Did not meet expectations of a 5* hotel. Is like a typical 3* hotel plus restaurants and lounge. Overall impression is ”worn out”. Door to room doesn't seal, and institutional like hallways make it noisy everytime someone passes by. There was so much noise coming from the outside, I thought the window was open. But it was not, that is the way it is. Tub shower wond sprays wide and doesn't fit its mounting. Towel rack falling off the wall. Towels are old and stringy. Not enough light in the room. Coffee in room is generic instant, not gormet as a 5* should have. If you are looking for a 2* or 3* hotel, this is fine. If you are looking for a 5*, keep looking.

On 27-18 Oct we stayed in a Deluxe Premier room at a price of IDR 1,050,000 per night via Trip.com. The room is small and already looks outdated although it is quite clean. The light switches on the nightstand next to the bed, all of their positions are broken even though they can still be used. The curtains on the bathroom tubs are black at the bottom and the towels are gray. It feels like the room + bathroom facilities are very inadequate compared to the price we paid. The positive value of this hotel is its location, and the breakfast menu is quite varied with a fairly good taste. Disappointingly, our room was listed at the Resto as ”non-breakfast” so we had to wait for the clerk to check with the Front Office when we were going to have breakfast. For prices of more than IDR 1 million per night for a Deluxe Premier room, we do not recommend this hotel.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We love the bed which was huge, firm but comfortable and the size of the room was great! The breakfast spread was impressive, and the food they served were tasty. The service staff were also attentive and polite. A luxuriously beautiful hotel, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a restful stay in Yogyakarta.

Hotel offers hot and cold welcome drinks. Self service. Not sweet and really enjoyable. Hotel has full amenities including spa and better book in advance (I can't find spa nearby hotel) Breakfast buffet starts 6am and sumptuous spread! Tasty and ambience is relaxing (outdoor). They have also breakfast to go (4 menus!). I took as I had to leave 515am for day tour. Famous Maliboro street is under 10mins walk and it's so convenient. Very good choice to stay here !

Staff were super friendly, will always greet you with a smile, no matter the time of the day, whether it be morning or late night. Very detailed with the cleanliness of the room and will even arrange all accessories neatly on the table,e which I find super cute haha. Location is also pretty near to most place.

Room Is cleaned without any bad smell, shower water is hot, TV got many different channels, got small fridge and safe. All people working in the hotel are very friendly and easy to communicate in English. Location is about 20 minutes walked from Jalan Malioboro and Plaza Malioboro. Breakfast variation is limited, but it's enough for us. Overall, it's a pleasant stay for us.
