フロント、コンシェルジュ、ホールスタッフ、クリーニングスタッフ、みんなフレンドリーで感じが良かった。現地において困ったことが数回あったが、相談したら全力で対応してくれて、本当に親身になって助けてくれた。ホテルも新しいだけあって清潔で居心地よく、アートが散りばめられた素敵な内装だった。ミュージアムの無料入場券も貰えるので、滞在中の隙間時間にぜひ行ってほしい。ホテルの上階から眺める景色が素晴らしいと勧められたので、夜に行ってみたらライトアップされた橋の夜景を楽しむことができた。朝食も非常に美味しくて、5連泊したが飽きることなくいただけた。ビュッフェ以外もあり、メニューからオーダーするとシェフが調理してくれるので、盛り付けが凝っていて朝から贅沢な気分になれた。もしリスボンを訪問することがあったなら、またここに滞在したいと強く思う。1点だけマイナスをあげるとしたら、屋根付きの車寄せ（ポルトコシェール）がないこと。エントランスがミュージアムと共通なので、送迎の車から少し歩かないと入ることができない。雨のときは濡れる。
