We had an amazing stay at Lihim Resort and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The accommodation was excellent – very comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained. The food at the restaurant was outstanding every time, fresh and delicious, and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
A special mention goes to Nicky, who was always incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel truly at home. The butlers were also amazing – professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.

The resort's happy vibe upon arrival sets the tone, and you leave with a smile, longing for more. Amazing location with a stunning beach! The Beach Casita provided great privacy, and we loved walking through the small path to reach the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Mixed stay — beautiful resort, but real issues
The resort itself is lovely: clean, well-kept, with plenty of pools and nice facilities. I didn’t get to use the pools since I was under the weather, but they looked great. The spa was lovely too.
My biggest problem was the WiFi. It’s aptly named “escapecompletely” — unfortunately that also meant I couldn’t reliably escape to my work. The connection dropped constantly, on and off all day. I work nights on American time, so stable internet was essential for me, and this was the main letdown of the stay.
The internet trouble led to a frustrating night. Looking for a stable connection, I had to step out around 1 am — but the gate was closed and my key card had reset (since it rolled over to my next check-in day). I couldn’t get back to my room. I tried calling from outside but no one answered, so I had to walk all the way to the front desk carrying my laptop and everything. A real hassle.
The staff were generally nice. The front desk team were lovely — one small note: I look Filipina but grew up mostly in the States and prefer English, and they kept addressing me in Tagalog. The gentleman at the restaurant was the standout — friendly and accommodating, and when he noticed I was getting bitten by mosquitoes in the waiting area, he offered me citronella. (I got quite a few bites and got a little anxious given the recent news about high dengue cases in Palawan.) The restaurant also doesn’t open until 10 am, which was late for my schedule. The one exception was the gym attendant, who was unpleasant and not accommodating.
The room looked great at first, but a few things didn’t hold up: the hot shower in the bathtub didn’t work properly, one faucet was completely broken, and there was no comb — I had to ask for one.

We wanted to experience the beauty of nature and be close to the underground river tour so we booked this place. This place is absolutely beautiful and everything here is organic. The breakfast is served on time in your villa and everything is freshly harvested and cooked for you. If you want peace, tranquility and the sound of nature then this is the perfect place for you and your loved ones. This place is 1.5 hours away from the airport but 7 minutes away from the underground river tour. It was well worth our stay and we will be back. The double bed was only 1.4m wide, extremely cramped. It seems like everything in the Philippines is small – cars, beds, even meal portions. The air conditioner only had a 'cold' setting with no temperature control, which was quite uncomfortable and could easily make you sick. They don't clean the room or change towels daily. After 4 days, it felt pretty dirty. The hotel is newly built, so it's clean and modern, but there's still a musty smell. The breakfast included with the booking was quite palatable.FromIDR 253,543
