After arriving, I was immediately shocked by the picturesque environment. This resort is surrounding the lush green ladder rice padding field with a picturesque pond decorated with lotus flowers. You can enjoy on your private terrace the surrounding tranquility and the harmonious garden symphony from birds, roosters, frogs and the scents from blooming flowers. This is definitely a place worth resting away from the hustle and bustle of city life. In addition, the service team gave unfailing support to anything you need. Restaurant Kwau gave us memorable tastes of Thai foods. With the help of Khun Kuan, we enjoyed pleasant dining experiences and tasted delicious foods from different areas of Thailand. The Spa is also commendable! Their massage skill is unparalleled in downtown Chiang Mai. Joining Buffalo washing like a farmer is an unforgettable experience for people grow up in city!

All staffs were very friendly and professional.
They have many interesting programs that I could join.

I rarely write reviews for hotels, but I must write this one. Very good hotel, warm service. The service staff will think of small details. My daughter stayed in bed in the morning, and the breakfast manager prepared a takeaway box to help us prepare breakfast for her to take back. All questions about the itinerary were answered. We encountered the largest flood in history in Chiang Mai, and all the itineraries were disrupted. The hotel was in the worst-hit area, and they considered us from beginning to end and did their best to arrange it. We took a small boat, and four hotel waiters, including a deputy manager, pushed the boat in the chest-deep water. It took an hour to reach the land. The hotel arranged other hotels to get us out of trouble. Thank you very much. A memorable hotel!

It’s a very nice and pretty hotel with friendly stuff, the location is okay given that it’s a quiet and chill place to stay and not too far from the central. The breakfast was alright if only they can have more variety. They have this butler service which can help you arrange everything you need for the trip which is pretty convenient. Overall we enjoy our stay here and hope to visit again!

The hotel lobby isn't particularly fancy, but it already has a very relaxing feel. The staff are warm and attentive, accommodating almost every request and responding quickly. The room was exactly as pictured, with every detail meticulously crafted. The sound system was fantastic; it could be used for a concert. The rooms and dining area were very clean. The living room was spacious and perfect. 👍 The pool was also a delight. The hot springs were truly relaxing, and our family loved them. The only drawback was that the entire villa is 3,000 square feet, while the upstairs bedroom is only about 40 square feet, which is a bit disproportionate. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Perfect for families with great villas. All branded new with top modern equipments, with beautiful private swimming pool and lovely breakfast. We were a family of 5 and can’t recommend more Rarin Villas for anyone visiting Chiang Mai. Also, Rarin Villas is owning and managing the best SPA in town, strongly recommend to try it.
Special thanks to Mr General Manager Phonlawat and Ms Ploy for their kind assistance. It was an amazing trip and we will be back !

The location of the hotel is really convenient, it only takes 15 minutes to reach the hotel by car from the airport, the environment and decoration are very elegant, very suitable for a group of friends or family to stay. Initially booked when I saw not many reviews, a little worried, but later WeChat contact with the staff, found that they are very responsible, if there is any problem, will immediately arrange the staff to the hotel to handle.
Special reminder to remember to add breakfast when checking in, only 350 Thai dollars / person, you can enjoy a fine breakfast, the hotel did not arrange staff to the villa to cook breakfast, the process will not affect the guests, juice soy milk coffee, fried ghost, a choice of staple food, fruit and dessert, really very rich.
The disadvantage is that each room water pressure is different, hot water is not very stable. The hair dryer has very little horsepower, it takes a long time to blow your hair, and if you need to wear makeup, the room is dimly lit, which is not very convenient.
Overall, this hotel whether you want to walk to eat, shop, massage is a walk out the door across the road to find, so it is really convenient.

This time the two families traveled, they booked this special literary and retro villa. The location is very convenient, go out to Ningman No. 1, eating and shopping are a few minutes walk away. There are four rooms and swimming pools in the villa, which is very suitable for our families with children. This hotel is truly amazing; you could easily spend your whole Bali trip just enjoying the resort. My positive impression of InterContinental definitely started with this stay. Next time I visit, I might try a different hotel, but this one will always be my Plan B. The hotel's ecosystem is also very well-maintained, and they even have squirrels. The only downside is that the street outside the hotel is incredibly busy with too many cars, making it quite dangerous. If you plan to walk to the shops, you need to be extremely careful. The room was exactly as pictured and described. The breakfast wasn't great; there was no congee with noodles, only plain congee, milk, bread, and coffee (which was decent when made fresh). The 'Seafood Carnival' was a disappointment. 🤔 It wasn't as good as the first convenience store to the left across from the hotel. That place has a huge seafood platter for just over 300, and it's incredibly fresh. The lobster and tiger prawns with garlic butter sauce are especially worth trying there. The hotel's seafood tasted like it had been frozen and wasn't very fresh, though the live music and atmosphere were a plus. The seafood platter shown in the picture is not from the hotel.

The owner of Four Points by Sheraton Bali is SOOOOO blessed to have all these hard working professionals! Not only were they kind, they got everything done in a very efficient manner. The room was super clean and the food was awesome! I just hope the shower head gets stronger water pressure.
