In addition to not contacting the landlord, I am willing to give full marks, Trip.com help me contact, Trip.com service like. You can see the Skytree from the balcony of the room. Go downstairs to the right 10 meters is 711. There is a small supermarket about 100 meters to the left. Except for toothpaste and toothbrushes, you have to bring your own accidents, pots and bowls. There is a good shopping mall about 1km nearby. After 9 o'clock, there will be 50% off beef and pork. Beef freedom is achieved in the early 100s.

There was an error at check-in. You solved it well on Trip. You can see the skytree right from the hostel. And there are washing machine cooking tools, so go to the nearby life supermarket and buy meat and sushi.
I rest well.

Central Tokyo Tokyo|2.87km from city center
Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. The bell boy who helped me with bringing my luggages to the room was very friendly and helpful, spoke good English too. Though not all staff spoke good English, they tried their best to assist me. Their service standard is consistent throughout.
The room and the toilet was spacious and clean.
There were 4 restuarants that I could go to for breakfast. The Garden Lounge which served buffet breakfast has a wide selection of food and drink. Most importantly the food was yummy!
I enjoyed looking at the beautiful garden with waterfall view as I was seated by the window during breakfast.FromBHD 55

Ginza/Tsukiji Tokyo|0.49km from city center
Location of the hotel is excellent and is within close proximity to major establishments/shopping areas in the Ginza area. There is a convenient store (”Natural Lawson”) on the ground floor of the building.
I booked the Standard Room with Queen Bed as I was worried that the Standard Room with Single Bed would be too cramped. I'm glad I made that decision. At about 20sq.m., the room is spacious and comfortable enough for one person but may be slightly cramped for a couple. Then again, hotel rooms in Japan tend to be small in general. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the amenities were sufficient. The lobby of the hotel is located on the 16/F of the building, and the guestrooms are located from 17/F up, so you get a very nice view of the Ginza area.
I didn't try the breakfast on this trip, but I've heard nice things about that. Will definitely try that next time.

Ginza/Tsukiji Tokyo|0.66km from city center
We enjoy staying in the Imperial Hotel for number of reasons. Convenient location in Ginza, easy to get taxi from the hotel. The hotel staffs are helpful and efficient. The check-in process is smooth and the luggages delivered to our room very quickly. The room is spacious as we are staying in Junior Suite. I love their shower with strong water pressure. Regarding buffet breakfast, they have a great choice of food. Two of the mornings we need to queue to get table for buffet breakfast, but the 3rd morning there was no waiting at all, so it depends which days you visit Japan to avoid the crowd. Overall, I will stay in Imperial again.FromBHD 74

Suidobashi/Tokyo Dome Tokyo|3.75km from city center
When I booked online for the room, I stated very clearly no corner room, but when I discovered my room is nearly at the end, was a bit not happy. The location is 7 mins walk to suidoboshi station. But it's not very near to places like shibuya or Tokyo, a bit disappointed the single room is a bit small, but the milk lotion, liquid cleanser, face wash packet they provided is gd. A bit surprised they don't provide spoon but stirrer. The room is clean, and there is lawson at 2nd floor and laundry service at 7th level. I have taken video of the room but can't attach here, wasted. Near the suidoboshi station are some eateries. They provide one water bottle daily and clean the room daily which is good. If you preferred a clean room, this hotel is apt for u. The hotel provided airport limousine bus to airport but not vice versaFromBHD 29

Tokyo Tower Area Tokyo|2.41km from city center
Our family trip to Tokyo was made much easier by this hotel—it was an excellent choice for us. They offer adjoining rooms and sofa beds, which gave us plenty of space and flexibility. The location is another big plus: set within a family-friendly park, it’s just a short walk to Tokyo Tower, great restaurants, and nearby subway stations.
One thing to keep in mind: the elevators are split—floors 1–18 and 19–32 are served separately, and access to floors 18–32 requires a key card. So if you’re booking multiple room types, just double-check which floors they’re on to avoid any confusion.FromBHD 95

Fantastic location, right in front of Ginza 6 mall, with all the shopping, eateries and Lawson nearby. A very busy hotel with continuous flow of guest. Service was efficient. Staff helped me locate a hand phone left behind from my previous hotel. Room was a good size and clean. Continuous coffee and tea from the lobby on the third floorFromBHD 27

Ginza/Tsukiji Tokyo|0.44km from city center
I arrived at 11 PM for check-in, and the hotel is conveniently located right off Ginza's main street. The front desk staff was efficient, and communication in simple English was no problem. They even provided toiletries. As it's a new hotel, there's no need for power adapters; USB and Type-C ports are directly available. The room is very spacious, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. I could easily open up my 28-inch suitcase. Breakfast was also good, with plenty of choices.FromBHD 45

This was our second stay here, and it's super close to Tsukiji subway station – just turn the corner after exiting via 3a. Getting around is really convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and downstairs they provide daily cleaning supplies, including makeup remover, which was a thoughtful touch! There’s a small supermarket right near the hotel, making it easy to pick up daily essentials. It's only a 15-minute walk straight to Ginza. For Akihabara, it's just 5 stops directly on the Hibiya Line. Perfect for us anime fans!FromBHD 44

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Rinkai Line, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, especially to Disney. The room facilities were well-equipped, and the cleanliness was top-notch; there were no unpleasant odors. Breakfast is served on the first floor. We stayed for five nights and went at different times, but on three of those days, we encountered a queue. If you're in a hurry, you might want to factor in some extra time.FromBHD 35

Tokyo Tower Area Tokyo|2.05km from city center
Considering Tokyo's premium on space, the hotel room was surprisingly spacious. We were able to fully open two 30-inch suitcases with no problem. You can even see the Tokyo Tower right from your room – I'd recommend opting for a higher floor for an even more stunning night view. The hotel service was excellent too; check-in was super quick. It's about a six to seven-minute walk to the nearest subway station, which made getting around pretty convenient.FromBHD 39

Ginza/Tsukiji Tokyo|0.31km from city center
Though small, this hotel has everything you need. Its Ginza location is incredibly convenient, perfect for shopping or quickly getting to Narita Airport via the expressway.
What truly impressed me is how many features are packed into such a compact space. They have a coin-operated laundry and a large public bath. The room, which I'd estimate at about 20 square meters, even managed to fit bunk beds (1.2m/1.5m), making it very family-friendly.
A minor point is that since the hotel is directly above the subway, you occasionally feel vibrations as trains pass. This led to a funny moment when an actual earthquake hit at night, and I initially thought it was just another train going by!FromBHD 23

Tokyo Station/Nihonbashi Tokyo|1.84km from city center
My overall experience with this stay was quite complex, feeling more like a test of service management capabilities.
On the first day, the room cleaning quality was noticeably below expectations. The wash area, countertop details, and some amenities weren't clean enough, and the bedding wasn't tidied properly. From a housekeeping management perspective, this felt more like a failure in process execution rather than an isolated incident, and it definitely affected my first impression.
However, after I raised the issue, the hotel's recovery actions were prompt. In the following days, the room cleaning was significantly more standardized, with noticeable improvements in detail. This indicates that the hotel is capable of good service, but the initial day's execution standards simply weren't met.
In contrast, Trip.com's service experience during this incident left a deeper impression. The customer service proactively followed up, communicated efficiently, and handled the situation professionally. They were able to push for problem resolution from a customer experience perspective, demonstrating a mature platform service system. This level of after-sales responsiveness is quite high among current online travel platforms.
Overall Rating:
The hotel's hardware and positioning are fine, but there's room for improvement in service consistency, especially regarding the first-day delivery standards of housekeeping management. Trip.com's coordination and service performance in this incident, on the other hand, highlighted the professional value of their platform.FromBHD 270

Pros:
the duty manager Mai who is fluent in English and demonstrated outstanding attentiveness and a genuine dedication to hospitality. She took the time to truly understand my specific needs and thoughtfully arranged the perfect room for me.
To be quite honest, this level of personalized care and attention to detail is something rarely encountered in the hospitality industry nowadays. I was both deeply impressed and delightfully surprised by this experience.
Cons:
regarding the housekeeping service during my stay, While I appreciate that the bedsheets were changed diligently, the overall cleanliness and attention to detail have been highly disappointing.
Instead of clearing the room, the housekeeper consistently left trash behind after cleaning. Day1 The housekeeper actually stuffed a piece of paper waste into the room card slot. Day 2 The trash remained unclean.
Day 3 The housekeeper even left their own dirty cleaning towel right next to the bathroom sink. (see the picture)
As a guest, I expected a high standard of hygiene and professionalism, but these incidents have made my stay quite uncomfortable.FromBHD 32

Just finished reviewing my June booking, and now I'm here to write about July's. I've been coming to Tokyo almost every month recently, and I always choose this hotel.
I've probably been staying here longer than some of the staff have been working here, haha! 😂
The subway access is excellent and very close, so you don't have to walk far at all. The hygiene is great, and it's been well-maintained; I haven't noticed any significant changes over the years. The shower stall is also very convenient, no need to step into a bathtub. If nothing changes, I'll definitely keep coming back. I feel like it's been open for at least ten years now.FromBHD 26

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk to major department stores and subway stations. Downstairs, you'll find convenience stores and pharmacies. The rooms are clean and dry, with a separated wet and dry bathroom area, and excellent soundproofing. The staff are gentle and attentive. It's the top choice for shopping and dining, and incredibly convenient for getting around. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo.
**Concise Version (approx. 70 words):**
The hotel is situated in the heart of Ginza, offering convenient access to transport, luxury brand stores, and restaurants right outside. Rooms are clean and well-equipped, with soft and comfortable bedding, and the front desk service is patient. The only minor drawback is the slightly small room size, making large luggage placement a bit cramped. Overall, the value for money is decent, making it suitable for short shopping and sightseeing stays.FromBHD 56
