Villa is located close to the sea, so it is convenient to swim in the early morning. Villa is fully equipped with necessary equipment, beautiful furniture and quite luxurious in the old European style. The current location is still in a relatively remote area, far from entertainment and eating centers, so it is quite difficult to go to eat. If you drive a car, it's not very convenient to come, and if you call a car to pick you up, you have to wait a long time. The parking lot is located outside the sea area, but there is no shuttle to take guests from outside to the villa, have to walk, so it is also difficult for elderly and travel.

It was overall a great and super comfy stay ! Everything is amazing including the rooms, private pool & beach views where sun rise and sun set is truly amazing ! Only thing is that the caddy vehicle is not available to brings us to the main gate during check in or daily when we are going out and we need to walk like 5mins from the villa to the gate, not an issue daily but when checking in with many luggages can be tiring under scorched sun…

The breakfast is delicious and fresh, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They frequently check the rooms, always replenishing towels and amenities. If I ever come back to Phu Quoc or if friends visit, I would definitely recommend Salinda Resort. I traveled with my son and daughter and booked two rooms. My son was very satisfied with his room, noting that it was spacious with a large bathroom, perfect for him to sleep alone.

From the moment I was collected at the airport to the seamless check-in experience, everything at the Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc was first class. As a VIP member, I was delighted to be upgraded to a beautiful King Suite with as sea view of the Gulf of Thailand, and enjoyed complimentary half board throughout my stay, which made the experience even more special. What impressed me most was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone worked hard to ensure my stay was comfortable, relaxing and completely stress free. A special mention must go to George and Vitia, who were exceptional throughout my visit. They are outstanding ambassadors for the Radisson brand and their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. The resort itself is stunning. The enormous swimming pool and pristine private beach make this a must-visit destination when travelling to Phu Quoc. The food was excellent throughout, with the breakfast buffet being particularly impressive, offering an incredible variety and quality. This was my first stay at the Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc, but it certainly won’t be my last. I look forward to returning soon with my family, and I know they will absolutely love it just as much as I did. Highly recommended. ★★★★★

However, the overall environment is lovely, and I feel very close to nature here. The spa is absolutely highly recommended! Go for the most expensive treatment; it's so relaxing you'll almost fall asleep – simply amazing!

Our first time experiencing this place at SOL was simply amazing! The private beach and pool with breathtaking sunset views were absolutely stunning. The service was excellent, and the staff were young, cheerful, and incredibly quick and enthusiastic to help us. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a thank you note along with a dessert from SOL. Additionally, SOL offers complimentary afternoon tea and a variety of services like yoga, a gym, and a spa. The breakfast was diverse and delicious. The dinner had a good variety of delicious food, and the breakfast changed slightly each of the 3 days, so it never got boring. This hotel offered a fantastic check-in experience! The facilities were excellent, with pools of varying depths and a private beach. They even provided free kayak rentals. Even though we arrived before check-in time, the hotel thoughtfully arranged for us to enjoy complimentary snacks and relax at the restaurant. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with massage parlors, a supermarket, and a variety of international dining options nearby, including Italian restaurants, Vietnamese pho, and French bakeries. For transportation, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Sunset Town and Sun World Cable Car Station, running approximately every half hour. However, the return shuttle schedule is less convenient, especially after watching the 'Kiss of the Sea' show (which ends around 9:35 PM). In that case, I recommend taking a taxi, tuk-tuk, or Grab back to the hotel. The fare is usually around 70,000 VND, but be aware that some drivers soliciting rides on the spot might quote prices up to 100,000 VND, so it's good to be cautious.

I visited last week during Phu Quoc's rainy season, so it was pretty much raining constantly. The hotel wasn't very busy, mostly with Chinese guests. While the environment is beautiful, the service was poor. I booked two rooms and they were upgraded to sea-view rooms. Around 2-3 AM on the night we checked in, the fire alarm in both of our rooms went off automatically. We rushed out of the hotel only to find nothing was wrong; only our rooms had alarms sounding. My kids and elderly family members were all startled awake. No hotel staff contacted us or checked on us at the time, and no one seemed to care. The next day, I proactively went to the front desk to complain about the incident. The front desk explained that the hotel system had an anomaly the previous night, which could cause random rooms to trigger automatic alarms. They offered a verbal apology, and that was it – no substantial compensation. Then, on the second night, my 3-year-old child was playing on the hotel sofa. Because the edge of the sofa was rounded and slippery, my child fell off and fractured their arm. The next day, I asked hotel staff about hospital arrangements. The hotel only sent a local staff member who spoke English and Vietnamese, even though there were clearly Chinese-speaking staff available. They only provided a car to the hospital. Compared to how they treat Caucasian guests, there's a clear disparity in service. After my child had a cast put on at the hospital, the hotel still didn't follow up or check in on us. Honestly, the service here is much worse than Marriott in China.

This is an amazing hotel. The customer service here is top tier! There was a minor issue with my room but it was resolved quickly, a lovely apology letter was left on my door, AND I was given a basket of fruits with another apology letter. The view from my room (7th floor) was absolutely breathtaking. I am not a breakfast girl but the breakfast buffet is plentiful and have vegan options (which I needed). The hotel offers a lot of amenities and things to do nearby. A nice touch is the free shuttle bus to and from the various nearby locations (safari, grand world, vinworld, etc) AND to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Ralph was also an amazing help during my stay. He arranged me trusting taxis that took me to my desired places and back to the hotel. Great guy and customer service!

The hotel lobby is huge. We stayed in a villa this time, and the tuk-tuk service provided free transfers to the lobby throughout our stay. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to the airport, which needs to be booked two days in advance. Additionally, the hotel has a poolside BBQ buffet with a fire performance and a live band show; booking in advance gets you a 15% discount. The hotel staff are warm and friendly, always greeting you as they pass by. It's a very family-friendly resort! There are also free shuttle buses to the zoo, amusement park, and Grand World Phu Quoc. All attractions are very close to the hotel, making it easier when traveling with children. The hotel's buffet has a lot of food, but it's the same every day, and the taste is decent. We only booked breakfast. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a kids' club, spa, golf, and cycling, so you can easily spend a whole day at the hotel even if it rains. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of a trash can in the villa living room. Housekeeping came daily to clean the room and the pool. Also, some staff at the hotel's cafe were unprofessional; they were loud, took half an hour to serve food, didn't proactively ask what you wanted or offer recommendations, and some even had sour expressions.

My opinion is mixed. The hotel's location is great, but it's quite noisy (thin walls, construction). It's a shame it's not very well-maintained; it has the potential to be super. The staff was very responsive. We had an issue with our room because the hotel was full, but they immediately understood and changed our room. However, this new room was very dark and rather gloomy, with a view of a tree instead of the garden. It wasn't possible for us to stay multiple days in that room. They understood right away and gave us a brighter room with a pool view. There are 3 pools for those who like to swim, otherwise the beach is right in front, which is fantastic. For breakfast, I prefer sweet over savory, so it was a bit disappointing for me as there was only coffee, bread, and a few fruits. Still, it was decent. The town is very lively, and in the evenings, it feels more like Thailand.
