This is a good enough hotel, located just a few minutes' walk from Bali Hai Pier. The downside was that the on-site pool was closed, and we were only informed about it at check-in; it wasn't mentioned on the website. The room was cleaned daily, toiletries were replenished, and slippers and bathrobes were provided. We stayed in a tropical room, which was quiet. Upon arrival, I also received a pleasant complimentary fruit platter. The breakfasts weren't overly lavish, but basic needs could be met. A big plus was the large selection of fruits, so it was generally enough for me, though the food itself was a bit repetitive. Also, note that the hotel grounds are quite large. A nice bonus is the pool across the road by the sea, equipped with showers and toilets.

I visited this hotel last August with my family last year and was very impressed by its comprehensive facilities and excellent value for money. So, this year, I invited friends to come back with me. Compared to last year, wow, what a pleasant surprise! The hotel's management has improved in all aspects, no wonder it's doing so well! Chinese Service: Last year, the Thai staff didn't speak Chinese, but this time, from the bellhops to the restaurant staff and even the massage parlor, everyone can speak simple Chinese. This made me feel very welcome. Shuttle Bus: Last year, there were only 5 free shuttle buses to Terminal 21, but this year, it has increased to 7. Hotel Age Issue: The lobby has been fully renovated, and some rooms have also been refurbished. They've replaced hair dryers, kettles, and even re-grouted the bathrooms... In my opinion, age isn't a problem as long as it's clean. I've traveled to many countries and stayed in hotels over a hundred years old; I appreciate this sense of history, and that's precisely why it offers such good value. Newer hotels in Pattaya, like the Hilton, cost over 1600 yuan a night, while this one is less than 600 yuan. Staying here with the whole family for a few extra days won't hurt your wallet. Price: Guests get a 10% discount on massages and meals at the Blue Orchid restaurant. A one-hour massage costs just over 90 yuan, and meals range from tens to over 100 yuan per person. I think it's great value! Facilities: This year, the hotel added a nail and hair salon and a children's play area. Along with the existing Spa and massage center, panoramic sea-view restaurant, coffee shop, swimming pool, and private beach, there's also a safe swimming area where you can go into the sea and kayak... The facilities are so complete! My kids basically stayed at the hotel the whole time. Location: Some netizens say the location is a bit remote. I guess first-time visitors prefer staying near Pattaya Walking Street, but for someone like me who's visited twice, I find the Walking Street area too noisy and focused on nightlife. None of those hotels have private beaches; you have to cross a street to get to a public beach, which isn't suitable for families like mine. With kids, we much prefer a resort hotel where everything is on-site, allowing us to simply relax. If we want to go to Walking Street, we just take the hotel's bus; it's 3 kilometers away. After eating and shopping, returning to the hotel offers privacy and tranquility, which is exactly how I like to vacation.

Overall, it was great. The only drawback was the elevator situation. All the facilities, including those on the 33rd floor, rely on just three elevators. It's really frustrating 😤, especially since only the first floor has air conditioning. Waiting for an elevator on other floors leaves you drenched in sweat. I hope they can improve this. The breakfast was good too, and the daily welcome drinks and pastries were a nice touch.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G – it's an excellent hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and good service. However, I'd like to point out a couple of things that I hope management will consider. Unfortunately, renovations began in the reception and lobby area right when we checked in, and they lasted our entire 8-night stay. There was no warning about this when we booked. As someone with allergies, the paint smell was an unwelcome surprise, and the noise from the work made it difficult to relax in the public areas. I also recall a minor incident with the staff. While trying to wait for our taxi away from the renovation noise, we sat down in one of the lobby areas. A staff member approached us and politely but firmly asked us to order drinks, stating that the area was for café guests. We were just waiting for our taxi to arrive and wouldn't have had time to drink anything, but the staff member was unyielding. In such a situation, especially with renovations happening in the main lobby, it would have been more logical to show some flexibility to guests. Aside from that, the hotel is commendable, and we hope that once the renovations are complete, the experience will be even better.

The room was clean and modern. The AC worked perfectly (essential for the Pattaya heat!). The rooftop pool is definitely the best part of the hotel, and it also has a nice gym.  There is a 7-Eleven right nearby and plenty of local street food stalls within 2 minutes of the lobby. It's a bit of a walk to the beach (10-15 minutes), so I’d recommend using the Bolt app for transport (approx. 80 THB to Bali Hai Pier). Highly recommended for those who want a modern hotel without the luxury price tag.

There is a 7-Eleven right outside, and popular tourist areas are easily reachable.The rooms were very clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities like a kettle, clean towels, and bottled water daily. The air conditioning was working perfectly, and the bed was extremely comfortable.The staff at the front desk were helpful, professional, and very welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel also features a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center which are great for relaxation. Housekeeping did a brilliant job of cleaning the room every day.It is an absolute value-for-money property, and I would highly recommend it to both families and solo travelers. This was my third hotel in Pattaya, and I stayed for three nights. The location is excellent, right on Thappraya Road, halfway between South Pattaya and Jomtien. It was easy to catch a songthaew, and there's a 7-Eleven right across the street, which was very convenient. The hotel isn't large; it feels more like a boutique hotel, and there weren't many groups, so the clientele was pleasant. The facilities are well-maintained and clean, and the rooms were also meticulously cleaned and well-kept. The front desk, security guards, and cleaning staff were all courteous and well-trained. I was upgraded to the top floor this time, which was very comfortable. The linens were changed daily with fresh sheets and pillowcases, showing the owner's excellent management. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, it's perfectly reasonable considering the price. Overall, it's a wonderfully clean and comfortable hotel that I would definitely like to visit again.

Room clean with a good size and breakfast are just nice. Staff are always friendly and helpful, the only thing that upset me was on the day when checking out. It was bit of messy with guests coming in early but only 1 staff managing the front desk. He was so busy with the check in, till the check out Q started to form up. After more than 15min another staff finally show up, it will be good to have at least 3 staffs. Another suggestion will be the towel, management might want to consider replacing all the towels as most of the towels look wear out and old. Nevertheless, Holiday Inn Express with still be my choice when I'm here for holiday. 😉

The hotel is modern, very well-maintained, and offers a lot, especially for families with children. We particularly loved the large pool and water park area, as well as the many options for kids. Our daughter had a lot of fun. Our room was also clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The hotel's location is also excellent – Terminal 21 is directly accessible, and numerous restaurants and shopping options are in the immediate vicinity. Overall, a very nice family hotel with high standards and good service. We would definitely visit the Grande Centre Point Pattaya again and can highly recommend it, especially to families with children.

Great value for money! Even though we arrived at noon and it was too hot to find a place to eat, so we ordered takeout, there are food carts selling snacks nearby in the evening. Their pool is also pretty good, and the front desk is open 24 hours. They even provide towels near the front desk for use after swimming. You'll need to borrow a hairdryer from the front desk. We booked two rooms; while breakfast wasn't included, they gave us 400🐷 in vouchers to use at the restaurant, which felt like getting breakfast anyway. The staff, especially one lady, was very friendly and spoke pretty good Chinese! There's a gym on the second floor, but we didn't get a chance to check it out. We went shopping at Terminal 21 and also tried the seafood buffet recommended by a friend for 289🐷, which was good. Overall, it was a decent experience. The only minor thing is that the bed could be a little lower! The room wasn't huge, but it was very clean and close to several number shows and the Tiffany Show. We also went across the street for an hour-long massage at Healthy Massage. We'll definitely stay here again next time!
