Great hotel for a winter getaway. The location is great, 200m to the beach (but not too much in party tourism), the motorway is 1 minute away (ideal if you have a rental car and want to have access to the island). The rooms have a small refrigerator and very comfortable beds. The food is good for a 4 star hotel. Great: In winter the outdoor pool is heated (24/25°) and you can even swim in the afternoon in February when the sun is shining!

It's hard to speak from experience given that the desert was absolute there, there was very little life in this month of February, but we can easily imagine that in high season life is in full swing in the hotel as well as the neighborhood. The hotel restaurant ”Little Italy” the dishes were not bad the products were good but not really faithful to what we had asked for (spaghetti bolognese and carbonara) yet simple but good to each his own tastes. Overall the staff was welcoming and attentive.

We had already paid £480 online through Trip.com for a double room for 3 nights. However, upon arrival, the hotel demanded an additional €400 simply because a second guest would be staying in the room. What made this even more unreasonable was that I checked the exact same room type on multiple other dates, and the price was identical whether selecting 1 adult or 2 adults. The listing itself also clearly indicated that the room rate included accommodation for 2 adults. Despite this, the hotel still charged an extra €400 at check-in. This additional amount only included breakfast and city tax for the second guest — there was absolutely no room upgrade, no extra bed, and no additional service provided. In fact, the amount charged was so excessive that it was close to the price of booking an entirely separate room. At check-in, the hotel stated that if we refused to pay, the second guest would not be allowed to stay. We tried multiple times to communicate with the hotel in a polite and constructive way, but there was no flexibility or reasonable attempt to resolve the issue. I completely understand paying reasonable extra charges for breakfast or local taxes, but the way this situation was handled felt extremely unfair and poorly communicated in advance. Trip.com customer service was actually very helpful throughout the process and even provided compensation themselves, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel remained unwilling to address the situation fairly. The property itself may be nice, but this experience left us feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and taken advantage of. Transparency and fairness in pricing are essential, especially for international travelers.

Booked the junior suite for our anniversary and it was so nice and spacious! Love the in-room speaker and balcony overlooking the sunset 😍 there is sauna and indoor swimming pool and the breakfast selection was good. Only downside was that there’s only one small elevator.

This Spanish trip This hotel is definitely a highlight. It has brought me a lot of surprises. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The soundproofing effect is very good. The view of the sea view room is also very good. The most praiseworthy is the hotel's buffet. We have a buffet at the hotel in the morning and evening. A wide variety is different every day. The key is still delicious. The quality is very good.

The room is so big and comfortable The hotel pool is good, no one swims in the water because many older uncles, uncles, Li, vacation 😂 However, the pool towels can be borrowed first than cash deposit. Good overall

Everything's all right. Hotel clean and staff friendly. The only minus is the lack of water in the room, no kettle for making tea, disposable slippers and a sewing kit... :(
