Cleanliness - 3/5. For the most part the room was clean and looked amazing. However, underneath the bed and behind some furniture there was a lot of dust.
Location - 5/5. We wanted a hotel in the vicinity of Goring and it delivered. Being next to the river is also a bonus.
Service - 5/5. We didn't require much staff service but when we did, e.g. check in or check out, they were both friendly and efficient.
Amenities - 3/5. I was very happy with the amenities provided in the room. There was a good selection of teas, coffees and biscuits, and there was milk in the fridge. However, my fridge made noise all night long and kept me awake, so despite the advantage of having a room with a fridge, it was quite an uncomfortable experience.

Absolutely gorgeous setting. Coppa Club was lovely, and the staff there are friendly. Our waitress, wish I made a note of her name, was very knowledgeable about the food menu. Summer who served us afternoon drinks and breakfast is lovely, friendly, and very smiley. My only grumble is the service at reception when we checked in.
