What is the experience of a five-star hotel without heating on a day of 10 degrees to 8 degrees? It really happened to me, and it was a Sofitel. Anyway, I caught a cold directly on the second day after staying, and the windows were closed tightly. The equipment Everything else is nonsense. I complained to the front desk the next day. Anyway, the attitude was very sincere, but the problem had occurred and the facilities were very backward. We stayed at this magnificent hotel during New Year's week. The room was wonderful, very personalized and cozy, equipped with every comfort, and had a splendid balcony overlooking Gare du Nord. The staff were always smiling, helpful, and courteous. The hotel's location is exceptional. The metro is practically right outside the entrance, allowing quick access to all strategic points in Paris. The rooms are perfectly soundproofed, and the breakfast is fantastic, rich and varied with all kinds of food, both sweet and savory, including cheeses and fruits. I definitely recommend it. In Paris, it's one of the best hotels overall for value for money. We loved it! Paris is the most beautiful city in the world. Magical. Especially during the Christmas season. Staying at this hotel made our vacation special and unforgettable! Thanks for everything.

Facilities: The amenities are comprehensive and very new. A crucial point is the excellent soundproofing, and the view from the 29th floor is also great! Hygiene: Clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping. The scent management in the common areas is quite good. Environment: It seems like they are landscaping outside the entrance; I look forward to seeing it finished. Service: All the front desk ladies are very professional and can even help book desired restaurants. There's also staff assistance with luggage. Overall, I had a very good experience.

A charming, smaller hotel with excellent service. The neighborhood feels very safe. It's ideal for guests using a private car service, as public transportation can be a bit of a walk away. However, Galeries Lafayette is conveniently just a 10-15 minute stroll. Highly recommended.

Great for those who value comfort and luxury. + Location: From the hotel it's a few mins walk to the M14 line, a new and safe metro line that is connected tobAirport Orly and Gare du Lyon train station (RER A/B trains to Disneyland Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport). M14 can also take you into central Paris to see the Louvre, Notre Dame and Palais Garnier within 30mins. + Cleanliness: The room, including water and towels, was refreshed daily. + Air Conditioning: The a/c worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. - The TV did not have chromecast or similar wifi-streaming features available.

We booked a quadruple room for the whole family.  However, the room given to us was completely not suitable.  The shower was a see-through one with no door and facing the beds.   It was great for a romantic couple but with grown up children, it was totally not acceptable to us.  We complained and not without some argument, they offered 2 connecting rooms.  On the day of checkout, the reception called us and said because they were fully booked, we have to leave at noon sharp and not one minute more!  They even send a staff to our rooms to watch us pack.  We feel that the front desk could be improved.  Having said that, the hotel enjoys a really central location with walking distance to some of the famous tourist spots, and the breakfast is simple but good.  We especially like the fresh juice which you can make yourself at breakfast.

The room's location is superb, within walking distance to all the attractions. The room itself isn't huge but the heating worked well, making it very cozy. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating; we arrived in the morning and they let us check in straight away, which was a huge plus! The only downsides were that the bed creaked a lot, and the soundproofing wasn't great – I could hear the person next door snoring. However, given the excellent location and value for money, these weren't major issues. Overall, for the price, it was a good stay!

The room is on the small side, and the single bed isn't very big either, but it's clean. The layout is a bit odd though; the toilet and washroom have separate doors, which, along with the main entrance, are all squeezed together. It's a tight squeeze and you have to be careful when opening and closing doors to avoid bumping into them. They don't provide complimentary bottled water, slippers, or toothbrushes, but there is an electric kettle. This might be due to their agreement with Trip.com (most hotels I've booked through Trip.com usually provide kettles) – a must-have for Chinese travelers! Breakfast was just okay. Plenty of bread and pastries, but not much salad. Getting around is super convenient, and it's located in a safe area right next to the Pullman. You barely see any 'loiterers' around. The Seine, metro station, and Eiffel Tower are all just a few hundred meters away. Dining options are plentiful too, but be warned: some restaurants nearby are a rip-off. One place charged over 40 Euros for a main dish – incredibly salty – and then added a service charge. Travelers should be cautious. The hotel's bar, however, serves good food at reasonable prices, and their pizza is excellent. Luggage storage is a bit of a drawback; it's only available for the same day. This isn't ideal for those planning short trips to nearby areas. The front desk staff speak decent English, but the housekeeping staff don't. You'll need to use gestures and point to objects, but they're still very good at fulfilling requests.
