La Reserve Eden au Lac Zurich is a beautiful, newly renovated hotel with an excellent staff. The only wish I had was for more space in my room. We reserved the junior suite with a balcony, expecting a sitting area. Space is expensive in Zurich, and although the bathroom was spacious and gorgeous (that marble sink was awesome) the word ”suite” was not accurate. However, if you want a place with a contemporary decor, excellent service and impressive restaurants, I would highly recommend this hotel. The view of the lake is superb, and it is close to the city center.

The service is very good, knowing our honeymoon, setting up the room and checking in early. Hotel facilities are good, staff quality is very high, very kind.

The hotel is located in the center of Zurich and is very artistic. It is recommended that everyone come to live in their room with murals, which is very retro. Good service, not many categories for breakfast (almost 5 star hotels in Switzerland are like this), hotel valet parking! !

We had a terrible experience on the second night of the stay: We went out for city tour in the morning and when we come back to the room in the afternoon, our room is like being robbed, 3 out of 4 suitcases are missing, the bathroom is only half way clean, balcony door left open, most clothes hanging in the wardrobe are missing. I called front office immediately and i have been told that housekeeping had found the door of wardrobe is broken and has a risk of falling, so for safety reason, therefore, they have transferred our suitcases to the new room. so here are the question: 1. Why there are only half of my belongings are being transferred to the new room? You either transferred all my belongings to the new room, but not just half of it, it is so scary when you back to your room which it is like a crime scene! 2. Is it normal for a luxury hotel to touch guest's personal belonging without permission of the guest? 3. If the hotel find it a safety issue inside the room, why do they still let the guest go into the room? That kind of put the guest in a dangerous environment that may get injured! 4. Have the hotel ever tried to contact the guest, by phone/email of such incident had happened in the room? or worst case, to stop me to get in to the room, when i passed by front desk before get back to the room? none of it had been done In short, this is not acceptable for any hotel, not talking about Ameron is a luxury brand, the hotel has poor risk management, this is my first time using this brand and I don't think there will be a second chance, terrible experience and even on the checked out date, no one care to ask how was my stay.

It seems clear to me that the quality of customer service in travel has greatly deteriorated in the last three years. I understand that service providers have trouble finding and retaining people and the ones they have often don’t seem to take pride in their work. Sadly, I’ve come to accept this as the “new normal.” Which is why our recent three-night stay at the Park Hyatt in Zurich was such a welcome surprise. Not only was our room clean and comfortable but the service we received, from start to finish, was efficient and personal. Just a few examples: We had a flight delay and airport transfer difficulty arriving to Zurich and did not get to the hotel until after 1:00. The gentleman working the front desk who checked us in, got us waters, helped with our bags and personally escorted us to our rooms. He was also working the next night when we returned to the hotel after dinner. He spotted us coming through the lobby and literally ran over from the front desk, greeted us by name and asked if our room was acceptable and if there was anything he could do for us. The housekeeping staff are a bunch of ninjas. You never saw their carts in the hall but we’d leave in the morning and when we returned in the afternoon the room was made up. Perfectly. We’d leave for dinner and when we returned the room was turned down. Perfectly. We had drinks the first night at the Onyx Bar. When we returned the next night, the bartender remembered both our names and our drinks. We interacted on several occasions with the daytime concierge. I wish I remembered his name. It wasn’t just that he was knowledgeable about Zurich and responded immediately to our requests. He acted like speaking to us was the absolute highlight of his day. I know these are all little things but they added up to a wonderful stay. Plus, the hotel couldn’t be more conveniently located. Staying at the Park was a luxury item for us but, let’s face it, traveling anywhere in Switzerland is a luxury item. I would return to the Park for their level of personal service in a minute.

We loved this hotel! Fabian and all of the front desk staff where amazing and made us feel so welcome. It's very close to the train station and walking distance to old town. Breakfast was also good in the M Lounge and the view from our junior suite was amazing. Our only complaint is the elevator situation. We almost missed our flight because it took us 30 minutes to get down. Only 2 out of 3 elevators where working the day we were leaving. Otherwise, it's a great hotel!

I haven't written a comment n times, but for everyone's convenience in finding a hotel, it's still a bit bloody! The location of the hotel is 100 meters from the train station, the city center, the room can accommodate three families, the second floor attic also has a top floor terrace, the room has more than 100 square meters, a separate kitchen, two toilets, and a jacuzzi. Zurich can hardly imagine such a value-for-money apartment (the average hotel room area in Zurich is 14-15 square meters). After setting, pay attention to receiving emails. It is a large apartment. There is no sign at the door. You can enter the apartment by entering the password given in the email. Floor and room! If you are traveling with a group of friends or family, highly recommended

This hotel is just across the road from the main train station, one or two hundred meters away. Room environment: Not very new, but completely acceptable. The decoration is relatively exquisite. The suite I booked has free minibar and snacks (except alcoholic beverages/wines) Service: Contact the agent with Ctrip in advance to communicate about early check-in. The answer is that if there is a room available, you can check in in advance. We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 am and the room was ready for smooth check-in; both the front desk and the door bellman gave us a very friendly feeling. ;After checking out, two bottles of mineral water were given as a gift. Room hygiene: There are two bathrooms in the suite. Toiletries such as toothpaste and toothbrush are provided. Samples of Swiss Dabao skin care products are also provided. There are welcome fruits and turndown service. Good night chocolates are also provided. Breakfast: The dining environment is not big, but the decoration is very nice. The service is also very nice. In addition to the buffet area, you can also order meals, both paid and free. Guests in the suites have champagne breakfast. Those who order for a fee are also free. You can also order a glass of champagne per person. Overall: In Zurich, where land is at a premium, I feel that the price/performance ratio is very high. The only drawback is that there is no view outside the window of my room. It is very close to the building opposite. The advantage of this is that it is relatively quiet. I will consider staying here next time I go to Zurich.

The hotel environment in Switzerland is really good, the whole Switzerland is very good.
