CATION: False promise for refund and NO spa  Upon arrival, we discovered that we had booked and paid for two rooms, but only required one. The reception requested the return of the additional room, but initially refused to refund the paid cost. However, I declined to release the room without compensation. After several nights, the manager agreed to reimburse me, and I released the room for their use. The manager assured me that the refund would be deposited into my account within a few days. Nevertheless, today, more than seven weeks later, I am still awaiting the refund. This is despite approximately a dozen email messages from the manager promising that the refund is on its way. Furthermore, the hotel’s name is misleading. There is no spa on the hotel grounds. When I inquired at the reception about the available treatments, they referred me to the neighboring hotel, Coral Reef Resort and Spa. It would be advisable for you to book your vacation there.

I stayed with my family. Rooms are cosy with all modern amenities. The service they offer are very good. They make you feel comfortable in best possible manner. The owner and the attender all are very polite and friendly. I inf-act extended my stay with them and would definitely recommend the hotel. The location is also good near haddo jetty and airport also. Overall experience is superb.

Taj на Андаманах, лучший отель! Огромная территория отеля, с грамотностно зонированными виллами, помогает забыть что ты находишься в стране с полуторомиллиардным населением. Из-за особенностей законов, виллы не имеют выхода к пляжу и морю, но дорожки проложены до самого выхода на пляж, где есть отельные шезлонги с зонтиками, душем, полотенцами и персонал отеля. Пляж не зря называют мальдивским: светлый песок как пудра, чистейшая вода! Удобный пологий вход в море, хорош для купания детей. Слева, в километре по пляжу, есть риф, который хоть и побитый, но полон живности. Справа в 2,5 км по пляжу, есть ещё риф и укромная бухта, куда ходят знатоки местности. Если заказывать экскурсию для снорклинга, то привезут всё равно к такому месту, с другой стороны острова. Такси на острове нет, но есть компании, которые возят туристов из отелей по острову. Вероятно у них с отелями есть ”договорнячок”, поэтому цены на эти поездки весьма завышены. Можно в город съездить на ужин, который будет в 2 раза дешевле чем в отеле, но заплатив 3000 рупий за машину, на тот же чек и выйдешь. Имеет смысл ехать только из-за лобстера или краба. Мы нашли компанию, с которой пару раз выезжали за пределы отеля: машина новая и ребята пунктуальные (+91 94760 37130). В ресторане отеля готовят вкусно, достаточно быстро, и меню с большим выбором, как индийской кухни, так и европейской и азиатской. Попробуйте лепёшки paratha с разными начинками. Если будете заказывать трансфер из/до Порт-Блэра, будте внимательны, чтобы билеты на паромы соответствовали вашим хотелкам, а не людей, кто их букирует. У нас была такая ситуация, и потом пришлось брать билет на другой паром. При расчёте в отеле, они сначала включили нам стоимость обоих билетов, но потом убрали не нужный нам рейс, когда предложили им показать согласование время выхода с нами. Подготовьтесь к песчанным блохам sаnd fly , до того как они вас покусают. В принципе, эти твари есть везде, где с ними не борятся отели или ещё масштабнее, поэтому надо просто иметь средства для До и После. В Индии, как мы убедились, с ними не борятся... It's a really beautiful hotel I loved my stay here the staff are wonderful and the vibe is really relaxed. I was a little tired towards the end of always being told ”we don't have that drink/that food/the chef isn't working”, and the rooms can be a little noisy but aside from this would 100% recommend.

While the hotel was empty, we were given a room right up to the place where the worker was rolling metal beams all night. In a simple spa hotel, but very pleasant massages.
