reception told us that Trip.com did not update de photo's online yet. They offered us a room in the new wing but charged P1.500 per night more for that. We ended up switching rooms in the same wing which look better en spacier but the window looked out into a ventilation shaft so there was no natural daylight. This is not a 4 star hotel and heavily overpriced for what you get. Reception staff was not flexible and inadequate, no manager at the premises, the restaurant staff however was very friendly and helpfull.

I had a pleasant stay at Metrocentre Hotel in Tagbilaran. The location is very convenient, right in the city center and close to malls, restaurants, and other establishments, which made everything easily accessible. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a relaxing place to unwind after a long day. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely consider coming back on my next visit to Tagbilaran.
