The reception was nice and we loved the basement parking. The room was alright, but I specifically asked for quiet room away from the lift. Instead I was given the room right next to the lift. We can hear people getting off the lift and going to their room, with their luggag rolling. Our room faced the main room and is very noisy. Their pillows suck big time and we didn't get very good sleep here. The breakfast is alright and there is a small gym.

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The staff were friendly, courteous, and made me feel very welcome. The room itself was comfortable enough. However, there are a few areas for improvement: the hallway outside the room felt a bit narrow, and the bathroom stall was quite small. Additionally, the sound insulation was rather weak; I could clearly hear noises from the hallway and the opposite room, which slightly affected my sleep at night. Aside from these minor points, I was generally very satisfied with the service and hope these small details can be improved in the future.

The location is also very convenient, with nearby shops and food places easily accessible. The hotel atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for resting after a long day. WiFi connection was good, parking was convenient, and overall the facilities were satisfactory for both short business trips and casual stays.
