Environment: Excellent view, full privacy, like the glass bathroom, really don't worry about being seen when taking a bath, haha
Facilities: The facilities are actually OK, but the uniqueness of the hotel is better than anything else
Service: The housekeeper accompanied me throughout the whole process, arranged breakfast, dinner, and visits, and needed to accompany me up and down the stairs, which was hard!
The service was very good. Super patient brother!
I hope to come again next time if I have the chance

The VIP treatment of the hotel VIP car passageway first gives a kind of enjoyment above tens of thousands of people, haha! The hotel landscape is absolutely OK, the butler service is also very in place, the facilities are also relatively complete, and the entertainment function is very rich. The fly in the ointment is that the decoration is not exquisite enough, and some health details have yet to be improved. Overall satisfaction, it is an unforgettable experience

I am really happy to book such a discounted room in Trip.com.
According to the navigation location and the drawing given by the boss, it is easy to find
Once in the villa, I feel like I am in a small garden. It is especially beautiful, the house is clean and tidy, there are billiards, table tennis, game machines, e-sports, KTV or box. Next time, it is lively to bring friends and relatives, and there is a large round table that can be arranged for 15 or 6 people. When dining, super recommended to friends, if the company is better, they have a meeting room on the third floor, you can do 20 or 30 people, awesome

Clean and hygienic, Disney is near the suburbs. This B&B is very cozy. The old couple inside are also very nice. The eldest brother provides Disney pick-up and drop-off service. He is a very good driver. Seeing that there is no stroller with children, he quickly gets one from the B&B for us to use. The eldest sister cleans the place. The couple is very kind ~ The service is also very thoughtful
I just forgot to take a photo of the B&B. You can go and see it yourself because it is really good and worth staying.

The room is big and clean, and the bathroom has good hot water! The sound insulation effect is good, the environment is quiet, and you can have a good sleep. The small yard is also well taken care of, and there are two kittens to accompany it. The boss and his family are very welcoming and provide a special car transfer to Disneyland. Taking a taxi is also very convenient! I will stay here again next time I go to Disneyland

Every year, I celebrate my birthday at Bulgari, but this year, due to their price increase, I decided to try out Amann instead. Overall, it was a perfect stay. Despite a few minor hiccups, the hotel's high-level service made up for everything. I'd like to specially commend our butler, Danniel, who was very responsible and great at solving problems.
First, let's talk about the downsides. The room design wasn't as good as Fuchun Resort Hangzhou. Although it was advertised as 100 square meters, there were long corridors, many cabinets, and a lot of outdoor space, which meant less practical usable area. The room only had two chairs, and an extra bed cost 800. After the front desk understood our dissatisfaction, they contacted the butler. Danniel proactively waived the extra bed fee and provided breakfast for our child.
The second issue was a peculiar smell coming from the shower room. I mentioned this to a passing staff member, and it was quickly relayed to Danniel. This just goes to show that their customer service is truly top-notch, far surpassing Amann in Beijing and Hangzhou. The butler came to the restaurant to inform me of the solution, and that evening, we were upgraded to a courtyard suite, which offered significantly more practical space.
My third complaint is that the courtyard suite had a lot of airplane noise, with a plane flying overhead every two minutes until after midnight. They did provide earplugs in the room, though.
Beyond the excellent service, the facilities were also a highlight. The hotel has an exclusive park, and they offer complimentary bike rentals, so you can cycle around. The lawn by the restaurant is stunning. The Silver Leaf Seafood Hotpot is definitely worth trying, with two white peacocks nearby and fresh vegetables grown on-site for guests. The IMAX cinema is a must-visit, offering a private screening and a lie-flat viewing experience. A tip: select and download your movies a day in advance so you can enjoy the film after check-out without wasting any time. The male staff member during check-out was also very nice. Overall, five stars!

It is truly a beautiful hotel, and most of the staff were kind and professional. However, the overall experience was deeply disappointing. The hotel may point to the National Day holiday as the reason, but even so, it felt completely unprepared.
1. We were traveling with a baby and requested a bed guard. Despite that, our baby fell off the bed together with the installed bed guard. It could have been a very dangerous accident. When we called the front desk, the only response we received was that the guard might stay in place better if installed on the other side of the bed. It was absurd. We ended up pushing the sofa to hold the guard in place. But when we moved the sofa, there was a shocking amount of dust underneath. Does the hotel not clean beneath the furniture? It was very unpleasant.
2. We had made a reservation for the complimentary afternoon tea and were looking forward to it. But when we arrived, we were told the tea room was full and that it would instead be served in the Western restaurant. When we went there, the atmosphere was strange, and a large pile of broken glass pieces was left on the center table—as if a party had just ended. It felt uncomfortable and entirely ruined the afternoon tea experience.
3. The coffee machine in our room didn’t work. When we called for staff, one person struggled with it for nearly 20 minutes just to produce a single cup. After that, the machine kept breaking down, so it became completely unusable. Calling staff again felt tiring, so we eventually gave up on coffee altogether.
4. The gym and pool themselves were good, but one day there was no staff at the counter. We had to wait over 10 minutes just to receive a locker key. Holiday season or not, it felt like the hotel’s entire system had broken down.
Considering the price and the expectations that come with the Aman name, I felt genuinely sorry to the family members who traveled with me. Although the location is wonderful, if someone asked whether I would return, my answer would be no. Amanfayun was definitely a better experience. That ismy honest review.

This five-story, old-style house has a common area on each floor: a living room, guest bathroom, cinema, bedroom, bathroom, and a small outdoor balcony. Breakfast is available in the French restaurant or in the guest room, with the French restaurant offering a slightly wider selection of à la carte dishes. Afternoon tea is served in the library, and the complimentary minibar is refillable daily. They also offer a sachet making service. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was much better than expected. We had previously contacted them about a pregnant woman staying there, and upon arrival, they saw a maternity pillow on the bed, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, everything met my expectations and I would stay again.

Our room was a garden villa, which felt just right for our family of three. The windows were the old-fashioned kind when opened, giving it a very nostalgic feel. The breakfast was excellent, with both Western and Chinese options, cooked to order. The bread basket was my child's favorite! The mini-bar in the room was also free, and the staff replenished it promptly every day. Every afternoon, there were small refreshments at the library, and the chocolate chip cookies were absolutely delicious. The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to Plaza 66 and IAPM, and surrounded by several embassies, making the streets very picturesque.
I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai.

Staying at the Bulgari Hotel Shanghai was an absolutely top-tier experience, a definite five-star! The hotel is nestled in Jing'an, offering a tranquil escape amidst the bustling city. The Italian luxury decor combined with artistic displays exudes sophistication in every detail. The pool has excellent water quality and a comfortable temperature, and its design feels very upscale, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The guest rooms are equipped with smart facilities, high-end toiletries, and comfortable bedding, ensuring maximum comfort.
The service from Concierge Cecilia was simply textbook-perfect. She proactively helped with luggage, guided me through check-in with a smile, patiently explained the facilities, and efficiently coordinated my reservation requests. She was incredibly attentive and answered every question I had. Upon departure, I even received a small gift from the hotel, which was a wonderful surprise and a warm gesture. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring a rich variety of Chinese, Western, and Japanese options. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was excellent, with the freshly made Italian coffee and desserts being particularly outstanding. The overall experience was simply flawless.

I specifically chose the Bulgari Hotel for my wife's birthday. I called to confirm many details, and the room reservations department noted everything down and arranged the room with the best view. You can feel the hotel's attentiveness everywhere – there were exclusive birthday gifts, a cake, and a card. They even helped collect numerous packages I had ordered online, which arrived with my name on them. The room service was also incredibly thoughtful.
The hotel's food was delicious and plentiful every day. Overall, it was a truly excellent experience; this top luxury hotel certainly lives up to its reputation.
Special thanks to Cecilia at the front desk, the room reservations department, and the concierge staff who helped with our luggage.
Happy birthday to my wife!

I stayed at Shanghai Xiyuan Boutique B&B last weekend for a triathlon competition. This is one of the best homestays I have ever stayed in. It feels like at home, the boss and staff are as enthusiastic as my family.
They came to pick me up from the airport late at night, very intimate. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast every morning was delicious, so I had a good start to the day.
The environment of the homestay is very beautiful and quiet. It is a good place away from a busy life. If you come to Shanghai, whether it is a game, work or rest, I highly recommend this homestay. It's really like a warm home.
I stayed at Shanghai Xiyuan Boutique Homestay over the weekend while participating in a triathlon competition, and it was truly one of the most wonderful homestay experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived—greeted with a thoughtful late-night airport pickup—I felt like I was part of an extended family rather than just a guest.
The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Each morning began with a delicious and thoughtfully prepared breakfast, which gave me the perfect start to the day.
What really sets this place apart is its peaceful, beautifully designed environment. It’s a quiet sanctuary—a perfect escape from the hectic pace of daily life. Whether you’re in Shanghai for an event, work, or simply to unwind, I can't recommend this homestay highly enough. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Xiyuan, like the name of the stream, green scenery is very special, it can be seen that it is carefully designed by professional designers. The place to live is clean and comfortable, with complete facilities and good service. The place is also very easy to find, it is very convenient to drive by car, a quarter of an hour away from several scenic spots. Chongming is great, the air is sober, spring is the best season.

The location of the B&B is very good, in the core area of Langxia Country Park, close to the Langxia Ecological Park; the room is relatively dry, the facilities are quite good, and the toiletries provided are slightly simple; the restaurant in the B&B, the Internet cafe leisure area, etc. are good, and there is a small viewing terrace on the roof; The owner of the homestay is warm and attentive. The surrounding countryside is excellent and is a good choice for Shanghai residents to take a leisure and vacation in the suburbs.

First of all, thank the company personnel lady for planning for this event for a long time, hard work. This company gathering is for everyone to gather together, relax, the surrounding environment is very good, parking is also very convenient, and free parking, the villa is really beautiful, and the pictures on the platform are basically the same when booking, we are also very worried at the beginning, But the personnel lady said that we had seen the room in advance, so we came with confidence. The house is really big. The room is completely enough to sleep, there are quite a lot of game facilities, ktv is also available, the yard is quite big, very suitable for barbecue, we eat and chat. Very recommended

I also saw it by chance on Ctrip and decided to stay here. The housekeeper is also very good and patient in chatting. The environment of the villa is also very good and quiet. The facilities in the room are deeply rooted in my heart. I had a lot of fun with my friends. I really think it is worth it. I really like it. If there is a chance next time, I will definitely stay here again.

I especially want to commend the quality of the hotel's front desk staff. Ms. Starry Cui was exceptional, confirming guests' needs even before booking. The check-in process was seamless, and the room was prepared exactly as requested. During our stay, she also proactively checked in to ask for feedback, and she handled our check-out arrangements meticulously. This hotel is our go-to whenever we visit Nanjing Road. This is my second time staying here. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They try their best to accommodate us in all aspects. I bought a pair of shoes that would be delivered to the hotel on the next day, I informed the concierge and they thoroughly went through details of the expected parcel to prevent errors and miscommunication with the delivery. The next day when my parcel arrived, the concierge called and make sure the parcel delivering was the correct one for me. As for the house keeping, they noticed that we drank all 4 bottles of complimentary water everyday and from our 3rd day of staying onward they gave us 6 bottles without our request. Not to mention that I accidentally spilled milk over my bed in the rush, I informed the front desk before we headed out and they enthusiastically told me not to worry they would send the house keeper to change my bed sheet right away. In the morning of our last day, Oliver from the front desk called to confirm our check out and informed that hotel’s check out time was twelve noon. They also asked how many luggage we had and what time would we want the concierge to come collect them which I told them to come up around 11am, and at 11am sharp they rang on my door. Oliver from the front desk came along with the concierge, accompanied us down and helped us through the check out process and luggage deposit. Around 1:30 pm when we came back from lunch, our luggage was ready for us to pick up and headed out to the airport.From€84

It was an excellent stay here!
We reached early in morning after a red eye flight and hotel allowed us to check-in! Very grateful for this as it’s really nice to have our room ready way earlier than official check-in timing. Check-in process was a breeze.
Room was very clean with all required amenities available - bottled water, hair dryer, bath robe, bedroom slippers, toiletries, coffee with kettle etc. I made a few local phone calls due to my deliveries via *******, and the hotel also kindly waived the fees for me as it was less than RMB1. It’s really kind of the front desk staff Grace and I truly appreciate such kind gestures.
Love that the hotel can deliver my food deliveries up to the room using robot, so convenient! There’s always attentive staff available in the lobby to help out with my requests, super good!
Hotel is in a very convenient location with the Nanjing East rd shopping street very nearby, and there’s also malls just door. There is McDonald’s , starbucks, convenience store etc just next to the hotel too.

This veteran five-star hotel in Shanghai still offers excellent service, maintaining its five-star standard from concierge to the executive lounge. The room size is indeed a bit smaller compared to newly opened luxury hotels, and the ceiling height is also quite low. The stains in the toilet's side seams, which weren't cleaned properly, definitely need attention. It's also a bit disappointing that the mini-bar in the executive floor rooms doesn't offer a complimentary round. As a descendant of the Garden Hotel's original staff, I sincerely hope the hotel can maintain its former foreign brand image and service quality. I look forward to the renovated veteran hotel better meeting the needs of current guests and forever upholding Shanghai's high-end hotel image.From€103

Train Station Area Shanghai|2.4km from city center
Near to railway station. Major plus for our group. Train access was one of a key plus point too. Took cab however to most places we had a kid. Took a train to Jing An (3r per adult) and from Airport (7r per adult). Pretty convenient and affordable though didi wasn’t expensive. Food is meh at breakfast and Executive Lounge - pretty repetitive with a few changes here and there. International but of course still more Chinese food. Chinese food is too oily and heavy flavoured for our taste but that could be subjective.
Front desk was decent. One of the concierge guys was pretty helpful. Hotel is modern, clean, beautiful hardware though. Breakfast is for two per room but could be added at 100r a day before or 130r on the day itself. Additional person for executives lounge access could be waived for a review though we didn’t utilize that.
We had the executive suite room with large access. Huge room we are pretty satisfied. Our room looks out to the railway station which was wgreat for us as we were heading to Suzhou after Shanghai 30 mins HSR away. Walk is 5 mins away.
The bathroom siding door couldn’t be locked as that was faulty. Dyson hairdryer. Huge bath space. Offered to convert sofa bed to bed without charge for that first so that was great.
Not many big issues, I think we could stay again dude. Of course Shanghai has many great options as well, except for the food - wouldn’t order breakfast or get lounge access - would rather head out to eat. They provided cute, toddler bathrobe, toothbrush and guest room slippers - which made my kid happy. I would also suggest to add much needed potty related accessories including a step up stool.
All good otherwise, will recommend.

Who knew?! Choosing the right hotel in Shanghai made my trip even more memorable than the attractions themselves! I stayed at The Blossom House Yu Garden for 2 nights, and from the moment I stepped in until I left, the surprises just kept coming~
✅As soon as I arrived, a staff member proactively helped with my luggage, and I was greeted with smiles every time I entered or exited. They even discreetly upgraded my room during check-in – my goodwill towards them was instantly maximized! The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, bright, and full of thoughtful design – a bronze-yellow petal-shaped door, a budding flower elevator door, and even large floral decorations in the room. It felt like living in a flowing floral feast. Fresh fruit was provided daily for both nights of my stay, and the hot water for showers at night was super abundant. Coming back after a long day, it was incredibly therapeutic.
🍃Breakfast was a delightful blend of Chinese and Western cuisine! Freshly cooked scallion oil noodles with braised toppings, authentic Shanghai soup dumplings, and plenty of Western salads, desserts, and coffee. Sitting in the restaurant, I could even gaze at the Bund's 'Three Sisters' (Shanghai Tower, Shanghai World Financial Center, Jin Mao Tower) plus the Oriental Pearl TV Tower from afar. Eating while enjoying the view was just too pleasant.
🪭The most amazing part was the evening! The hotel offered travel photography and intangible cultural heritage handicrafts. I chose the Yu Garden night tour, and the staff patiently explained the humanities and history along the way, which was far more interesting than just wandering around by myself~ The location is superb, too. The Bund, Yu Garden, and Chenghuang Temple are all within walking distance, so there's no need to rush when exploring, eating, and taking photos!
🎉There are many more details worth mentioning〰️ for example, the bathroom cups were clean and sparkling, the in-room fruit was fresh and juicy, and the mini-bar drinks were complimentary.From€116

Five stars, no hesitation! This stay was absolutely perfect, from the ambiance to the service, everything was flawless. It truly is an architectural marvel that you *must* visit at least once in your life. I'm completely captivated after staying here.
The hotel's environment is simply breathtaking! The world's only 88-meter-deep 'pit' hotel lives up to its reputation. Its unique design, built into the cliff face, exudes sophistication. The dynamic water curtain in the lobby is elegant and lively, and a glance out the window reveals stunning cliffside waterfalls. By day, you see the lush green mountains and rocky cliffs in perfect harmony; as evening falls, the lights illuminate, creating a serene and romantic atmosphere. Every corner showcases thoughtful design, incorporating a mining-inspired aesthetic. Every photo you take is magazine-worthy, offering an immersive experience of nature and architecture blending seamlessly. A special highlight was the 8:30 PM cliffside light and water show featuring themes from 'Shan Hai Jing' (Classic of Mountains and Seas) and a drone performance. Light and water intertwined, drones intricately depicted mythical imagery in the sky, and the cliff face transformed with dynamic light and shadow. The visual and auditory impact was incredible, creating an amazing atmosphere. It's an immersive dive into the collision of technology and culture, an experience definitely not to be missed.
The room experience was a delightful surprise! The room design is simple yet grand, with meticulous attention to detail. The sapphire-themed interior felt luxurious. Thoughtful amenities like a Dyson hairdryer and high-end toiletries were provided, and the facilities were comprehensive and modern. The entire room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the independent bathtub and scenic balcony were definite bonuses. Waking up to the natural scenery in the morning was incredibly blissful, making for a perfectly comfortable stay.
The dining experience was a culinary feast! The Chinese restaurant, Cai Feng Lou, lived up to its Black Pearl Restaurant rating. The beef was tender and juicy, and the soup was rich and flavorful. Every dish used high-quality ingredients and had authentic flavors, truly showcasing the essence of Chinese cuisine. The Western restaurant, Fish Eye, had an incredible ambiance, surrounded by an aquarium underwater. The seafood was fresh and sweet, and the Western dishes were exquisite and delicious, both visually appealing and tasty. Whether it was a main meal or a casual snack, everything was incredibly satisfying.
And the service was impeccable! A special shout-out to our exclusive butler, Alice. From communicating our needs before check-in and providing detailed explanations of the facilities upon arrival, to offering thoughtful reminders and responding to requests throughout our trip, she was patient, attentive, and incredibly thorough. She anticipated every need, making the entire journey feel so warm and cared for. All the hotel staff were also enthusiastic and professional. The bellhops proactively helped with luggage, and the restaurant staff were attentive and meticulous. You could feel their genuine service attitude everywhere you went. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic.

The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation and was impeccably clean. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, and the freshly prepared noodles were especially fragrant and tasty. We had an exceptionally comfortable stay!”]From€71

The hotel has a charming, secluded feel, located near the Zǐténg Road Metro (Mixc City) exit. Follow the hotel's signs once, and you'll easily find your way. The overall design boasts a distinct Hong Kong flair, blending trendy aesthetics with traditional Chinese elements. The staff were all incredibly professional and friendly, and the hotel offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended – I'll definitely be back next time! 👌From€28
