Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The house is incredibly spacious, perfect for large families or gatherings with friends. Our group never felt cramped, and there were plenty of rooms and bathrooms, which was very convenient. The house was fully equipped with essential amenities, and the living room and common areas were large and comfortable, allowing everyone to chat, dine, and relax together. The host thoughtfully provided a mahjong table and BBQ facilities, adding to the fun atmosphere of our gathering. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet, and comfortable, with a swimming pool and children's playground available, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. It's easy to get in and out by car, and parking was never an issue.

The owner provide a very clean house. All the needed facilities is up to par. The compound provides a big area for parking 2 cars. Communication with owner is seamless and fast reply. Will recommend this place for friend if the plan to stay at this area. Eateries are all around the corner!!

Overall, it's pretty standard. The room was reasonably clean and the facilities were complete. The front desk staff were mild-mannered and check-in/check-out was efficient. The only downside is that the soundproofing in the hallway isn't great, so you can occasionally hear noise from the corridor, and the ongoing construction outside is quite loud. The location is easy to find and convenient for transport, and the price is affordable. We had a lovely family staycation at Espira Kinrara. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The absolute highlight of our trip was the swimming pool.. the kids absolutely loved it! It is located in a nice, quiet area which made it the perfect peaceful getaway from the city. 1. There are some curly hairs on the bed when I just checked in
2. The floor in the shower area was wet , even with water pooling
3. When I'm on the way to my room, I saw several male staff are chatting in another guest room; some were leaning against the doorframe while others were sitting on the bed. I'm not sure whether the room has been cleaned or not, this appeared highly unprofessional.

Good deal for a short stay in puchong, surrounding feels safe, because got police station, school and some sports court. However, there are some cockroach inthe bathroom, and found some dead bugs on the bed. Noise outside from the room can be heard, including someone struggling with their keys, the cleanliness guy's sound, people walking outside the corridor. First of all…really appreciate the low rate from all Sun Inns Hotel. This is truly amazing.
But I would like to say there’s still room for improvement.
For example, I rmb there’s some room in Sun Inns comes with a smart TV, not all. I recommend adding smart TV to all rooms.
Good thing is there’s water dispenser which is much needed.
The air cond is super cold 👍 we actually turned it off because it’s just too much
But the light in the room is broken…so the whole room is quite gloomy.
The bedsheet is separated, I don’t like it tho, why is it separated into 3 pieces ya? Some hotels also like this 🤔
And one important thing…the bed shouldn’t be facing directly towards the door, this is very bad in fengshui… there’s plenty of space to place the bed, I wonder why it is placed like this.
Normally hotels know fengshui right? 🤔

Surprisingly, the suite was *so* spacious—like wow. And having our suite connected to my dad’s room made everything so convenient, just moving in and out easily without hassle.
A few small downsides though: limited tissues, the TV wasn’t working, and the toilet door wouldn’t close properly lol.
Location-wise, it’s pretty strategic—just at the end corner, close to Oriental. Security is solid too. My little sister arrived around 2:30am after her shift, and the guard didn’t allow her in without verification, so we had to go down and pick her up. Honestly, that’s reassuring.
But I have to say—I *love* the lobby. The blend of British and Malay heritage is so elegant, and the lobby smells sooo nice 😍
Overall, comfy stay with a few quirks—but still a good one ✨FromPLN 53
