This hotel has been loved from the first moment of stay. The wood-toned aroma is very comfortable. The staff who checked in were friendly and took the initiative to upgrade the room considering the large number of people in our family of three. Environment: The hotel is full of art from the lobby to the restaurant, bar and lounge area, and the details are in place. Every desk lamp is just right and makes people feel comfortable. Room: The color of the room is soft, the bathroom is very large, and the layout of the two sinks makes it more convenient for multiple people to check in. Toiletries are exclusively customized by Byredo and Palma. Even with sunscreen and repair milk. Breakfast: The breakfast is rich in variety, especially the quality of the ham is very good. Especially the croissants are different and very crisp. And when I wanted to enjoy the hot croissants baked, the staff immediately took freshly baked croissants to us. Experience: full score 💯 Opposite the hotel is the church, 2 minutes from the central street. Will definitely stay again next time. Really worth it!

Let’s talk about the dissatisfaction first. Due to my negligence at the time, I only filled out a check-in when two people checked in to book a room. After that, there was no notification the next day that an additional fee of 30 euros per night would be charged. I felt a little dissatisfied with the additional charge. The premise is OK. When I checked in, I was told that I had no objection at all. It was annoying to tell me the next day. Secondly, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but after all, they are there for how many years they have been in business. Besides, the advantages are that the restaurant is good. Mallorca is actually quite big. The hotel is an hour's drive from attractions such as the Jelly Sea. Looking left and right, the toiletries are all from Bvlgari. However, considering that the room price is around 1,500 per night in the off-season, it cannot be said to be cost-effective.

It is a hotel converted from a private residence. In an alley in the city center, take a break from the noise. The service staff is very enthusiastic. There is a small roof, surrounded by houses, can't see the scenery, and of course I can't see the sea. The room is too small, the corridor is small, the elevator, lobby, and restaurant are small. There are few varieties of breakfast. The drying rack is very good, and the wet clothes are dried in an hour. The USB interface has 4 ports, 2 sockets, plus boiling water and 2 sockets for the computer can also be plugged in, and there are 4 sockets. There is a free spa, not going. In general, there is a large distance from the usual five-star standard.

We were a week in Palma. The location as well as the room service were excellent. However, what did not fit very well was the equipment with houses, bath coats for the sauna and small tools. We asked it more often, but constantly asked it was unpleasant. Our small table was not really clean – there we would have expected something more. Despite all, it was a nice time.

I stayed in a single room, which was surprisingly spacious and excellent! Breakfast was decent, with at least some hot food available. The rooftop pool is quite small with limited seating, which is a bit of a pity. The location is about a 12–15 minute walk to the city center. Soundproofing in the rooms isn’t great, so I’d recommend bringing earplugs. Overall, a very satisfying stay!

They have a little teleferico that drops you off on streetlevel, where buses to the city go (line 4 & 20). It’s about 15mins to the city by bus, and about 45 mins walk, along the harbour, which is a nice walk. Downside was that the food wasn’t great, but quite expensive for the area. Also, the walls are thin and there’s a gap underneath the door, so the room is very noisy.

Reasonably priced bar and restaurant and the food was very good. The service from the receptionists and bar staff was very good Free bus in the morning which takes you into the centre of palma Negatives: Location. There is a small beach nearby which is very nice but there is not much else to do nearby at least when we went in late February which is off season. We found the shower difficult to use, which could just be us being stupid but still worth a mention When I paid I’m sure I picked a room with a Mountain View but got a room looking over the street. Not a big deal though as we didn’t spend much time in the room. Overall for what we paid it was an exceptional stay I would recommend.

Great location, and onsite parking is a massive bonus considering parking in Palma is virtually impossible! Would be helpful if they had a system that allowed you to park up before checking in though as there isn’t always room to wait outside the main door

This was a quick trip but the hotel was very nice inside. The room was great for and us and very comfortable with great views over the harbour. There was construction works happening on the outside (front) but that didn’t really matter to us as we were only there for the weekend. The pool was a nice temperature on a hot day and although we couldn’t get a sunbed (arrived at the pool around lunch time) we had a lovely breakfast and the ice cold beer definitely helped us to relax. The nightlife around the hotel can be a little loud due to the number of sports/Irish bars near by and it made the walk home from the city interesting. However the atmosphere was good and we didn’t mind at all. If you had kids then it could be a little intimidating I would think. We also checked in very late (after midnight) which wasn’t a problem at all and we got our room straight away Overall we’d definitely consider staying here again.
