Pros - Great easy check in experience. Best I’ve had - The small bathroom in the room with just the sink and toilet is so nicely done (see photo. - Bathroom has a bath - The gym is the best I’ve seen in the Philippines (see pictures) - Jacuzzi and warm bath in the gym is awesome (see pictures) Cons - minibar is woeful (see pictures)… one snickers bar, one bag of M&M’s when I paid for a room for three people. - TV’s are too small in both bedroom and living room. - There are two small lights under the bedside cabinet each side of the bed that are literally impossible to switch off at night.. - The Davidoff shop has a smoking lounge which is more of a cheap cafe than a lounge (see photo). The alternative smoking area in the hotel has no seats and not really very pleasant either. - The road noise from outside late at night and early in the morning is completely unacceptable. We booked the best room available and the notice late at night ruined our stay so much we checked out a day early instead of accepting a DOWNGRADE as all of the Premier Suites overlook main roads and crossroads! Not exactly ‘luxury’. Book a cheaper room

It was better than I thought Actually, I live in BGC, but I went on a staycation. It was adjacent to the greenbelt and the room condition was good. I plan to use it again next time There are two breakfast options, so they are delicious and there are Korean staff at Inception, so it was convenient.

Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, the hotel's prime location makes it easy to explore the area and access key destinations. **Staff:** The staff at Grand Hyatt Manila are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. From check-in to dining and concierge services, the team is professional, warm, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly enhances the overall guest experience. **Check-Out Process:** One area that could be improved is the check-out process. During my stay, it took around 40 minutes to complete, which felt unnecessarily long. This delay was a bit frustrating, especially when trying to wrap up a trip efficiently. Streamlining this process would greatly improve the guest experience. **Overall:** Grand Hyatt Manila offers a luxurious stay with a fantastic location and outstanding service from the staff. However, the lengthy check-out process is a notable drawback. If this aspect is addressed, the hotel would be nearly perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

Very classy beautiful and clean. Service and amenities are impeccable. It has a very nice pool and gym. The staff are amazing .the staff are Very polite and nothing is an issue for them. Extremely Clean hotel. I absolutely loved the evening turn down service. Hotel is in a fantastic location . Totally recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed

I had a really good stay, and it was actually 4 nights. I really like the pool, and the hotel location is super close to Glorietta, Greenbelt, and Landmark malls. Housekeeping was great, and front desk staff (thank you Cyrus) were kind and very helpful with information. The only one thing is that hotel is a little bit older, as could be seen with some of the wooden paneling and desk. In addition, the light switches were a bit confusing sometimes, and the carpet could use a change soon. However, the shower was hot and strong, and the overall room was very functional, with a LOT of storage space/options in the room. All facilities like the pool, the gym, and the restaurants looked great, and the lobby lounge is beautiful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends, and I can’t see myself looking for another hotel choice unless a competitor is offering a massive promotion. This is a great hotel in my opinion.

Our stay overall was good! The location is convenient and easy to reach, though the lobby can get a bit crowded at times. The service was excellent — the staff were very accommodating and did their best to make our stay special. I had requested a birthday surprise, and while they tried their best, the birthday banners unfortunately didn’t stay up and ended up scattered on the floor. Also, the swimming pool was under renovation during our stay, so we missed out on that experience. Still, we appreciated the effort and had a pleasant stay overall.

This is a VERY nice hotel. The second I walked in I felt welcomed. From the check-in process to the little cakes waiting for me in the room to the speedy check-out AND a Grab car being called for me so I could get to the airport on time ☺️. This hotel also has more amenities than I realized even after seeing what was available on line. Great food options 24/7 and a really nice breakfast buffet comes with the room. Looking forward to coming back.

I had an exceptional stay at Discovery Primea in Makati. The service was consistently warm, attentive, and professional, making me feel genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Every staff member went above and beyond to anticipate needs and create a welcoming atmosphere. The dining experience was equally impressive—each dish was thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor, and presented with elegance. From breakfast to dinner, the quality and variety of the food were truly outstanding. This combination of excellent hospitality and memorable cuisine makes Discovery Primea a standout choice in Manila.

The hotel was great, with a nice room. The staff was very helpful. The strongest points of the hotel are definitely the location near the mall and especially their wonderful breakfast. They have a lot of choices I highly recommend it
