Not to sound exaggerated, but Grand ParcVue Hotel is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Having travelled to many countries and stayed in different types of hotels, I would rank the overall experience and service here among the top tier. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room for 3 days and 2 nights and was already impressed upon arrival. I checked in at around 1am and was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff before being assigned a room on the 23rd floor. There was a slight unpleasant smell in the room, possibly coming from the kitchen, but it wasn't a major issue as I could close the doors to prevent it from coming in. I bought an air freshener myself, and what impressed me was that the manager came personally the next day to check on the situation and even provided an air purifier. The breakfast was another highlight. I enjoyed trying the local dan dan noodles, and I noticed many international guests from Korea, Japan and Western countries. The dining hall staff were all friendly and professional. The gym on the 6th floor was also surprisingly well-equipped, with a good selection of dumbbells and machines for a full-body workout. Even more impressive was the Relaxation Room on the 7th floor, where guests can enjoy several massage chairs 24 hours a day. There is also a Business Lounge on the same floor, which is a great place for meetings, conversations or simply getting some work done. The hotel is also directly connected to Yanlord Mall, so you will never have to worry about finding restaurants or shops. Do note that it is a high-end mall, so food there can be relatively expensive. One thing I particularly appreciated was the hotel's hospitality even after checkout—I was offered access to the Business Lounge on my final day so I could conduct my online classes comfortably before heading to the airport. Overall, I had an excellent stay at Grand ParcVue Hotel. The combination of great facilities, convenient location and, most importantly, genuinely attentive service made this stay memorable. I would have no hesitation booking this hotel again if I return to Chengdu. **Highly recommended!**

Is it really unnecessary to contact regular members or guests who don't participate in loyalty programs prior to their arrival? I feel that at the very least, they should ask guests for their approximate arrival time. This would certainly help with room coordination and arrangement. All in all, given Chengdu's relatively weak luxury hotel market, it barely meets the standard. However, compared to properties elsewhere in China, it still has a long way to go in many aspects.

Then at 3:00 PM, they told us the room smelled of smoke and reassigned us to a different one. There was no welcome fruit in the room, and the breakfast was quite mediocre. Since it was the National Day holiday, there were many weddings, and you could hear all the commotion outside as soon as you stepped into the lobby. When we purchased the Grand Club access, the front desk didn't explain things clearly. They just said our booking only included one breakfast and asked if we wanted to add another. After adding it, we realized it actually included Grand Club lounge access. When we asked for a refund, it took some back-and-forth, but the manager eventually refunded it. Overall, though, the service attitude left much to be desired.

Ever since I received such warm assistance from the Shangri-La during the pandemic, I've chosen this hotel every time I visit Chengdu. Although the hotel is a bit older, all its facilities are very well-maintained. The gym has a full range of high-quality equipment, and the changing rooms offer both steam and dry saunas, as well as a hot tub, definitely meeting a five-star standard. Towels are always plentiful. The location is also excellent; for younger, more energetic guests, the Lan Kwai Fong bar street is just 100 meters to the right of the hotel. All things considered, the Shangri-La remains one of the top hotels in Chengdu.

Ambiance: I loved the decor; it's stylish, great for photos, and separates quiet and lively areas well. Service: Mostly young staff, very enthusiastic. They proactively provided information and recommended nearby attractions and snacks. I forgot my charger when I went out, and a quick call to service had one delivered. They even gave a small gift when I checked out. I'd say the service details were impeccable. If I come to Chengdu again, I'll definitely choose The House Collective. It offers a unique experience. Plus, they called the day before check-in to confirm my preferences and even upgraded my room. Overall, highly rated. Love it! 💕

Xiao Yu provided attentive service, and the room was very quiet. It's just a few minutes' walk to Wenshu Monastery. Sitting on the balcony early in the morning with a hand-drip coffee, listening to the chirping of insects and birds, was extremely relaxing and pleasant. The hotel breakfast was super excellent, and the Dandan noodles were simply amazing. The young man at the front desk was exceptionally helpful—he carried our luggage and even went out to deliver food for us. Such thoughtful service!

The bathroom has a wet-and-dry separation layout and also comes with a bathtub, making it very relaxing. The 33rd-floor sky lobby has a very stylish design, and the overall facilities of the hotel are exceptionally well-maintained. The butler provided meticulous and attentive service throughout, and communication was smooth for any request. I was thoroughly satisfied with the entire stay and will definitely prioritize staying here again next time I visit Chengdu!

The mattress had the perfect balance of softness and support, allowing me to completely unwind after exploring Chengdu's streets and alleys, leading to truly restful sleep. The dining was another major highlight. Breakfast runs from 6:30 AM all the way until 1:30 PM, which was incredibly convenient for someone like me who enjoys sleeping in! I left feeling completely satisfied and happy. The afternoon tea on the 41st floor boasts an amazing view, overlooking the city and offering a panoramic sight towards Jiuyan Bridge. Both the sweet and savory treats were exquisitely crafted, creating a wonderful ambiance. For dinner, I chose the Pin Zhen Chinese Restaurant. The dishes were authentically flavored, with the Sichuan cuisine being fresh, fragrant, and rich in taste. The private rooms offer great privacy, making it suitable for both casual gatherings with friends and business dinners. From the meticulous service and room comfort to the dining and recreational facilities, every aspect was impeccable. Its excellent location also made sightseeing convenient. It truly lives up to its reputation as a benchmark for luxury hotels in Chengdu. I will definitely choose Wanda Reign again on my next visit to Chengdu, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

We drove to Chengdu, and since there are traffic restrictions based on license plates, having a parking lot at this hotel was incredibly convenient. The security guard was also very kind and welcoming. The front desk staff was diligent and responsible. The room wasn't huge, but it was very elegant, and the bedding was super comfortable. There are lots of great food options nearby, and it's really close to Chunxi Road. If you want to go to Sanxingdui, you can just take a bus from Chunxi Road. Chengdu truly is a relaxing city! After a long day of sightseeing, coming back and having some tea was just perfect. The front desk even gave us a Wenshu Monastery prayer bracelet with 18 beads!

The location is excellent, very close to Metro Line 2 and convenient for buses. Kuanzhai Alley is also nearby and within walking distance. There are plenty of dining options in the surrounding area, catering to all budgets. The room was spacious enough, and it came with tea bags, soft candies, and cookies. In the hallway, there were cold fruit drinks and hot coffee available. All the hotel staff were very friendly. The hygiene was good, and the facilities were neither new nor old. The bathroom occasionally had a slight odor, but that's a minor point, and overall, I highly recommend it.

I have to say, this is one of the most satisfying hotels I've ever stayed in. The lobby smells lovely, and there's free coffee and drinks! The service is also exceptionally good; the front desk staff are polite and helpful, and the housekeeping ladies always greet you proactively, which is very pleasant. It's also very convenient for getting around, being close to the subway and bus stations – just a 2-minute walk. It's also near Chunxi Road and Jiuyan Bridge. There's a laundry room on the first floor with free 24-hour use of washing machines and dryers, which is really convenient! Overall, I'll definitely stay here again!

We chose this hotel because it was close to the zoo and panda base, and the receptionist, Xiao Shu, greeted us warmly as soon as we entered the lobby. She gave our child candy and even provided slippers and a children's toothbrush – very thoughtful! The hotel environment was great, and there were many snack shops, hot pot restaurants, barbecue restaurants, and skewers restaurants nearby, all with delicious food. The room was very clean, well-equipped, and the shower temperature was just right. The air conditioning was also very smart. We could call the front desk for any issues, and they always resolved them promptly. The service was truly excellent.
