I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. It was equipped with wifi, TV, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, heater, and everything worked well. The host was very friendly and helpful. Location of this hotel is not so far from the center and near to the European Parliament, which is quite safe in my opinion. Highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

Located around 20 minutes from the central. Easily accesible by bus. Basic facilities and the toilet and shower are outside of the room. Room did come with cooking facilities and fridge.

The room itself is large, got a living room , bedroom , kitchen and bathroom. The heating system is great. I All the facilities are out of dated. But useful. The plug is not many located. The bathroom is always full of smoke smell. Not too bad for 3 nights in over all.

Good hotel. The room I booked was equipped with a table, dishes, and nice furniture. The bathroom, floors, and walls were a bit dated, and perhaps needed updating, but it was still nice. When I got to my room, I had to reset the TV, which had no channels.

The overall decor felt very French, and the room was surprisingly spacious! Since we arrived early, the restaurant gave us a lovely table with a view. Although the hotel is in an upscale area, the surroundings felt a bit chaotic, with people lying on the streets everywhere, which was a little unsettling. However, once you stepped inside the hotel, all those worries vanished. Breakfast was very French, and very mediocre, with almost no vegetables – just a tiny bit of cucumber and cherry tomatoes.

We had a lovely stay at Sofitel Brussels. The hotel is elegant, comfortable and very well located for exploring the city. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully presented, with a very comfortable bed which was especially appreciated after a long day walking around Brussels. The staff were friendly, professional and welcoming throughout our stay, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and luxurious. We also found the location really convenient for sightseeing, shopping and exploring Brussels on foot. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. The hotel is very beautiful, not the best experience however. The attitude of the front desk staff, especially the female manager, was not accommodating. I expected friendlier and more respectful attention from a hotel of this caliber. Both the morning and evening receptionists were quite intransigent. The room I booked was not what I requested, apparently due to availability issues. I had to ask them to push the twin beds together to make one, which took a while to accomplish. They only followed this request because my booking agency intervened and spoke to management; otherwise, it would have been impossible. The next day, I requested a late checkout but was told ”no.” The woman at the front desk argued that it was the busy weekend and tha my reasons were insufficient, claiming that since they had already fixed my room the day before (or that I could have just slept on the original setup), they wouldn't bend the rules. This dismissive narrative made my stay even more unpleasant! You urgently need to train your personnel to improve their customer service skills.

✅ Booked a family room for 3 people, stayed for 1 night. The room was great, just the right size for the three of us. It came fully equipped with a fridge, safe, hairdryer, coffee set, and one bottle of water. It was very convenient, especially since the toilet was separate from the shower area – I really loved that feature! ✅ The staff provided excellent service. We arrived before check-in time, but they found an available room for us so we could check-in early. They welcomed us with a bright and cheerful smile. ✔️✔️ The only downside of this hotel is its location right by a noisy road. At night, the sound of cars and people talking was very loud, making it difficult to sleep at times because I kept getting startled awake.

Best location you can ask for - quiet street, but right next to all the major landmarks, 2 min walk from Brussels train station, hundreds of restaurants within 5-10 min walking distance, 8-10 min walking distance from both Asian and local supermarkets. The room itself is a classic design, but a bit dated. The best was the 2 closets. there’s one next to the bed and one next to the bathroom. The bathtub shower is a disaster as water splashes out everywhere with the glass pane and the air ventilation is nonexistent. Hot showers mean everything will be fogged up and bathroom smells stay for a longer period of time. The gym is decent with a self-checkout snack bar. Weights are a little wonky. The adjustable dumbbell was half broken, only fixed by a very nice guest. The front desk staff were friendly and tried their best to meet our needs. The housekeeping was not. We called the front desk for a missing floor towel and the housekeeping never delivered it for 4 hours until I went down to complain. We also called for a tissue box since it was finished and It was also never delivered despite calling 4-5 times over the course of 2 days. We called in the morning, afternoon and night. Never delivered. That is the worst housekeeping staff I have ever met in my years of traveling around the world in 4 star hotels. It is either they are lazy as hell or the front desk never followed up on whether the items are delivered or not. That’s the reason why I wrote this detailed review.

The bathroom leaves a lot to be desired: It's difficult to sit on the toilet, even for someone of normal build (bars for people with reduced mobility are installed, making it hard to sit down; I can't imagine the difficulties people with reduced mobility would face), the sink is cracked, and there are missing floor grout lines. The breakfast and the staff in charge of breakfast were even worse: everything was cold, not even lukewarm (eggs, bacon, potatoes, mushrooms, etc.). We pointed this out to the staff, who then realized the warming trays weren't plugged in. There was a chef available and hot dishes in the kitchen, but their only solution was to plug the warming trays back in and tell us the problem would resolve itself. Not even an apology. It's worth noting that the front desk staff, both at check-in and check-out, were professional. This hotel should be avoided; it's a 5-star on paper, but at best, a 3-star in reality.

The hotel has perfect location! It is just several minutes to Grand Palace. Superior double room was quite spacious, clean, and well equipped. The only downsize is that the walls might be too thin and noise of neighbors might come if they’re loud. Breakfast was absolutely stanning and definitely worth 12 EUR compared to cafes in Brussels where you can hardly get breakfast for that price. To sum up, the hopel is perfect option for the price you’re paying.

I was in Brussels for a ten-day business trip, and this hotel is really close to Midi (South) Station, just a few minutes' walk across the road. The front desk staff were nice. Just a heads up, there's a city tax that needs to be paid upon arrival. There's a small restaurant on the ground floor where guests were having drinks and beer. Breakfast is served on the other side of the elevators, but we didn't opt for it as it was a bit pricey. Luggage storage is self-service in the basement. The large lockers can fit two 24-inch suitcases plus a backpack or two. I think it was €10 for the day, and you can access your luggage multiple times. It has a dual password setup, with both numbers and a pattern. Check-in is at 3 PM. You use your card to access the upper floors. Once in the room, the space was decent and had everything we needed. As is typical in Europe, you'll need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers. There's no complimentary bottled water, so I'd recommend buying some from the supermarket nearby. The Carrefour inside South Station has large SPA mineral water bottles for under €2. The overall accommodation environment is as shown in the pictures. The bed was quite large; two of us slept comfortably without feeling cramped. Oh, and the shower room comes with shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, which is a big plus! They change the trash bags and tidy up the bedding daily. We left our suitcases in the room without any valuables inside. The lock I bought beforehand didn't really come in handy (I'd heard about safety concerns around South Station before coming, but our actual experience was quite good).

Very peaceful and nice place to lodge in central of Brussels , Hot water was on 24/7, since most of the EU countries use a different sockets unlike here that you will find yourself wanting in charging your phone, they’ve made a provision of USB cable connect just beside your bed that you can just connect your cable and charge your phone. Very simple and modern way to have access to your room with the help of your own smartphone. Wardrobe or locker is insider’s room to store your stuffs. There should be enough towels and if possible shampoo. I really recommend this place.

The location is fantastic, all the attractions are within a few hundred meters of the hotel, and there are plenty of restaurants. The room is spacious and the breakfast is great with a wide variety of options. When I booked, I saw the description mentioned a parking lot, but it's actually not directly with the hotel. You have to turn right a few tens of meters further to the Interparking Brussels-parking Grand Place. This is a public car park, but it's super convenient as the elevator exit from the car park is right next to the hotel entrance.
