Hotel looks lovely and on the surface seems like a high quality hotel. But the service was seriously shambolic. They didn't provide hand towels in the room, we had to ask several times for them before they finally appeared. The breakfast was bizarre - noone manning the coffee station but you weren't allowed to serve yourself (it was just a push button machine). No decaffeinated tea or coffee. It took ages to receive the love station food even though the breakfast room wasn't even 1/4 full as we were very early. They agreed to book us a taxi but on reconfirmation they had no record of it, so they tried to persuade us to instead use the hotel charter vehicle for 4x the price! It's a shame, for the price we expected better service and less chaos.

This is definitely the hotel with the best CP value in Chennai. First of all, because we stayed together for a certain anniversary, the hotel said that they could help prepare and upgrade the room type, which is more than six stars The hotel already had a good price and I was very satisfied with the superior room. Later I found that the swimming pool was perfect, not too deep, the water was clean, and there was no odor in the changing room, which was a big plus The breakfast options are also diverse and the food is delicious By the way, the hotel also has a piano that can be provided for guests to play. We also played two songs. It was really a big surprise in India where pianos are hard to find.

Breakfast is top-notch—you will not find a better one in the area. The hotel's restaurants are also some of the best around. The rooms are spacious and clean. I've traveled to various hotels around the world in my life, and I was very impressed with the ITS Grand Chola. This was my second time staying here, and I plan to come again.

Like this hotel, it is a very convenient location, beside Chennai silk, a short walk to McD, Grand Square mall, Adyar A2B, and shopping, foot reflexology.. And short drive to Phoneix Mall. Very new hotel so.everything very well maintained, pls continue to keep it that way. They served with welcome snacks and fruit platter, nice gesture. I like everything about this hotel except for the services, everything after also very slow. Asked for a dental kit, but it never came until housekeeping. Staff generally need to improve, especially at their only restaurant.. The fitness centre and pool are good. My only nice encounter at the hotel was Nithilan. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Over crowded on weekends, waiting 30 min for breakfast. Even the food quality affected due to the crowd . Felt a burnt flavour eating bread, when I looked back it was burnt. No one taking care of the food kept outside in the waiting hall for breakfast.

Location is perfect for anyone wanna go to Apollo Hospital. There is free shuttle to and from the Hospital

It is close to the airport, but if there are a lot of customers visiting the industrial complex, it is quite far.

We went to a conference in Chennai, we stayed in this hotel before, it is converted located, although the shower was broken, one of kind of 5 star hotels in India.

The booking was not pleasant as we have mention that we wanted a non-smoking rooms but at the check-in we are told that smoking rooms was assigned. However holiday-inn team are great, even the hotel is booked at 100%, they are able to work something out and provide the non-smoking room. Booking via Trip.com is not 100% guarantee of the room that we wanted, thus please check with hotel each time booking is made, as Trip.com DOES NOT ensure anything as they mention this kind of request we will need to talk to the hotel directly since Trip.com does not have any access to talk to the hotel.

The hotel is close to the airport and close to a light rail station. The location is average and there are no large shopping malls around. Ten minutes to the airport. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The hotel rooms are dominated by wooden furniture and I like it very much. It's clean and hygienic. There are disposable toiletries and slippers. Front desk attitude is also good. The hotel's self-catering meals are more Indian, depending on personal preference. There is a roast chicken restaurant nearby, as well as local Indian vegetarian restaurants. The default WIFI of the hotel often goes offline. Later the front desk gave another WIFI network password, and the problem was solved.
