The hotel is on the 1st floor of Fuhua, and it is not an independent villa, but it does have a swimming pool. Very clean and friendly service staff is also great. There is always a free snack coffee drink in the lounge next to it. Give a feeding deer carrot every day, free access to fitness facilities, water world and more. All in all, plus a large pool, you can soak in a day. Crossing the road is Xiaowan Beach. A few minutes walk to Kenting Main Street. The only fly in the ointment, the room is not too bright, the socket is very small.

The hygiene of the room needs to be improved, the sheets had blood stains and the quilt was a bit dirty. However, the service staff's attitude was very good and the replacement was immediate. And the most important point is that the transparent door between the room and the bathroom is so obscure that my son’s girlfriend bumped into it twice. And I learned from the service staff that many people hit their heads, but the ointment to reduce swelling was very effective. The overall facilities and environment of the hotel are not worthy of this price. If you don't drink alcoholic beverages, you can only exchange the bracelet for alcoholic beverages for 120 yuan of soda. After the exchange, you will be given a small aluminum can of Coke sold at the convenience store for 10 yuan? The network signal in the room is very poor, so it's better not to connect. The TV Netflix interface is very basic, and you can't even watch Netflix in the original room. The drain hole in the shower is seriously blocked and almost flooded. After reporting to the counter, the hotel staff said that they would use their time out to deal with the room. After coming back, they told us that they had dealt with it, but there was no result. As a result, I had to call the counter to complain in the middle of the night. After a long time, they opened another room for us to watch Netflix. The service attitude of the hotel staff was very good. It was entirely a problem with the hotel's own hardware equipment. Although the attitude was very good and apologized the next day, the compensation plan given was to delay check-out by 2 hours + give a free upgrade coupon for the next stay. To be honest, why should I spend 8,000 or 10,000 to suffer? But it is worth praising that the breakfast is delicious. Breakfast is the only place that makes me feel worthwhile on the whole trip.

Pool was littered with debris from the strong winds. The water quality was good, but the pool staff could have done a better job at hauling out the debris at the deep end of the pool. The jacuzzi was a disappointment. The presence of greenish/yellowish algae in the water made the jacuzzi uninviting. The heater was turned off and will not be turned on until the third week of November. I was there during the last week of October. Every resort I stayed at had the jacuzzi heated despite the time of the year or the ambient air temperature. If it is the position of the management to not clean or heat the jacuzzi, then the jacuzzi should be covered up and blocked off. The breakfast buffet was horrible considering how much money they charged. I probably will not stay or recommend this hotel. It’s has a lot of potential!

Seeing that there were a few not very good reviews about Yoho Resort on the platform, I checked in again (pet room) yesterday with a nervous mood, but unexpectedly I had such a great experience. A hotel can't always look like new, but I feel that they are very attentive in maintaining the hygiene and environmental facilities. In particular, the friendly service attitude of all the staff is very satisfying. I personally feel that although the breakfast in the restaurant is not very rich, it is more than enough for our family. There are freshly made delicious steamed buns, various breads, porridge and side dishes, as well as juice, soy milk and fragrant coffee. Especially being able to enjoy breakfast facing the beautiful sea is a perfect experience that other hotels don't have. I personally feel that the CP value is very high and I will definitely choose to stay again in the future.
