Villa is located close to the sea, so it is convenient to swim in the early morning. Villa is fully equipped with necessary equipment, beautiful furniture and quite luxurious in the old European style. The current location is still in a relatively remote area, far from entertainment and eating centers, so it is quite difficult to go to eat. If you drive a car, it's not very convenient to come, and if you call a car to pick you up, you have to wait a long time. The parking lot is located outside the sea area, but there is no shuttle to take guests from outside to the villa, have to walk, so it is also difficult for elderly and travel.

It was overall a great and super comfy stay ! Everything is amazing including the rooms, private pool & beach views where sun rise and sun set is truly amazing ! Only thing is that the caddy vehicle is not available to brings us to the main gate during check in or daily when we are going out and we need to walk like 5mins from the villa to the gate, not an issue daily but when checking in with many luggages can be tiring under scorched sun…

Pros: Convenient location, only 30k VND to King Kong Mart, and Sonasea isn't far either. Beautiful environment, close to the beach. The Thai restaurant has good food, and breakfast is decent. The room was exceptionally clean, the water temperature was hot enough, and while the water pressure wasn't super strong, it was better than the other three hotels I stayed at on this trip. I highly recommend the facial; the esthetician was excellent! Areas for improvement: No beach toys provided, and it's hard to imagine a hotel not having a voltage converter to borrow. The room lighting was a bit dim. The beach water has been quite murky these past few days, a yellowish color. I booked two rooms this time and repeatedly requested connecting rooms before arrival. However, on the first day, they couldn't arrange it. I persevered on the second day, and the hotel said they could make the change. If the front desk had proactively told me on the first day that it wasn't possible then but would be on the second, I would have felt much better about it. I had booked for three nights in total.

In love with this resort 😍 we have been travelling full-time for 4 years and this resort is definitely one of my favourites ❤️ First and foremost the service is incredible and immediate, they welcome you like you are coming home and offer you lovely teas, and then later cakes in your room. They make you feel genuinely cared for during your stay... you aren't just another room number ✨️ Everything from arrival, to airport drop off was superb, and thoughtful. It's not a huge ”copy-paste” type of resort, it's very unique and zen. Wellness focused 🪷 The rooms are huge, gorgeously decorated, comfortable and equipped with everything you could need. Absolute perfection 👌🏻 There is gorgeous art throughout the resort, and I absolutely loved the welcome note along with all the little booklets in the room. The resort boasts a beautiful spa and gym, a gorgeous pool over-looking a pristine beach and one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen in my life 🏖 The breakfast was excellent and the decor in the restaurant, was once again, fabulous, with high-quality options and not to mention to free-flow sparkling wine 😍🥂 Staying at this resort is an experience, it's not just accommodation. The hotel lobby is spacious and open, and the staff are polite and friendly. The hotel has three large swimming pools, and they even have bubble parties. Right outside the pool area is a private beach, perfect for swimming, strolling, and watching both sunrise and sunset. In the evenings, there's a free beach fire show. The hotel's location is ideal. Just across the road, there's a small night market, making it easy to find food, get a massage, and there's also a supermarket (KingKong). Even when calling a Grab, it's only about a 15-minute drive to the city center. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options (Chinese, Korean, Western, Vietnamese, Indian cuisine), and the food quality is excellent. The room was clean and had a balcony where I could hang clothes to dry. The air conditioning was perfectly cold. The hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle bus, but you need to book it one day in advance. The drive to the airport takes about 15-20 minutes. Although the hotel has been renovated, the overall feel is a bit old. However, it offers great value for money.

The complex is quite large, with both high-rise and villa sections, but they are interconnected, and all facilities are shared. The overall landscape design is very impressive and well-maintained. You can access the beach directly from the hotel, which is super convenient for kids to play in the sand and sea. Plus, there's a night market right opposite the hotel with food options that are better value for money than those at Phu Quoc Grand World or Sunset Town.

Great amenities, with airport transfers from hotel to airport and buggy service to nearby attractions at Grand World. Service staff were polite. Breakfast had a great variety of selections. The only downer we had was the hotel room’s toilet bowl plumping system that caused a flood pee poop situation towards the end of our stay. First flood happened in the middle of the night, called in the repair team, and they fixed it. Early morning, the flood happened again when we used the toilet. Upon the second repair, the toilet bowl and floor was left in this state where poop stain toilet bowl and floor has left is unable to use our toilet before our check-out. Despite the great experience we had on the other aspect, this incident has left uncertain on returning to this hotel.

This is my favourite hotel at Phu Quoc. I came here twice and I only come back to the places that are 10 out of 10, not less. First of all, the staff is so nice and helpful. They upgraded my room for free after a little useless incident I had and were always ready to help, before and after the booking ! Very clean and new rooms with amazing view, the pool was especially beautiful. Also I was fascinated by the area of the hotel which looks like a garden for meditation 🧘 it felt so quiet and private to stay there, which was best for my vacation. Special thanks for vegan options at the menu 💖 Definitely coming back next time 🙏🏻

Although the room interior was quite dated, all the staff were friendly and the service was excellent. As you can see in the photos, the pool is superb, so it's a great place to stay even if just for the pool. There's a restaurant right on the beach in front of the hotel – I think it's called Sailing Club? It's fantastic to grab a pizza from there and enjoy it by the pool. Breakfast wasn't bad either. By the way, there's a banh mi shop in front of the supermarket, in front of the resort – you absolutely must try their banh mi! Other than that, everything else is overpriced and there are no good restaurants nearby. If you want to eat something delicious instead of just settling for whatever's inside or near the resort (because you're too lazy to go out), you're better off heading to the night market.

It was my son's birthday on the day we checked in, and I had asked the hotel in advance to arrange a surprise setup, which was absolutely perfect. The breakfast selection was amazing and diverse, offering Chinese, Western, Japanese, Korean, and even Vietnamese options. The hotel grounds are stunning; I took so many beautiful photos. Our Turquoise Suite was like something out of a fairytale—I couldn't be happier. We also dined at Pink Pearl, the Michelin-starred French restaurant, to celebrate my son's birthday, and they surprised us with a cake and white chocolate. There are three swimming pools, and my daughter spent all her time in them!

Walking distance to VinWonders Phu Quoc, and there's a free VinBus shuttle right outside the hotel that goes to Vinpearl Land and the safari. The hotel staff are also very happy to help you call a taxi. The room was spacious, but the soundproofing wasn't great. I was woken up early in the morning by some loud mothers and children in the hallway, I couldn't tell what nationality they were.

Very good experience for staying 3 nights.Good environment. .Entire staffs provide top n excellent service.But there was only one thing made me very angry.When we have our breakfast on 10 July 2026,I went to the counter of hand made coffee and requested 3 iced latte to take away.,the one serving with Name Batch'Hang'(a young woman)told me to wait for 5 mins since she could not find those disposable plastic cups and she was busy.After a while,may be 10 mins or more,she still had no action. So I came across and asked for my 3 requested latte.Her facial expression was very impatient. Just give me 1 plastic cup for which seemed to be prepared for a long time. Then I asked for another 2.She went to another machine（those machine can make cappuccino, Latte. expresso）to press another cup for me.Then I ask where my third one?She replied me breakfast time was over.She refused to make.I emphasized I have made the order before the closing time of breakfast and she promised to make the 3 iced latte.At this moment, I said I would make complaint afterwards and ask for her name.She just hidden herself understeer cupboard and refused to show her name badge. Does this is the normal preference of Sheraton staff？Can this kind of service level can ranking a 5 star international hotel?

The place is absolutely beautiful, and the beach offers some of the most stunning views. The service and villas are amazing, especially with the pool and the perfectly cool air conditioning. The buffet is delicious for both breakfast and dinner. I tried the pasta, burgers, salads, and the omelet for breakfast, all very tasty. The staff are friendly and respectful. Transportation to and from activities is free, as is the shuttle to the airport. The villas have a classic, not old, and spacious feel. The only downside was that the iron wasn't working, but they provided a replacement. Also, there's no washing machine, which might be important for some guests.

We did not expect much but it really surprised us. It is clear that the Palmy used to be a grand hotel and, yes, it needs some investment in the general areas, but it really met our demands. The room is big and spacious and it was clean. There is a big balcony with two reclining chairs where you can dry your towels or swimming suits. The beds are big and comfy and the towels have excellent quality. The TV has access to YouTube and other apps, which we loved . Our deal included breakfast ( buffet style) which we also loved and the best of all is the front swimming pool with private access to the beach. All in all, top choice for the price you pay. We tried to extend our stay but it was fully booked. We will definitely go back in the future.
