One Beach Road is an architecturally stunning multi-level villa with 6 bedrooms, 5 ½ baths and extensive common spaces for relaxing, sunning, and eating. The beach front villa is secluded behind electronic gates on Pelican Point at the East End of St. Thomas and just ¾ mile from the small marina town of Red Hook.

We recently added all new state of the art smart televisions in all bedrooms and living room, high-speed wireless internet throughout with a password protected router and a back-up ISP for redundancy. Sonos audio is in the living room, bedrooms, apartment and outdoors poolside along with new speakers throughout for premium sound.

The main villa has 5 bedrooms (4 brand new king mattresses) a bunk room and 4.5 baths. The separate entrance bungalow private suite has a brand new king bed, brand new queen sleep sofa, a bunk bed, kitchen and full bathroom. Four of the five main villa bedrooms have amazing views of the turquoise ocean and white sand beach from each of their private balconies. Three spacious bathrooms are en-suite and there is an additional full bathroom that is perfect for the fifth bedroom and the bunk room. The bungalow private suite the sixth bedroom suite sleeping 6 people.

The state-of-the-art modern kitchen has a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher and the cabinets stocked with all the necessary tools to create your own dinners. Or, ask us for a private chef recommendation! There is dining table inside or choose to eat Al-fresco on the covered porch poolside. Of course, there's a beautiful poolside large BBQ where you can grill up dinner for a dozen guests. A beverage refrigerator is adjacent to the outside table, so you won’t have to go far for a cold one!

A very comfortable patio, perfect for enjoying coffee every morning or drinks as the sun goes down, leads to the infinity edge pool. The beach is dotted with swaying coconut palms, sea grape trees and lounge chairs to relax. Also, a table under the shade of the sea grape trees offers a great place for a casual lunch after snorkeling or kayaking.

One Beach Road sits on its own private white sand beach encompassed by a unique sand covered stone jetty. Explore the lively coral reef right in your backyard where you can see colorful tropical fish, coral, sea rays and turtles.

An automatic stand-by generator supports the entire property in the event of a power outage. You will probably never notice an interruption as it kicks on in less than 4 minutes.

One Beach Road is only a 5-minute drive to Red Hook where there are many bars and restaurants to choose from as well as shopping and grocery stores. The ferry to St. John is also located in Red Hook making a day trip an easy experience.

Concierge-style services are available to you before your arrival and during your stay. Provisioning the villa with food and beverages before you arrive, private chef services, information on boat and fishing trips, spa services, etc. All you must do is ask!

Salt Life at Sapphire Beach, on St Thomas is a beautiful studio condo at the gated Sapphire Village, sitting on the second floor of the building and looking over the turquoise waters of Sapphire Marina and Sapphire Beach. The views looking out over the Caribbean Sea while you enjoy your morning coffee or your evening drinks are spectacular. We love watching the sail boats take off for their evening cruises. Salt Life is located on the East End of St. Thomas, where all of the action is! When you first pull into the driveway of the resort on top of the hill, your breathe will be taken away at the view of the turquoise waters, and islands in the distance. Both the night life of Red Hook ($2.00 Safari Cab ride away), or the Sapphire Beach Marina and all it's island tours and water sports, are steps away. There are two pools on the property to cool off, one of which has Slice,VI restaurant and bar located nearby. If you want a fine dining experience, or listen to an evening band hop over to Red Hook, a 2 minute drive.Salt Life is perfectly suited for a couple or single traveler. We have set it up with everything you would need for your stay. A 50" smart TV with a Salt Life Netflix profile, Hulu, and other apps via Roku streaming device and your own private WIFI, and a fully stocked kitchen for some quick meals. Enjoy morning coffee or have breakfast on one of the two balconies as you watch the sun rise over the BVI.

Afterwards, don your bathing suits and grab your beach towels to enjoy the two-level pool directly below your condo or spend the day under the sea grape trees that line the beach. Snorkel on the reef directly off the beach (you’ll see coral, topical fish and possibly a sea turtle or ray), or wind surf, kayak or paddle-boat.

Beach toys are available at the fully equipped dive shop on the beach. You can also enjoy a game of beach volleyball on the beach. And the beautiful Mahogany Run golf course is 20 minutes away. Wrap up your day back on the balcony sipping a beverage as you look out on the moon over the ocean.

The Unit: Your 900 sq. ft. two-story villa sleeps up to 6 comfortably, whether they be family or friends. It features a Caribbean decor in an open floor plan, with cathedral ceilings upstairs. The lower floor consists of a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, and sitting area with a flat screen TV and queen size sofa/bed.

Upstairs there is a king size bed, TV, and another sitting area with a queen size sofa/bed. Both floors have a private balcony with a fabulous down-island view. There is a full bathroom on both floors.

A short walk to the marina at Sapphire Beach offers day cruises including snorkeling excursions, trips to the BVI, deep-sea fishing and scuba diving. Some boats are power, some are sail. You can also rent a jet ski or go parasailing.

Red Hook (small town 1/2 mile away): Breakfast, lunch or dinner can be enjoyed after a 5-minute taxi ride into Red Hook at one of the many restaurants. Menus range from burgers and fries to exotic Caribbean seafood dishes Molly Malone’s on the waterfront (it’s one of our favorites). There are also 2 modern supermarket (The Food Center and Moe's) where you can provision up if you prefer to eat at home. If you don't want to leave the beach, there is also a small refreshment stand between buildings B&C at Sapphire serving hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, soft drinks, beer and tropical drinks (hours: 11AM-PM).

Plan on taking the 20-minute ferry ride out of Red Hook to Cruz Bay. St. John’s main town, for shopping, a tour of the island or snorkeling in Trunk Bay with it’s underwater reef markers which describe the coral. The last time we took the ferry it was $7/person each way. You can also catch a ferry to Tortola or Virgin Gorda in the BVI from Red Hook (bring your passport, you will have to clear customs).

Charlotte Amalie (USVI Capital): The 20-minute taxi ride is well worth the trip to Charlotte Amalie to explore the narrow streets called allies or gades for even more eating and duty free shopping. For additional shopping, try the newly built upscale Yacht Harbor Grande or Havensight where the cruise ships dock. There is also a “vendors market” offering inexpensive t-shirts, handbags, island jewelry and artifacts and more. If shopping’s not your thing, explore the many historical landmark buildings through out Charlotte Amalie.

Other things to do include a trip to Mountain Top, the highest point on the island for one of their “world famous” banana daiquiris and spectacular views of Magen’s Bay and beyond, the Coral World aquarium (about 10 minute from Sapphire), a zip line through the jungle, and the Sky Ride gondola ride to Paradise Point above the cruise ship dock. The bathroom is two rooms. The dressing room with granite topped vanity and sink are in one area, and the toilet and tiled walk in shower are in a private room. The design is great affording two individuals access and privacy at the same time.

The location is wonderful! You are located at Sapphire Village Barbados building overlooking Sapphire Beach. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beach and marina. Beach chairs are provided and you can rent lounge chairs at the beach. You are only ½ mile from Red Hook where you will find shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and the ferry terminal for your trips to St John or Tortola BVI.

Our community offers two fresh water sparkling pools, one just a few steps from the condo’s entrance. Additionally there is a token operated laundry and condominium center with a large selection of dvds and books. We also have a restaurant on site - Sudi’s.

You will love our location within the community with its million dollar panoramic ocean views and sought after walk in location with no steps!

Our condo is well maintained, affordable, clean and loved by all who visit. A Ring doorbell is installed on the front door for security purposes.

Our unit is fully furnished and comfortably sleeps 4 guests in two fully furnished bedrooms. This is a 3 bedroom 4 bath unit (YES! 4 full baths) right on the beach! You can enjoy the ocean sounds and, during the right time of year, view the sunrise right from the primary bedroom window. Large semi-private porch with lots of room to lounge and eat while enjoying the ocean breeze. Enjoy the view from the kitchen where you can even watch the kids play on the beach while making dinner (Kitchen equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances). This is a MUST SEE!

There are many things to do on St Thomas & St John during your stay. Starting with a short walk down the beach to the Sapphire Beach Bar (about 2 minute walk) to enjoy the live music played there on the weekends or grab a burger for lunch/dinner. From there you can catch a safari or jump in your rental car to head into nearby Red Hook where you can find a variety of restaurants and shops; as well as a grocery store (5 minutes away). If you want something more adventurous then book a charter, feed the tarpon, or go out on a dive with a local dive shop; all located in Red Hook. There are all kinds of adventures awaiting you! You can even take a zipline tour through the treetops of St Thomas or take an eco tour while kayaking. Looking for a different pace? Take the car barge or people ferry, from Red Hook, over to St John for the day. On St John there is hiking, diving, snorkeling, sugar cane mill ruins, restaurants, shops, and so much more. A large portion of St John is a national park. So, it is a different kind of beauty than St Thomas. It is a luxury to stay on St Thomas, where everything is so much more accessible, but still be able to run over to St John, for the day, to enjoy the quiet tranquility. This unit is in a great location to so many fun things. It will not disappoint!
