The lobby is beautiful and stylish. The service is very good, the concierge is polite and considerate. There are many activities, such as beach movies and free dessert stations, which are great. The beach, restaurant, bar and other functional areas are perfect, but the entire park has no garden scenery except for the functional areas, just rows of villas. The villa type is not good among the villa types of many hotels. The beach villa we booked does not see the beach and the sea, but it is very convenient to walk to the beach. The room facilities are also old, and the overall experience of the room is very average.

Amazing hospitality especially by the villa concierge Chan. The Banyan Tree team also provided many unique touchpoints that distinguish them from other hotels. For example, at check in, we were given a lotus flower and learnt how to fold the lotus petals. When we reached the villa, we were guided by Chan to release the lotus flower in the pool, symbolizing releasing bad karma and inviting positivity into our lives. Throughout the stay, there were various essential oils and pillow styles available to choose from. Guest services were also happy to comply with requests for ice, and any other additional requests we had, such as turn down services conducted at a later or earlier time, according to our itinerary. At checkout, we were also presented with a farewell drink, and a small token to remember our stay at the Banyan Tree Samui. In totality, this stay exceeded all our expectations and we look forward to returning in future.

Very warm and professional service, great food. I stayed 3 nights with my family. we need to catch an evening flight, and I talked with Pei Pei, she helped to sort out late checkout which is very kind. Excellent experience!

Beautiful, comfortable accommodation on a private island. In a nice villa with a private swimming pool, perfect for relaxing. The area around the hotel was calm and shady. The beach in front of the school is private. But you can still see the surrounding view and have a delicious breakfast with both A la carte and food lines. The variety of options is good. The wait staff are very helpful and helpful. Long Tai Restaurant has Michelin Selected food with strong flavors. Thai people definitely like it. The view from the restaurant is very good. Convenient transportation from the airport, not very far distance.

Beautiful place to stay and great service, but seems like mostly family resort. As a couple we also enjoyed our stay but be ready to stay with lot of children) The thing I specially liked: tasty local-made sweet compliments and postcards from the staff in the room on arrival and after each cleaning. Super comfy beds and sofas - you will sleep like on the clouds.

This is one of the most fabulous resorts out of many resorts I've stayed in all over Asia, indeed. Starting with the cool and elegant lobby and the amazingly friendly and professional staff, to the succulent breakfast buffet, serving everything from cereal to noodle soup to omelet to fried rice to various and changing hot dishes, to a wonderful beach, this gorgeous resort truly has it all. I've opted for a garden villa which is spacious and sophisticated and cozy, and is kept in pristine shape by a very meticulous staff. Lastly, this slice of heaven seems to be orchestrated/directed by a wickedly handsome and immensely capable man who is in many places all at once and always ready to answer any questions with a delicious smile. Great job, Bo Phut Resort and Staff, for providing a magnificent and memorable stay in amazing Thailand.

We recently stayed at SALA Samui Chaweng Beach Resort and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the service was welcoming 😃 We'd like to give a special shoutout to the Hotel Manager, Boky, and her amazing team for their exceptional professionalism and warm hospitality, which truly enhanced our stay. Initially, we didn’t realize we had booked the wrong room, but Boky kindly upgraded us to an Oceanfront suite. The room was spacious, impeccably maintained, and offered unforgettable, great view! We’d also like to express our sincere thanks to the restaurant manager and her team for making our dining experiences truly exceptional. Every meal was beautifully presented, and the service was amazing. Their attention to detail and heartfelt hospitality made each visit memorable and special. We travel often, but this stay stood out because of the exceptional people who went out of their way to make our time memorable. This was our second visit; we came for our honeymoon eleven years ago, and this time we revisited with our 9-year-old son. As always, the service level was exceptional, and the facilities were incredibly well-maintained – it's hard to tell they've aged at all. The twice-daily housekeeping and turn-down service, exquisite and delicious breakfast, on-call buggy service, and the variety of pools (around 6 or 7, I'd say) all made me glad we came back a second time. I especially want to thank Mr. BIG, the manager. My husband was out for a morning run and got stuck on a country road by some stray dogs in the village. After I explained the situation, he personally drove me there for a speedy rescue – I was incredibly touched! The hotel also offers a 'passport' where you can collect stamps from 10 different spots and exchange it for a small gift, which was ice cream. We tried both Flames and Amber restaurants, and as members, we got a discount at both. Amber, which specializes in Thai food, was decent – no major misses, but nothing particularly outstanding either. At Flames, we had pizza and some meat dishes, which were pretty good. The Lounge offers afternoon tea and happy hour daily, so we were always well-fed. The only thing that could be improved is perhaps adding a more substantial and affordable main course option to happy hour, like fried rice, noodles, or pasta, as the current snacks sometimes felt a bit slow to be refilled. My husband and I have already made a pact to come back again in another eleven years!
