Very nice hotel, one minute walking from the tower. We could see the tower from our bedroom. The hotel is on a street with many restaurants, stores and supermarkets. It's near the train station too. Staff are very helpful, friendly and kind. In Pisa I recommend eating the steak. It was awesome.

Thank you for a lovely stay. Room was clean and comfortable 😊 The shower wasn't great but only needed unblocking in the holes which I managed myself. Needs cleaning regularly and not left to clog up 🚿 The room wasn't quiet as we had very noisy people to the right of us but that's them not the hotels fault Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough. Breakfast was simple but good Have to say the scrambled eggs tasted amazing😋 Location was great once we figured out the map 🤣🤣 All in all a lovely stay. This was the cheapest yet best hotel during my trip to Italy! I have no idea why it was so affordable! Modern, clean, spacious, and bright!!! The best part is it's incredibly cheap for what you get, right across from the train station. The soundproofing is excellent thanks to the double-glazed windows. The bathroom is super clean with great water pressure, perfect for long-haired women to wash their hair!!! I didn't get breakfast here as I didn't purchase it; instead, I went to a dumpling place in Pisa.

e hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the train station, and it takes only about 5 minutes by train to reach the airport. It is also within a 15–20 minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which makes sightseeing very easy. The hotel entrance is located in a back alley rather than facing the main street, so it is not very noticeable. There was also some construction work going on nearby, making the road a bit rough and inconvenient to walk on. The hotel itself is a bit old, but it is generally clean. Each room comes with one complimentary bottle of water. However, toothbrushes and slippers are not provided, so guests should bring their own. The bathroom drainage was a little slow as well. On the positive side, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider staying there again in the future

Hotel is good, it was half empty and the placed us right in the middle of a teenager group trip. Reception didn't seem to care about the noise or the door slammed even a speaker with music till 12 pm. Had to wake up early to go to the airport but i wasn't necessary because neither of us slept😪.

A lovely hotel in a perfect location. It's right in the middle, between the old and new parts of the city, with everything within walking distance. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. The only downsides were that the air conditioning was very noisy and the hotel itself was quite thin-walled. But apart from that, we had a great stay.

This is a nice hotel but didn't quite live up to my expectations in terms of furnishings and decor. The bedroom was a good size but rather plain with little on the walls, though the bed throw and curtains gave some colour. The bathroom was very small but the shower worked well. Similarly the dining room furniture and general appearance were a bit boring though there were 2 lovely murals showing the houses by the river. The furniture in the ' reading room' had been changed to dark brown. I had seen photos of red. Yes, it is in an old historic building but I had expected more luxury as it is a 4 star hotel. Having said all that the guy on reception gave us a lovely welcome, and a map with recommendations of where to go. We arrived early and put our luggage in the storage room which was good. We needed to get to the airport early and the receptionist arranged the shuttle to take us, which was great. It was well worth the price. Breakfast was fine with a good variety of foods including SO many types of pastries and croissants. We had dinner in a nearby restaurant the night before as the dining room did not look welcoming and was very quiet. All in all, a pleasant stay for the price we paid which was significantly less on trip com than on its own website.

The room allocated was not the room booked. I had booked a double with a couple (and there was) + 2 separate beds: instead of the 2 separate beds there was a double bed sofa. I was answered that it was the site Trip.com that I gave the wrong information and that the room could not be There was no discount on the fact that one of us was sick just before we left could not be there. However, it is a matter of discretion and humanity in the hotel. The room was in a very nice location with a horrible view of the park in the rear of the hotel, but we didn't take care of it for a night. The room was cleaned in general, but the tents, applied above other tents in a stock of materials, were ingerted, consumed, sprinkled and dirty, that is, to be in a 4-star hotel were of poor cleaning and quality, I believe.

Would be perfect if there’s a lift in the building, visitor will heavy carriage must consider this if you are staying in the attic room. Service: It was alright, just one young man with swollen hands. He was the one who checked us in, got us slippers, fetched water, arranged the extra bed, and checked us out. I guess he owns the whole hotel... Facilities: There aren't many other options in this small place. Food: Breakfast is a must. After eating one serving, there wasn't any more food available. Just eat whatever's available.
