Staff was excellent and friendly! only feedback, lot of water is being wasted due to solar water heater and at some times not getting hot water only! food is amazing, but the look the hotel is not appealing. Did not try the first day looking at the hotel appearance, later tried and it was best food

I'am not satisfied with stay at hotel sai shubham. Need to improve cleaniness and room services. Bedsheet, towels was dirty and tored. No hot water is available despite being mentioned. Tv is not working. No amenities in comparison to what they are charging for room.

1-it’s a average hotel with average room conditions. 2- no food available in the hotel. 3- corridor light switched off in nights which i think shouldn’t be. 4- overall not well organised hotel. But staff behaviour is very good.

We stay at hotel abson every-time we visit shirdi for last several years. It is neat and clean and very near to temple we order only tea or coffee there and use one of the other several eating places available nearby for other needs.

My mother and me enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It was a clean hotel with decent facilities. What was good was the service from the staff especially the DM - Santosh Patil ! They provided 24hrs transport to the ashram. What can be improved is the towels should be changed, it was clean but it looks overused. Also the bed was hard. But nevetheless for the price, location and service - it was still a good deal. Highly recommended.

The best part is that the property is very close to the Sai Baba Temple at a walking distance. However, I was disappointed with the room that was allocated to me. It did not match the photos shown during the booking, which felt misleading. Additionally, the bathroom layout was not ideal — it opened directly into the room — and several bathroom fixtures, including the taps, were loose or damaged. While the hotel has potential, attention to detail and honest representation would greatly improve the guest experience.

It was very pleasant to stay at hotel anand palace in shirdi, the staff was very cooperative, even though they did not receive any mail from the company about my booking, they gave me the room, later we talked to customer care and sent them mail, this company's mistake there is a lack of service but the hoteliers gave very good cooperation, clean room, bathroom was also clean, towel soap shampoo tv internet service was also very good and the food was very tasty i would like to go there again and again at the bus stop in front of the hotel and the temple is also very close. The parking for the car was also very big.
