I recently had a chance to stay at Ruby Hotel, and I was really impressed! The room was clean and simply decorated but still looked very nice. The bed was super soft and comfortable, which made it easy to rest after a long day. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast was delicious too! Although the hotel is not located right in the city center, it’s still very easy to get around. Transportation is convenient, and you can reach most attractions without any trouble. Overall, Ruby Hotel is a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable stay at an affordable price, with a peaceful atmosphere and a convenient location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Laos!

Room was clean and comfortable. I didn't get to enjoy the free breakfast because I had to leave before breakfast. My train ticket was changed to a minivan ride at the last minute. The tea provided in the room was good quality and the snacks were not overpriced.

Thorougly enjoyed my stay. Pacific Vientiane hotel was close to Vientiane center. Many restaurants and bars near as well as the Night Market. Five minute walk to the Mekong river, in which Thailand is a stone's throw away. Hotel staff were very friendly and the room was extremely clean. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel!

Location is good, just be sure to book room with window. No elevator so if you are at 4th floor need to bring your luggage on the stairs. Hostel can arrange you taxi service to airport if you need and they will pick you up.

The location is great. It's a short walk to the night markets, restaurants and laundromat. The staff are pretty nice. You can order freshly cooked eggs at breakfast. They have an espresso machine too. The rooms are a good size with chairs and bench space to sit. The only weird thing was how the bathroom has glass doors. It was really funny seeing people do their business in there! There was also a lot of construction going on next door but it didn't start too early so it was fine.

they helped us book the HSR to Luang Prabang (with a service fee, of course) as we don't have a laos/china phone number. As a typhoon was heading towards Laos, they were helpful in arranging transport to the bus stop and then to Vientiane (also with a service fee). the rooms were clean and had a resort vibe, overall a pleasant stay. P.S. couldnt have asked for a better location. Just 3 minutes walk from the night market!

Good hotel for the price. Aircon could be more effective, but good there was both an aircon and a fan. The breakfast was from a vegetarian perspective difficult. I could eat toast bread with butter.. the fruits were not fresh and had flies all around them. Even for my partner that eats meat the breakfast was mediocre. The funny thing is we had a la carte the day after at the same cafe (after breakfast closed) which was a HUGE difference. Actually good food.
