Villa is located close to the sea, so it is convenient to swim in the early morning. Villa is fully equipped with necessary equipment, beautiful furniture and quite luxurious in the old European style. The current location is still in a relatively remote area, far from entertainment and eating centers, so it is quite difficult to go to eat. If you drive a car, it's not very convenient to come, and if you call a car to pick you up, you have to wait a long time. The parking lot is located outside the sea area, but there is no shuttle to take guests from outside to the villa, have to walk, so it is also difficult for elderly and travel.

It was overall a great and super comfy stay ! Everything is amazing including the rooms, private pool & beach views where sun rise and sun set is truly amazing ! Only thing is that the caddy vehicle is not available to brings us to the main gate during check in or daily when we are going out and we need to walk like 5mins from the villa to the gate, not an issue daily but when checking in with many luggages can be tiring under scorched sun…

Pros: Convenient location, only 30k VND to King Kong Mart, and Sonasea isn't far either. Beautiful environment, close to the beach. The Thai restaurant has good food, and breakfast is decent. The room was exceptionally clean, the water temperature was hot enough, and while the water pressure wasn't super strong, it was better than the other three hotels I stayed at on this trip. I highly recommend the facial; the esthetician was excellent! Areas for improvement: No beach toys provided, and it's hard to imagine a hotel not having a voltage converter to borrow. The room lighting was a bit dim. The beach water has been quite murky these past few days, a yellowish color. I booked two rooms this time and repeatedly requested connecting rooms before arrival. However, on the first day, they couldn't arrange it. I persevered on the second day, and the hotel said they could make the change. If the front desk had proactively told me on the first day that it wasn't possible then but would be on the second, I would have felt much better about it. I had booked for three nights in total.

In love with this resort 😍 we have been travelling full-time for 4 years and this resort is definitely one of my favourites ❤️ First and foremost the service is incredible and immediate, they welcome you like you are coming home and offer you lovely teas, and then later cakes in your room. They make you feel genuinely cared for during your stay... you aren't just another room number ✨️ Everything from arrival, to airport drop off was superb, and thoughtful. It's not a huge ”copy-paste” type of resort, it's very unique and zen. Wellness focused 🪷 The rooms are huge, gorgeously decorated, comfortable and equipped with everything you could need. Absolute perfection 👌🏻 There is gorgeous art throughout the resort, and I absolutely loved the welcome note along with all the little booklets in the room. The resort boasts a beautiful spa and gym, a gorgeous pool over-looking a pristine beach and one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen in my life 🏖 The breakfast was excellent and the decor in the restaurant, was once again, fabulous, with high-quality options and not to mention to free-flow sparkling wine 😍🥂 Staying at this resort is an experience, it's not just accommodation. The hotel lobby is spacious and open, and the staff are polite and friendly. The hotel has three large swimming pools, and they even have bubble parties. Right outside the pool area is a private beach, perfect for swimming, strolling, and watching both sunrise and sunset. In the evenings, there's a free beach fire show. The hotel's location is ideal. Just across the road, there's a small night market, making it easy to find food, get a massage, and there's also a supermarket (KingKong). Even when calling a Grab, it's only about a 15-minute drive to the city center. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options (Chinese, Korean, Western, Vietnamese, Indian cuisine), and the food quality is excellent. The room was clean and had a balcony where I could hang clothes to dry. The air conditioning was perfectly cold. The hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle bus, but you need to book it one day in advance. The drive to the airport takes about 15-20 minutes. Although the hotel has been renovated, the overall feel is a bit old. However, it offers great value for money.

To summarize, this is a good hotel if you take caution. The good first. Service - Staff are friendly but please do not expect Thai service level. Staff here are much more reserved. Never experienced any sort of rudeness. Food - Great food. Always tasted fresh. Definitely get the breakfast. The prices are very fair for what you get. Location - The pools are well placed with a choice of two. Both are well placed. The location of the hotel is in the Sonasea area and in front of a night market. The night market is not a reason to come to this area. I think most patrons in the area go to the nearby King Kong Mart. Issue - At first, I did not want to write on this because it was not an issue. It only became an issue because it showed a pattern. First problems are with ordering from the menue. We ordered from the kids menu but they brought us the regular menu item. This mistake happened twice even though we pointed at the menu. Please make sure this is clear when you order. Second was a bigger problem. They take a significant deposit here and they charged my visa instead of holding the funds. We found out when we checked out and they apologized. We were okay with it and then they called us later to ask us for the credit card number because they lost it. We did not provide it and agreed to email instead. So, I would suggest you leave a cash deposit instead of credit card. This really left a bad experience when most of it was good. Anyways again, it is a good hotel if you take caution.

From the moment I was collected at the airport to the seamless check-in experience, everything at the Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc was first class. As a VIP member, I was delighted to be upgraded to a beautiful King Suite with as sea view of the Gulf of Thailand, and enjoyed complimentary half board throughout my stay, which made the experience even more special. What impressed me most was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone worked hard to ensure my stay was comfortable, relaxing and completely stress free. A special mention must go to George and Vitia, who were exceptional throughout my visit. They are outstanding ambassadors for the Radisson brand and their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. The resort itself is stunning. The enormous swimming pool and pristine private beach make this a must-visit destination when travelling to Phu Quoc. The food was excellent throughout, with the breakfast buffet being particularly impressive, offering an incredible variety and quality. This was my first stay at the Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc, but it certainly won’t be my last. I look forward to returning soon with my family, and I know they will absolutely love it just as much as I did. Highly recommended. ★★★★★

This hotel is perfect for nature lovers. It's not close to the beach, but nestled in the jungle, and the outdoor areas are absolutely beautiful. You can tell the staff put a lot of effort into maintaining them. It's about a 20-minute drive from the airport. Be aware that the pool is currently under renovation, but they offer food and beverage vouchers as compensation, which is a nice touch. 👍 The rooms are generally clean, but since the bathroom is semi-open, there are quite a few mosquitoes, insects, and geckos. I'd suggest the hotel install air conditioning and glass windows in the bathrooms to elevate the experience. 👍 The restaurant up on the hill has a great ambiance and good food, even if the selection isn't huge.

Although the room interior was quite dated, all the staff were friendly and the service was excellent. As you can see in the photos, the pool is superb, so it's a great place to stay even if just for the pool. There's a restaurant right on the beach in front of the hotel – I think it's called Sailing Club? It's fantastic to grab a pizza from there and enjoy it by the pool. Breakfast wasn't bad either. By the way, there's a banh mi shop in front of the supermarket, in front of the resort – you absolutely must try their banh mi! Other than that, everything else is overpriced and there are no good restaurants nearby. If you want to eat something delicious instead of just settling for whatever's inside or near the resort (because you're too lazy to go out), you're better off heading to the night market.

We booked a residence room as a family of three. The room was spacious, with two bedrooms, three beds, and a separate living room. My husband was disappointed because it felt more like a pension-style accommodation than a hotel, but personally, I didn’t think it was bad. The staff were very friendly, and the housekeeping staff were especially kind and pleasant. The hotel breakfast was not very good. The mangoes and other fruits were delicious, but the breakfast overall was not very impressive. There were also many very young children staying there, so I don’t think it would be very suitable for families with elementary or middle school-aged children.

For our company team-building trip, we splurged and booked four rooms. With Marriott Gold/Platinum status, the upgrades were incredibly smooth, almost like having a cheat code! The rooms? In a word: the ultimate 'lie-flat' haven. Once I collapsed onto the bed, I felt like I'd reached peak relaxation. The private beach was ours to enjoy, with paddleboarding and kayaking 🏖️🚣 all completely free! We didn't want to leave the water. We rotated through the three pools, swimming like we were on a diving challenge. Breakfast was so amazing, I wanted to become best friends with the chef. But what really impressed me was the service – everyone deserves five stars, smiling like old friends. Just outside the hotel entrance, there are local street food stalls, perfect for late-night snacks. Want to visit Sunset Town? Just grab a shuttle bus and you'll be there in no time. Plus, our stay came with a complimentary fireworks show 🎆, so no need to plan for romance yourself. Oh, and the same shuttle bus goes directly to the Hon Thom cable car, offering a 'god's-eye view' of the sea – totally worth it. All in all: This hotel is truly the king of resorts – perfect for team building and pure relaxation. You have to experience it to believe it! 😎

This hotel does not have a clothes dryer on the balcony, and it is prohibited. The fine for drying clothes on the balcony is 80,000 VND per item. You must sign a consent form upon check-in. See the attached photos. People come here to relax and swim, and they have no way to dry their wet clothes. This is insane. Who in hotel management came up with such stupid rules? Семейный номер состоит из двух сдвоенных номеров, между ними дверь. В каждом номере стол и один стул, гостиной нет, где бы можно всей семьёй собраться. На балконе нет столика и стульев. Завтрак на 4(омлет, суп фо-бо, 2 вида невкусных фруктов, разведённый сок) Рядом остановка автобуса 17, можно доехать до центра острова. До пляжа 10мин пешком.

Spacious with a great ambiance. They might have given us a room very close to the lobby for convenience, perhaps because I mentioned it was our 38th anniversary. Unfortunately, the public pool was closed for maintenance on the 17th, right when we were there. But it was okay because we had a private pool. Also, the hotel handled it really well; they prepared towels for us. All we had to do was say we wanted to swim, and they'd drive us to the neighboring hotel for a swim. Overall, we were very satisfied. If we go on another vacation, we'd definitely choose this hotel again. The staff were very friendly and welcoming!👏🏼👏🏼

We did not expect much but it really surprised us. It is clear that the Palmy used to be a grand hotel and, yes, it needs some investment in the general areas, but it really met our demands. The room is big and spacious and it was clean. There is a big balcony with two reclining chairs where you can dry your towels or swimming suits. The beds are big and comfy and the towels have excellent quality. The TV has access to YouTube and other apps, which we loved . Our deal included breakfast ( buffet style) which we also loved and the best of all is the front swimming pool with private access to the beach. All in all, top choice for the price you pay. We tried to extend our stay but it was fully booked. We will definitely go back in the future.
