Our family of four had a wonderful vacation. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Pros: * **Spacious Room:** The family room we booked was ample, even with all our luggage open, it didn't feel cramped. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom was also excellent. * **Great Location:** Very convenient for getting to major attractions. There's also a convenient supermarket nearby. * **Extensive Breakfast:** Self check-in & check-out, QR code/password instead of a room card.

I chose this hotel for its shopping convenience, as it's an onsen hotel located right inside the outlet mall. I've stayed here many times. Though the rooms are small, the facilities are complete. You can see Mount Fuji right from the lobby, and the hot springs are fantastic. There's a direct bus from Shinjuku, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend!

I seldom write comments on trip.com, but for this time I would really want to share my experience with this hotel via the platform. I had an amazing stay in this hotel (pls do trust the pictures, you CAN see stunning Fuji view in your mountain view room and even in hotel onsen), everything in this hotel is just perfect, peaceful and on point). After my stay, I realise that I have left my jewllery item in my room, and I have left Fuji. I have contacted the hotel staff, and the immediately assisted me and help with their best effort. Multiple troublesome request but they are very kind and patient with helping me to retrieve my item. I have received the package today, and all in my mind is THANK YOU when I open the package.I see layers and layers of protection the team has applied to my lost item, and well as their kind hearts.  I would like to deeply thank the entire front desk team (Ranjit, Pritiz, Bishal and team), the cleaning team who have found the item, and all Rembrandt Premium Fuji Gotemba staff who has been involved in the logistics. I am very grateful for their kindness, honesty, patience, and everything. Please do pay a visit to this hotel. I will always go back to this hotel when I visit Fuji.

The environment was very comfortable and chill. The tents were spotless, the private bathroom was impeccably clean, and the shower had great water pressure. The BBQ dinner was delicious, and the simple breakfast was also well-balanced! Even if you cook yourself, the facilities are complete, which I'm very satisfied with 👍🏻 I really loved it! The best part was waking up to a view of Mount Fuji from my room, and having breakfast with a view of Mount Fuji again – it made me so happy! 😃 It's convenient if you have a car; it's a 7-minute drive to Gotemba Premium Outlets and a 7-8 minute drive to the supermarket.

Hotel room is big, with power points and USB ports on both sides of the bed, and they acceded to our request for a Mt Fuji facing room and we were able to see Mt Fuji from our room window despite our room being on level 2 (hotel has 4 levels) though there were power cables obstructing the view a little. The free nightly ramen, ice creams and morning Yakults are good additions. Besides having Onsens and Saunas, they also have a level 4 open air footbath where you can have a clear view of Mt Fuji while soaking your feet. Parking is free but lots at the actual hotel site may be limited and if the car park is full, you may have to park across the hotel at a park’s car park. Gotemba outlet mall is about 10mins drive away and nearest convenient store is less than 5mins drive away.

Ctrip's service made check-in incredibly smooth; I just needed to present my passport. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Gotemba Station's west exit. The room was a bit dated, but perfectly adequate. A major plus was the men's communal bath on the first floor; daily soaks and showers there were incredibly refreshing and helped me unwind after a long day. The laundry room was conveniently located directly across from the bath. Breakfast was nothing special, but it was sufficient.

I booked a room based on the results of a soccer match, so I searched for a cheap place that was available for weekend reservations. I'm a non-smoker, so I had no choice but to choose a room that allowed smoking, but I was very satisfied with the large public bath and the room, which had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. Breakfast was less crowded than I expected, so I was able to eat it, and they even refilled my water bottle! I was impressed with the service, which really increased my satisfaction with my trip!

In order to climb Mount Fuji, I had to walk, so I stayed at this hotel near Gotemba. The location is not convenient, but it has the advantages of price and service. I checked in late and the front desk was very polite and explained the hot spring opening hours and breakfast time. Although the room is not big, the overall feeling is very clean. Breakfast It's very authentic Japanese food and it's delicious.
