Exceptional 7-night Family Stay – Highly Recommended! (5/5 Stars)
I recently completed a wonderful 8-day stay at Sedona Suites Ho Chi Minh City with my family, and it was truly the highlight of our trip. Here is a detailed breakdown of our experience:
[ Pros ]
Prime Location: The hotel is perfectly situated for both sightseeing and shopping. Being connected to Saigon Centre/Takashimaya makes everything incredibly convenient.
Excellent Laundry Amenities: Having a washer with a dryer function plus a drying rack in the room was a lifesaver. It completely solved our family’s laundry needs during the long stay.
Breathtaking Views: We stayed on the 29th floor and above, offering stunning, bird's-eye views of the Ho Chi Minh City skyline.
Perfect for Families: The Grand Room (2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms) provided the ultimate space and privacy for our family of four.
High-Quality Breakfast: The breakfast is a mix of a side buffet and made-to-order individual dishes. While the selection isn't overwhelming, the quality of the food is top-tier, and I appreciated being able to control the portion sizes.
Outstanding Service: Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and attentive.
Great Water Pressure: The shower had excellent water pressure, which made for a very refreshing experience after a long day of exploring.
[ Cons / Suggestions ]
Bed Size: The beds felt a bit narrow and small for two adults to share comfortably. Upgrading to larger bed sizes would be a significant improvement.
Cleaning: When cleaning the room, only the pillows were changed on the bed and the duvet from yesterday was unfolded and tidied up; in the bathroom, only the towels were replaced, and the trash can was not emptied or the toilet cleaned. I do not know if this is the hotel's policy, but no explanation was provided.
Ordering: When I order for breakfast, the staff often forgets. There are also times when I have to bring the dishes myself because they aren't cleared quickly enough. I can understand this during peak seasons when they are busy and understaffed, but if the situation is the same even on days with few guests, it seems that staff training is necessary.
[ Overall ]
The drawbacks were very minor compared to the overwhelming number of advantages. This hotel offers world-class convenience and comfort for family travelers. I give it a full 5/5 stars and would definitely stay here again!

It was our first time staying there.
We stayed for 5 nights, occupying 1 unit apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
I would like to say our stay was almost perfect.
We enjoyed everything at the hotel, every corner and everybody. The gym facility and swimming pool are so nice!!
The hotel management has thoughtful arrangements for all our needs during the stay. They even manage a hanger of used shopping paper bags left by the guests to be used by future guests in case they need a paper bag.
The apartment was amazing, spacious, the kitchen and utensils were like a tak household inventory, a lot of cupboards and cabinets. Even a cleaning sets was prepared to mop etc.
The view was magnificent.
Breakfast quite okay, very nice ambiance with superb service.
Highly recommended!
There are few notes that the drop off area is not at in front of the lobby, you will need to walk a bit a few meter away from the parking area to the hotel. But the hotel staffs are always there to standby to assist.
And.. the body lotion was kinda expired, couldt use as it was just like water with some sprinkles in it. And the dispenser was rusty, as all the rust coming out from the dispenser when i was pressing it. I did ask to change, but the staff Came back with the same condition.
