The overall hotel environment is great and very quiet. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to both Exhibition Centre Station and Wan Chai Station. You can even use the skybridge directly, so no worries about rainy weather. If you want to go to Tsim Sha Tsui, you can take the Star Ferry, as it's very close to the pier. The hotel's breakfast is fantastic; it's à la carte, with Chinese, Western, and Japanese options, plus some additional items you can order. Personally, I find this more convenient than a buffet. I highly recommend the Japanese salmon set! The in-room dining menu is also excellent. The room is quite spacious for a Hong Kong hotel, with two 1.5-meter single beds, making it family-friendly when traveling with kids. The hotel also provides unlimited complimentary drinks and snacks daily, which is a huge plus! They can even provide milk for children. Overall, it's pretty good, but there's room for improvement in the details. I had requested baby amenities and a cot in advance, but when we got to the room, none of them were prepared. The cot installation afterward wasn't professional either; the bars weren't secured into the mattress, and the bedding wasn't neatly arranged, with the mattress and bed frame showing, which wasn't a very pleasant sight.

The St. Regis has yet to disappoint, especially when it comes to breakfast – it's absolutely fantastic! 👍 My wife and I were here for a business trip (it's perfect for a getaway without kids). At this caliber, the facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service are all top-notch. (One small suggestion: perhaps a heads-up about the room's fragrance. Not all guests appreciate it, but it could be moved to a cupboard.) The service from all departments was excellent, especially the concierge. We were going for dinner a short distance away and couldn't find a taxi, so they arranged a hotel car for us. When we returned, they warmly greeted us and asked about our dining experience, which was very thoughtful. ❤️

This was my third stay at the Rosewood Hong Kong, and it was the first time I've encountered a room that smelled musty. Thankfully, after speaking with them, they were able to switch me to a room with a normal scent. Breakfast was excellent as always; they even gave me a box of chocolates as an apology for the slow waffle service. The lunch at The Legacy House was absolutely delicious, it definitely deserves more than one Michelin star.
- Aduoladexianhuasanqian
The breakfast was pretty good, and I felt they used quality ingredients. The waffles were the best I've ever had, and the custard lava bun and yellow kiwi were also great. The location is excellent, right in Tsim Sha Tsui, facing Victoria Harbour, surrounded by the sea. The night view is absolutely stunning.

For those doing a Hong Kong and Macau trip, I recommend going to Macau first, then Hong Kong's K11, because it has a drum washing machine, a drum washing machine, a drum washing machine! (Yes, it's that important, I said it three times). You can wash all your dirty clothes from Macau in K11's washing machine, and drying is no problem either – it's a great amenity. I'm introverted and don't like interacting much with staff, but they were very discreet and kind. Oh, and the night view is beautiful too.
- Lexibaobao
The room view is great, but the service is basically self-service – you rarely see any staff. The front desk is very procedural and also lacks service. Getting a taxi to the hotel entrance can be a bit confusing; some drivers don't quite know where it is. For breakfast, I'd suggest more variety; it was the same as last year. I don't quite understand why it's so expensive, yet I keep coming back. It's probably because the balcony really makes a difference.

This was my first stay at a Mandarin Oriental, and I chose their historic birthplace. The hotel's location is excellent, right outside Central Station. Just find Harry Winston, and you've found the Mandarin Oriental. The standard rooms are already luxurious and elegant. Outside the window is Chater Road, bustling with luxury boutiques. The warm yellow reflections off the wooden furniture made me feel like I'd stepped back into the golden age of the last century – a beautiful reflection of economic prosperity, yet never loud or ostentatious. Even with evening turndown service, a good hotel is incredibly thoughtful. They prepared bookmarks, bedtime tea, and essential oils, and all amenities were replenished. The room also came with small items branded with the Mandarin Oriental HK logo, such as leather coasters, cable organizers, luggage stickers, and lens cleaning cloths. I asked the front desk, and they confirmed I could take them all (currently, Mandarin Oriental doesn't offer small-sized toiletries, only a small body lotion, which I loved the scent of, so I requested extra). The hotel's 'hidden drawer' is very practical. You just write your request on a piece of paper, place it in the tray in the drawer, and ring the bell. Whether it's for laundry or amenity replenishment, you don't even need to make a phone call – perfect for introverts! Every detail of my stay here was meticulously taken care of. Despite being on a busy street, the soundproofing was excellent, and the temperature and humidity were maintained at a very comfortable level, allowing me to get refreshing sleep during a busy trip. The breakfast selection is quite rich, with semi-buffet and full-buffet options available at different restaurants. For tourists, I'd recommend the full buffet as it offers a wider variety of dishes, including both hot and cold options, and you can also order à la carte desserts like pancakes. Before leaving, I bought some rose jam and a fan, officially becoming a fan of MO.
- M328290****
Let's start with the unpleasant parts: The bakery on the second floor has an overall snobbish vibe. A white male staff member was overly friendly with a white customer at the entrance who wasn't with him, while completely ignoring Asian customers asking about seating. When checking out and retrieving my luggage, all the smiling staff members suddenly disappeared. And yes, I did strain my neck and shoulder going down the steps because the entrance was crowded with people. The good aspects are that the overall staff, when entering and exiting, were smiling and welcoming, creating a good atmosphere. At check-in, I received a small toy and dessert, and at check-out, I got a small fan. The breakfast, for a five-star hotel, was exquisite, offering à la carte Eggs Benedict, cold brew coffee, and asparagus with avocado. The lobster bisque at Cafe Causette on the second floor was also good. The room had a 1990s mahogany style and offered turn-down service. Fruit and drinks were delivered through a butler's pantry, ensuring no disturbance. The indoor pool on the top floor, though small, was exquisite and clean, and the lifeguard/attendant Michael was very attentive. Overall, the value for money is okay. It's about a ten-minute walk to IFC and Mid-Levels Central. The main entrance can be a bit noisy and inconvenient for temporary stops. After all, the room rate isn't super extravagant, so one can't expect everything.

The room faces Golden Bauhinia Square directly, offering a superb view and breathtaking scenery. However, there were quite a few dust mites in the room, which made me, as someone with a dust mite allergy, sneeze and have a runny nose constantly, which was a bit of a struggle. Also, the handheld showerhead in the bathroom couldn't be adjusted, which was very inconvenient. The overhead shower was in an awkward position, making it impossible to stand on the anti-slip mat. Everything else was excellent; the service was great, and the location was super convenient, right next to K11, with all dining and entertainment options within easy reach.
- M18336****
This hotel offers incredible value for money. For the same view, you're paying half the price of the Rosewood next door. While it's a bit smaller than the Rosewood, the Regent feels much newer. Dining: Breakfast exceeded my expectations; it was far more extensive than what you'd typically find at other hotels in this price range. Service: The entire staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming. Facilities: The toilet isn't a bidet, but that's perfectly acceptable given the price point.

This is the most convenient hotel when traveling from mainland China to Hong Kong. You can easily walk to it from the high-speed rail station, so even on a rainy day, it's very convenient. The Elements shopping mall downstairs meets all dining and shopping needs and is great for browsing. We wanted to have afternoon tea; both the restaurant on the 103rd floor and the lobby lounge on the 102nd floor offer it. The restaurant always has afternoon tea sets available, but it finishes quite early, at 5:15 PM. The lobby lounge's afternoon tea requires a bit of advance booking; if you don't book, you can only order à la carte, and there aren't many options, nor is the presentation as exquisite as expected. The environment, however, is excellent, with expansive high-altitude views overlooking the islands and the sea, offering a unique perspective of Hong Kong. We stayed during the Mid-Autumn Festival and received mooncakes and lanterns, plus a late check-out, which we were very pleased with. My husband took the kids swimming and came back saying the staff were very attentive, helping to wash and spin-dry their swimsuits. The service was incredibly detailed. We will definitely stay here again.
- M3106****
Perfect for a family stay where you just want to relax and not venture out. The service was excellent, making us feel right at home. The highlight was definitely the rooftop pool with its panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. The beef topping and shark fin dumplings at the Michelin two-star restaurant's breakfast buffet were amazing, and that restaurant also offers Harbour views. I'd definitely go back if I have the chance.

Facilities: Despite having opened some time ago, the hotel's facilities are still in excellent condition and feel very modern. Ambiance: The lobby is incredibly spacious, and there's a lovely fountain right at the entrance. Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean and tidy, with absolutely no unpleasant smells. Service: From the moment we stepped in, someone proactively offered to help with our luggage. The front desk staff who checked us in were extremely polite and even asked if we'd like to be escorted to our room. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic! I'll definitely be staying at The Peninsula Hotel again next year.
- Ciciroududu
Even though I booked the lowest-priced room, the service was exceptional. Perhaps because it was our first stay, we had a dedicated staff member accompanying us from the moment we got out of the car, through check-in, and all the way to our room, explaining everything in English. During the day, I left my laptop out, and when I returned, I found an alcohol wipe next to it. My charging cables were neatly organized by the bed, and my cosmetics were thoughtfully arranged. The turndown service was a great experience. The hotel is also very close to the Avenue of Stars and K11, just a few steps away.

## Environment: The hotel room was quite spacious and comfortable. It's very close to Victoria Harbour, and walking to Tsim Sha Tsui East and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations is also very convenient. I'm not sure if I got an upgraded room type, but my room even had a walk-in closet. ## Service: The hotel room essentially met all my requirements. I chose a twin room this time because the king-size rooms were smoking rooms. Our room was on a higher floor, close to the elevator yet still quiet, and we could see a partial view of Victoria Harbour from outside. The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful; they would proactively offer help whenever they saw us. ## Hygiene and Facilities: The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. All the amenities are quite new and very clean, though the facilities themselves are relatively classic/retro. ## Breakfast: Breakfast was a mix of Western and Cantonese cuisine. The variety of dishes was relatively rich, and the Cantonese dim sum was delicious. They offered freshly cooked pork rib or fish ball noodles/vermicelli, and the most thoughtful part was being able to add as much noodles or vermicelli as you wanted.

This was my first time staying at the Royal Garden. The hotel is clean, has a beautiful pool, nice views, and a wide selection of restaurants. Every staff member presents themselves in a professional manner, they have sincere smiles and are extremely helpful, the concierge, bellboy and housekeeping staff are very polite as well. I am especially thankful to Manager Bonny for leading her team excellently. Her team members, Polly, Ken, and Anson, all have great team spirit and were very helpful with our facility requests, as well as with the special arrangements for our tour. I am truly grateful and appreciate having them during my stay. I would definitely come back again and will surely miss their kind smiles and the feeling of being at home. The room size was pretty good, and I think it offers decent value for money in Hong Kong. The only minor issues were that the lighting was a bit dim and the bathroom door lock was faulty – you needed someone to help align it to get it to latch. The lobby connects directly to Langham Place, which is very convenient. I even stumbled upon a Kuromi pop-up there! Some of the facilities did feel a bit dated, which is understandable. I didn't experience anything particularly standout service-wise. The 'welcome' feeling actually came from the security guard at check-in and the cleaning lady. The front desk staff also helped arrange a twin room, which was nice.

I recently stayed at the Royal Plaza Hotel in Hong Kong and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are larger than typical accommodations in the city, providing a comfortable space to relax. A Great Choice in a Prime Location Our stay at the Ramada Hong Kong Tsim Sha Tsui was a very pleasant experience. The hotel's location is its biggest asset, offering incredible convenience for exploring the city. We were just a short walk away from the MTR station, making it easy to get around Hong Kong's main attractions, and the surrounding neighborhood is bustling with restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and they were always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and although typical for Hong Kong, it was comfortable and well-organized. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided. While we didn't use the fitness center, it's great to know that a good range of facilities are available. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money. It’s a solid, reliable choice for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located base to explore the vibrant city of Hong Kong. We booked the quadruple room for 3 of us, room was small with us getting into each other's way quite often. There is also no space to put luggages (we had 2 medium ones) except the window ledge which was lined up against the beds. There were mirrors reflecting each other everywhere in the room, including a mirror in the middle of the room where there was a divider for the tv (seen covered with a towel in the photo). Also there were 3 large mirrors in the bathroom, the only wall with no mirror was the door.  It is branded as an eco hotel, there is no water provided in the room, except an empty water bottle which you can fill up at designated floors in the hotel. The 2 lifts were super busy and was crowded alot of the times when we took it. Note there was also no hand soap in the bathroom. I thought it may have been missed out so I asked at the front desk and was told they don't provide any handsoap. So I asked for another bottle of shower gel to be placed at the sink, and was given a Johnson and Johnson baby shower gel. The only good thing was - slippers provided were good and anti-slip. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were from Elemis.  All in all, will not be staying here again. The abundance of mirror was creepy.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are decent, a compact space that has everything you need. It was basically enough for two adults and one child. Cleanliness: The hygiene was acceptable, with regular cleaning every day. Environment: The hotel's location is a big plus. Turn right out of the hotel and you're in Tsim Sha Tsui. Walk straight past one intersection from the hotel and you're at Temple Street, where there are many street food stalls at night. There are also many 7-Elevens and snack shops near the hotel, and the high-speed rail station is within walking distance.

The most outstanding feature of this hotel is probably its ventilation system (since the hotel is relatively new, the AC and air circulation likely use two separate ducts). I originally planned to use the hotel's washing machine (laundry is $40 and drying is $40, not cheap). On the first day, I just hand-washed a pair of shorts and socks, and to my surprise, they were completely dry by the next day, hanging on the rack outside the sink! (I'm sensitive to cold, so I kept the AC at 25 degrees at night, and it only blew occasionally, so its exhaust system must be independent). I have to praise it. Shimen MTR station is very close to the hotel, and at Sam Do Restaurant next to the station, the triple-combo rice is only $38 after 7 PM. The vegetables are especially fresh and delicious, and they also have fish and shrimp! The prices are surprisingly good!
