Facilities: The location is amazing, right in the heart of the city

Great hotel! Quiet amidst the noise, adjacent to the Botanical Garden, sitting in the room can see the old and new Legislative Palace of Munich outside the window. There are many scenic spots around, all of which can be reached in about 10-20 minutes on foot. Highly recommend this hotel! The breakfast was also very good at 35 euros per person. It takes about 40 minutes from the airport to the hotel, and the hotel pick-up is 105 euros. The hotel provides comfortable disposable slippers, and you can also borrow a hot water bottle, which is very convenient.

I stayed only for one night! I didn't stay long enough! The service was good! It was very comfortable! Clean and the breakfast was good😌. The attractions in Munich are relatively close! It's very close to the Charlie Post and nearby hotels! You can also go there for business trips. It's a few steps to the subway station, and it's also good to go to the University of Munich! You can eat the famous pork knuckles in a few steps!

Excellent hotel
The only thing that was really annoying was the old, ugly and unkempt ski gondolas in which guests were served at Christmas time. This made access to the hotel extremely difficult.
It is incomprehensible how the management of such a renowned hotel could come up with such an idea.

The location is good. It's in the old town. It's a bit troublesome to get in by car. You have to call.
The curtains in the room do not block light. It is very bright during the day and I cannot sleep.
Friends with sleep disorders should choose carefully.
It's a five-star hotel. The front desk doesn't help with luggage. Our people take care of it themselves.

The location is the best. The rooms are large. The bed is comfortable, there are many pillows and they are soft, the blanket is light and pleasant. Bathrobes/slippers/coffee maker/sweet compliment upon arrival 👌🏻Drinking water in a glass bottle is replenished daily. The staff is attentive and very friendly. We went to the bar on the roof. A bit expensive 😬. The breakfast at the hotel is varied and impeccable. There is a tiny problem that the elevator does not always ”listen”) because to go up you need to put your room card. Excellent hotel. Price/quality

The location is very convenient, surrounded by many tourist attractions in the old city, and a variety of restaurants and food. The location is irreplaceable.
The service is also good. I didn’t feel any discomfort.
We only had breakfast for the meal. There were many options and the taste was in line with our preferences. In fact, we ate the avocado bowl for five days in a row.
The room was very clean
After all, the hotel is renovated into an old building, so the air conditioning equipment makes a louder sound when it is turned on.

This family room is really big - 2 rooms linking together, each room has 1 bathroom as well. Came to hotel a little early after long haul flight - although need to wait for nearly an hour staff were friendly and tried to arrange cleaning the room quickly. Breakfast were good with variety of choices. 5 minutes walk from Messestadt West Metro station and a big shopping mall with many restaurants and supermarkets next to the station. My daughters were happy with the stay.

Great hotel, great location and courteous staff and its the hotel is a heritage building. You can feel the history. Room comfort and food outlets are excellent. Breakfast is good with mix of indian and western choices. Restaurant too offers the mix at great taste. Ver helpful staff and front desk. The hotel is located right next to the famous mall road of Shimla, walking distance, ***y shopping and food outlets available ***** the road including branded shopping. The only down side is there is no vehicle access to the entrance of the hotel due local restriction, no vehicle road. One have to climb up 250m stairs, the hotel provides help to pick you luggage. Physically challenged and the elderly will find it challenging. There is option to use public electric lift 500m away and walk to the hotel.
I will certainly choose this hotel in the future if I am visiting Shimla.SOLD OUT

We as a family of four had stayed in Deluxe room which is very outdated and required immediate renovation.Hotel with a 4 star rating but still operating keys for door opening and once you enter a very old hotel 20 years back with old furnished tiles bathroom tubs and outdated room's.Be ware and careful as rooms images are not genuinely displayed in any online site.Although hotel highlight is there restaurant with mouth watering foods and good Vibes.FromMXN1,042
