This hotel offered a wonderful experience for my concert trip. What impressed me most was its quiet environment and great location, just a short trip to the arena, saving plenty of time on transportation. Inside the room, everything was well-maintained: effective sound insulation blocked outside noise, the air conditioner worked smoothly, and the bathroom remained dry and hygienic all the time. Housekeeping service was thoughtful, replenishing drinking water and cleaning rubbish regularly each day. Staff members were polite and helpful whenever I asked questions about directions or local transport. Public areas were kept neat as well. Compared with many overpriced hotels amid serious room shortages for the tour, this one provided great value for money. I highly recommend it to fellow fans traveling for concerts, and I will consider staying here again next time.

【Park Hyatt Busan】Stayed in the 'sailboat' of Haeundae, where the floor-to-ceiling windows framed Gwangandaegyo Bridge and the entire ocean. I fell asleep to the sound of the sea breeze and the city lights, experiencing both relaxation and luxury. Environment: The hotel's location is relatively quiet with fantastic views. There's a supermarket downstairs, and a noodle shop and two great cafes very close by, which was quite convenient for a tourist. Facilities: Very new, especially the stunning view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. I didn't even want to close the curtains at night! Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: Excellent.

Absolutely love this hotel! I'd book it again and again without hesitation. Next time, I'll definitely stay longer. Let's start with the pros: 1. **Excellent location:** It has its own private beach right outside. 2. **Comprehensive facilities:** Everything you need is here – pool, hot springs, sauna, restaurant, cafe, and even a bookstore. No need to leave the property at all. 3. **Spacious and quiet rooms:** The bedding is super comfortable, and I slept really well. 4. **Great breakfast:** Served at the blue-label restaurant, it's very diverse and delicious. Now for the cons: 1. **Lack of luggage assistance:** Staff didn't help with bags; I had to carry everything myself. 2. **Outdated toilet:** The toilet in the bathroom was old and not smart (most places in Korea have smart toilets now). There's a ton of good food nearby, and it's really close to the subway station. Plus, it's super close to the beach, only about a 10-minute walk. I ended up strolling along the beach until midnight every night!

Excellent stay. We picked this for the unique architecture and decor and we were not disappointed. You can see the attention to detail in the design of this hotel. Also, beautiful view from our Premium room, facing the sunrise so we could enjoy a cup of tea/coffee peacefully in the morning. (Photo attached). It is a 4-star hotel - the hallways may be a bit outdated and dark - but the rooms themselves are updated and new, with comfortable bed/shower. Staff are available, friendly, and welcoming. Walkable to nearby sights, stations, and ATM/convenience stores. Would 100% stay again and recommend to others for a wonderful place to stay in Busan.

Apart from the location and friendly + helpful front desk staff, there is really nothing great about the hotel. It's located within walking distance to Jagalchi Market + train station and Christmas Tree Festival venue. The room looks very run down, with peeling furniture, torn floor mat, reusable bed room slippers which look old, but room is very spacious and price is reasonable for such quality. The 1st room which I was checked in to was not cleaned properly. There was tissue on the floor and urine stain on the toilet cover. The room had a very strong damp smell as well. I was not confident that the bed sheet would be new so requested to change room. When I opened the door of the 2nd room, the room was not cleaned yet with messy bed sheet. I complained at the front desk again and given the 3rd room. Staffs are helpful, allowing late check out, helped to check operating hour of Jagalchi Market.

It’s a very basic hotel. Location is very convenient facing the beach, just a road across. Lots of eateries and less than 5min walking distance to the subway, food street, bakeries. It has 2 dryer and 2 washer at the basement. Price reasonable. Downstairs there’s a battling cage. At times can be a bit noisy. And also loud music. The wall outside window seems mouldy. Aircon has no wind at times hence we open up 2 small windows to have air circulation.

This hotel is centrally located and next to metro station. We stayed here for 2 nights. Our stay coincide with the Busan Sand Festival. The event is within walking distance from our hotel. There are amazing large scale sand sculptures by international artists. There are many restaurants to choose from. The only setback with this hotel is there are only 4 lifts serving 42 floors. The waiting time can be more than 5 minutes. Suggest the hotel reprogram the lifts such that 2 lifts to serve 1 to 22nd floors and the other 2 lifts to serve certain lower floors and 23 to 42nd floors to reduce waiting time.

Nearest Exit Was Number 1 from KTX building. Crossed a small road then it will lead to Almond Hotel. I love the open concept - bathtub (especially best for couples) and family. It will be awkward if stay with friends or parents. The room is spacious and clean. It also has a standing corner where you can bath behind close door. The reception staff do not really know English. So u need to do some homework before travel to Korea. We find the breakfast is fine with us though not much choices. V simple. The tv is usable if you know how to navigate using the remote though it says no Hdmi.
