Well located and fully equipped apartment. Everything fine. Just a pity that so rigidly is stuck to 4 pm to be able to enter the apartment. Do not connect to the arrival times of the plane and it is annoying if it cannot be changed, even if you are travel

The rooftop bar was gorgeous and Breakfast was good value for money. But the room next door to me had their TV on till Midnight most nights. I wear hearing aids and could hear everything The walks may be very thin but it was not good. So with this is mind I wouldn’t stay there again. I know you can’t choose your hotel neighbours but please have some consideration.

Pleasant hotel! It's away from the noise of the bars, and only 30 seconds to the sea from the pool area, so the location is excellent. The hotel has a large pool area with clean water. The room is a bit dated, to be fair, but everything is clean and functional. The breakfast was good too; not many fancy options, but all the basics are there. It's not quite the four-star experience you might expect, but it's a perfectly nice hotel! We had wonderful days here and would definitely come back again.

A good hotel for anyone wanting transportation links nearby. Train station is less than 5 minutes walk and it’s close to lots of bars and restaurants. The beaches are nice too , either get the lift or there are 2 lots of steps to use also .  Good variety of breakfast and dinner menus each day . Plenty to choose from . Pools are outside and inside and a sky bar on top for beautiful views at any time of the day . Gym is small but functional too . I would recommend here and I will return in the future.

Very nice hotel right in the center near the beach great location rated as a four star hotel but more 3.5. Buffet breakfast excellent for all English and European. Reception staff excellent as we arrived at 1:30 in the morning and so accommodating. Beds very comfortable, but on wheels so if you are restless sleeper, you might end up across the other side of the bedroom as we heard many nights from the bedroom above

I’m usually staying at Ritual hotel when in Torremolinos and always had a great experience… No this time when I didn’t see staff members at the reception being more flexible in order to satisfy customers request and experience. When I made the reservation, specifying a strong preference for a room not located to the ground floor, upon arrival and check-in I was informed but the front desk that my assigned room was on the ground floor, directly contradicting the preference I had clearly stated in the booking notes. I immediately raised the issue to the hotel staff reminding them of my prior request and I was told that the hotel was fully booked and not other rooms were available. I strongly believe that my request could have been accommodated if they would have taken in consideration my enquiry during the room assessment … the clearly didn’t have mindset of customer centricity which was very disappointing.

I liked the budget hotel especially the lobby, breakfast, staff and atmosphere. 🤗 Just expecting at least a kettle in the room or hot water for flask's or something similar. Appreciate the complimentary bathroom extras but couldn't identify what was within the bottles? Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion? Overall great 👍 economy hotel, comfortable bed and large room.

The sanitary ware is all from Roca. There are performances in the evening. It feels like a reception point for European groups. The buffet restaurant is full of grandpas and grandmas in the evening. We stayed for two days and didn't see any compatriots. We only saw two Asians on the second day. They seemed to be from the Philippines. The hotel's breakfast is also rich, 15 euros per person. In the evening, all kinds of seafood, fish and steak are available. Breakfast is 25 euros per person. The price-performance ratio is very good.

A but old fashioned but fine. I noticed that a lot of glass in the hotel wasn't clean with finger prints everywhere so not so great ! Check out is 11am not 12 as Trip. Com specified but they kindly said we could stay until 12. Lovely staff

Hello. We stayed for 2 days with friends. We could see the beach from the balcony. The hotel was nice and clean. We couldn't experience it because we had breakfast and dinner outside. There are many bars, cafes and food places around the hotel. There are also places where you can buy beach equipment. We stayed at a reasonable price because we made a reservation in advance. Especially a gentleman at the reception took great care of us. There were Champions League and UEFA matches, we watched them for free in the lobby. There is a pool but it is small. The most important shortcoming is that people like us who come with their cars can't find a place to park. Parking is a problem. These are the ones that come to mind. Happy travels to those who travel...
