This time, planning a trip to Gifu with a friend, we decided to stay at TAOYA Kisoji, a place I'd been curious about for a while. We took a bus from Nagiso Station to Tsumago-juku, and then another bus to the hotel. The hotel's exterior and lobby were beautiful, and the lobby offered afternoon tea and lovely yukata rentals, which made us excited from the start. The room and dinner were also very good, but I have a slight disability that makes me eat slowly, so the 90-minute meal time felt a bit rushed. Also, there was only one shuttle bus service to the station after check-out, and it didn't align with the train I had planned to take. It would be really helpful if they could increase the frequency of the shuttle bus services.

Really enjoyed this onsen hotel. They offer a free shuttle service from Tsumago-juku, which felt like a five-star luxury. The room was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating three or four people – almost felt a bit extravagant! The large dining room offered a wide variety of delicious food and drinks. The hot springs were also very relaxing, and all the services provided were excellent. I'll definitely bring my friends here next time to share the experience!

Для заказа трансфера от Цумаго мы воспользовались помощью ”туристического/информационного центра”, где сразу позвонили в отель, и трансфер приехал ровно в запланированное время

Hotel staff is friendly and warm . Very welcoming. Especially Amin who served us during meal time . He took effort to introduce us to the variety of food . Room has a good mountain view and spacious. The hotel is equipped with onsen and lounge for relaxing . Very satisfied with the stay . Will definitely recommend to friends and repeat stay at the hotel .
