Villa is located close to the sea, so it is convenient to swim in the early morning. Villa is fully equipped with necessary equipment, beautiful furniture and quite luxurious in the old European style. The current location is still in a relatively remote area, far from entertainment and eating centers, so it is quite difficult to go to eat. If you drive a car, it's not very convenient to come, and if you call a car to pick you up, you have to wait a long time. The parking lot is located outside the sea area, but there is no shuttle to take guests from outside to the villa, have to walk, so it is also difficult for elderly and travel.

It was overall a great and super comfy stay ! Everything is amazing including the rooms, private pool & beach views where sun rise and sun set is truly amazing ! Only thing is that the caddy vehicle is not available to brings us to the main gate during check in or daily when we are going out and we need to walk like 5mins from the villa to the gate, not an issue daily but when checking in with many luggages can be tiring under scorched sun…

Pros: Convenient location, only 30k VND to King Kong Mart, and Sonasea isn't far either. Beautiful environment, close to the beach. The Thai restaurant has good food, and breakfast is decent. The room was exceptionally clean, the water temperature was hot enough, and while the water pressure wasn't super strong, it was better than the other three hotels I stayed at on this trip. I highly recommend the facial; the esthetician was excellent! Areas for improvement: No beach toys provided, and it's hard to imagine a hotel not having a voltage converter to borrow. The room lighting was a bit dim. The beach water has been quite murky these past few days, a yellowish color. I booked two rooms this time and repeatedly requested connecting rooms before arrival. However, on the first day, they couldn't arrange it. I persevered on the second day, and the hotel said they could make the change. If the front desk had proactively told me on the first day that it wasn't possible then but would be on the second, I would have felt much better about it. I had booked for three nights in total.

In love with this resort 😍 we have been travelling full-time for 4 years and this resort is definitely one of my favourites ❤️ First and foremost the service is incredible and immediate, they welcome you like you are coming home and offer you lovely teas, and then later cakes in your room. They make you feel genuinely cared for during your stay... you aren't just another room number ✨️ Everything from arrival, to airport drop off was superb, and thoughtful. It's not a huge ”copy-paste” type of resort, it's very unique and zen. Wellness focused 🪷 The rooms are huge, gorgeously decorated, comfortable and equipped with everything you could need. Absolute perfection 👌🏻 There is gorgeous art throughout the resort, and I absolutely loved the welcome note along with all the little booklets in the room. The resort boasts a beautiful spa and gym, a gorgeous pool over-looking a pristine beach and one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen in my life 🏖 The breakfast was excellent and the decor in the restaurant, was once again, fabulous, with high-quality options and not to mention to free-flow sparkling wine 😍🥂 Staying at this resort is an experience, it's not just accommodation. The complex is quite large, with both high-rise and villa sections, but they are interconnected, and all facilities are shared. The overall landscape design is very impressive and well-maintained. You can access the beach directly from the hotel, which is super convenient for kids to play in the sand and sea. Plus, there's a night market right opposite the hotel with food options that are better value for money than those at Phu Quoc Grand World or Sunset Town.

From the moment I was collected at the airport to the seamless check-in experience, everything at the Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc was first class. As a VIP member, I was delighted to be upgraded to a beautiful King Suite with as sea view of the Gulf of Thailand, and enjoyed complimentary half board throughout my stay, which made the experience even more special. What impressed me most was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone worked hard to ensure my stay was comfortable, relaxing and completely stress free. A special mention must go to George and Vitia, who were exceptional throughout my visit. They are outstanding ambassadors for the Radisson brand and their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. The resort itself is stunning. The enormous swimming pool and pristine private beach make this a must-visit destination when travelling to Phu Quoc. The food was excellent throughout, with the breakfast buffet being particularly impressive, offering an incredible variety and quality. This was my first stay at the Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc, but it certainly won’t be my last. I look forward to returning soon with my family, and I know they will absolutely love it just as much as I did. Highly recommended. ★★★★★

This is my favourite hotel at Phu Quoc. I came here twice and I only come back to the places that are 10 out of 10, not less. First of all, the staff is so nice and helpful. They upgraded my room for free after a little useless incident I had and were always ready to help, before and after the booking ! Very clean and new rooms with amazing view, the pool was especially beautiful. Also I was fascinated by the area of the hotel which looks like a garden for meditation 🧘 it felt so quiet and private to stay there, which was best for my vacation. Special thanks for vegan options at the menu 💖 Definitely coming back next time 🙏🏻

The dinner had a good variety of delicious food, and the breakfast changed slightly each of the 3 days, so it never got boring. The pool was large and clean, and having the sea right there was fantastic. The pick-up and drop-off services were also convenient and appreciated.

Although the room interior was quite dated, all the staff were friendly and the service was excellent. As you can see in the photos, the pool is superb, so it's a great place to stay even if just for the pool. There's a restaurant right on the beach in front of the hotel – I think it's called Sailing Club? It's fantastic to grab a pizza from there and enjoy it by the pool. Breakfast wasn't bad either. By the way, there's a banh mi shop in front of the supermarket, in front of the resort – you absolutely must try their banh mi! Other than that, everything else is overpriced and there are no good restaurants nearby. If you want to eat something delicious instead of just settling for whatever's inside or near the resort (because you're too lazy to go out), you're better off heading to the night market.

I visited last week during Phu Quoc's rainy season, so it was pretty much raining constantly. The hotel wasn't very busy, mostly with Chinese guests. While the environment is beautiful, the service was poor. I booked two rooms and they were upgraded to sea-view rooms. Around 2-3 AM on the night we checked in, the fire alarm in both of our rooms went off automatically. We rushed out of the hotel only to find nothing was wrong; only our rooms had alarms sounding. My kids and elderly family members were all startled awake. No hotel staff contacted us or checked on us at the time, and no one seemed to care. The next day, I proactively went to the front desk to complain about the incident. The front desk explained that the hotel system had an anomaly the previous night, which could cause random rooms to trigger automatic alarms. They offered a verbal apology, and that was it – no substantial compensation. Then, on the second night, my 3-year-old child was playing on the hotel sofa. Because the edge of the sofa was rounded and slippery, my child fell off and fractured their arm. The next day, I asked hotel staff about hospital arrangements. The hotel only sent a local staff member who spoke English and Vietnamese, even though there were clearly Chinese-speaking staff available. They only provided a car to the hospital. Compared to how they treat Caucasian guests, there's a clear disparity in service. After my child had a cast put on at the hospital, the hotel still didn't follow up or check in on us. Honestly, the service here is much worse than Marriott in China.

Walking distance to VinWonders Phu Quoc, and there's a free VinBus shuttle right outside the hotel that goes to Vinpearl Land and the safari. The hotel staff are also very happy to help you call a taxi. The room was spacious, but the soundproofing wasn't great. I was woken up early in the morning by some loud mothers and children in the hallway, I couldn't tell what nationality they were.

This is an amazing hotel. The customer service here is top tier! There was a minor issue with my room but it was resolved quickly, a lovely apology letter was left on my door, AND I was given a basket of fruits with another apology letter. The view from my room (7th floor) was absolutely breathtaking. I am not a breakfast girl but the breakfast buffet is plentiful and have vegan options (which I needed). The hotel offers a lot of amenities and things to do nearby. A nice touch is the free shuttle bus to and from the various nearby locations (safari, grand world, vinworld, etc) AND to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Ralph was also an amazing help during my stay. He arranged me trusting taxis that took me to my desired places and back to the hotel. Great guy and customer service!

The hotel lobby is huge. We stayed in a villa this time, and the tuk-tuk service provided free transfers to the lobby throughout our stay. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to the airport, which needs to be booked two days in advance. Additionally, the hotel has a poolside BBQ buffet with a fire performance and a live band show; booking in advance gets you a 15% discount. The hotel staff are warm and friendly, always greeting you as they pass by. It's a very family-friendly resort! There are also free shuttle buses to the zoo, amusement park, and Grand World Phu Quoc. All attractions are very close to the hotel, making it easier when traveling with children. The hotel's buffet has a lot of food, but it's the same every day, and the taste is decent. We only booked breakfast. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a kids' club, spa, golf, and cycling, so you can easily spend a whole day at the hotel even if it rains. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of a trash can in the villa living room. Housekeeping came daily to clean the room and the pool. Also, some staff at the hotel's cafe were unprofessional; they were loud, took half an hour to serve food, didn't proactively ask what you wanted or offer recommendations, and some even had sour expressions.

My opinion is mixed. The hotel's location is great, but it's quite noisy (thin walls, construction). It's a shame it's not very well-maintained; it has the potential to be super. The staff was very responsive. We had an issue with our room because the hotel was full, but they immediately understood and changed our room. However, this new room was very dark and rather gloomy, with a view of a tree instead of the garden. It wasn't possible for us to stay multiple days in that room. They understood right away and gave us a brighter room with a pool view. There are 3 pools for those who like to swim, otherwise the beach is right in front, which is fantastic. For breakfast, I prefer sweet over savory, so it was a bit disappointing for me as there was only coffee, bread, and a few fruits. Still, it was decent. The town is very lively, and in the evenings, it feels more like Thailand.
