It is a budget hotel, justify the price. Roughly 2km from haram but walk is difficult and steep. Taxi will cost you 10-20SAR to/from haram, they also have a free bus service that i didn’t use (but i guess will taker longer to reach haram because of traffic). Room was clean and tidy, toilet was a bit small but was okay. We had a mountain view from the window. Phone/Sim signals/reception was very bad in the hotel because hotel is located right next to a big mountain. (You hardly get sim signals). However, the WIFI is good. Front office staff was welcoming and cooperative, smooth check-in and check-out. Special thanks to Faroque, he was very respectful, helpful and welcoming always greeted us with smile.

1. My stay at this hotel in Makkah was truly one of the most wonderful experiences I have had. Everything was exceptional, and what stood out the most was the cheerful attitude of the staff and the warmth of their hospitality. Their kindness and dedication genuinely make you feel happy and welcomed from the very first moment. They go above and beyond to serve guests and make the stay as smooth and comfortable as possible, especially the reception team, who were incredibly professional, helpful, and courteous. 2. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the room was absolutely amazing—beautiful, comfortable, and prepared to a very high standard. 3. One of the most outstanding features of this hotel, especially if you choose the Gold stay option, is the private prayer area overlooking the Kaaba. This is truly a remarkable privilege, as it allows you to perform all your prayers in a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. In addition, there is a private entrance and dedicated elevators that take you directly to the Haram, which adds an exceptional level of convenience and comfort to the entire experience. 4. The afternoon lounge was also excellent, both in terms of atmosphere and service. I was especially impressed by the female staff there, who were highly dedicated, respectful, modest, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. 5. In short, this was a truly memorable stay in every way. My sincere thanks and appreciation to all the staff for their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Very nice hotel with a great breakfast welcoming people at the reception. Amazing cleaning of the room when done. It is a shame that the service is not consistent across the hotel’s employee. Cashier at the Atrium cafe was really slow and awful next to him very friendly pizza guy who did a great pizza. Shuttle to go to the haram with again inconsistent service. As evidence a picture of the driver enjoying chatting with his colleague from double tree hotel while we were waiting in the car.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the Hilton Suites Makkah (Jabal Omar). Its biggest advantage is its close proximity to Masjid al-Haram. You can reach it in just a few minutes on foot, which is especially convenient for Umrah pilgrims. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modernly furnished. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning system works perfectly. There's quality cleaning service every day. The view from the window is also very beautiful. Breakfast is very rich and delicious, with a variety of national and international dishes available. The staff are very polite, prompt, and ready to help. The hotel enjoys an excellent location within the Abraj Al Bait complex and really convenient access to Masjid al-Haram and nearby amenities. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I was with a group of nine, including three small children. The room was quite spacious, and there was even room to cook. The facilities listed '4 beds,' but we only got 3 beds. However, that was okay because we had a great bellboy, and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Breakfast had many options and could be brought to the room if packed (not on plates). There was a kind attendant who didn't limit our breakfast portions, so all 8-9 of us could eat our fill... this was really helpful, haha! The location is super close, a straight walk directly to the Kaaba entrance.

Pros. Easy walk to gate 79. Less congested that clock tower area. The advantage to the stay was having pretty large room! The 2 queen beds are relatively big enough and they added an extra bed for my teenage girl. Convenience. Ratio cafe downstairs can be hyped for. The pistachio latte is a must have. Romansiah restaurant also in the building. A must have when you’re here. Close walk to Dawood. Food selection need to be improved both bf and dinner. If you’re particular abt food, Hyatt Regency Jabal Omar serves better spread and standard. Staff checkedin didn’t inform the 2 different restaurants for both bf and dinner G floor and M floor. Apparently we were directed wrongly by them assuming we are group agency and the food was low quality 3 star standard. Then went around asking but found out we were directed wrongly by the front desk. Range was bit better but still need improvement for a 5 star hotel. I think the major improvement the hotel has to do is change the bath towels!! They are so overly worn off and overly used and looked like it’s been used to clean the floors. Pls use fluffy maintained towels. It’s the highlight of quality for amenities. The drainage also slow and tend to choke up. 7 nights isn’t the best there but the space is good.
