Booked this hotel for a company training, and it's super convenient – right by Chunxi Road, and the subway exit is practically at the hotel entrance. The front desk manager was amazing, I wish I knew her name! I'd booked a 399 RMB room, but they upgraded me to a deluxe executive king room, probably because they were short on standard rooms. The room itself was fantastic after I checked in! And the breakfast selection was incredible! Seriously, so many choices it was dizzying and overwhelming in the best way possible. Full marks! Highly recommend! Plus, you get a beautiful night view! It was stunning!

🌟 Overall Experience We had a very good stay at Crowne Plaza City Center. The location is fantastic, close to many restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore the city. 👥 Personnel The staff were consistently helpful and welcoming, which made our visit smooth and enjoyable. 🍽️ Breakfast Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. 🏨 Hotel condition The hotel is a bit old, and while the rooms could benefit from renovation, they remain comfortable and suitable for both families and couples. The Pool is indoor but we'll maintained , the kids had fun. The gym does the job max Dumbell 25kg. The Spa was unavailable during our stay. ✨ Final Impression Despite some areas needing updates, the combination of great location, helpful staff, and excellent breakfast made our stay very pleasant. We would recommend it to travelers looking for convenience and comfort in Chengdu.

I came to Chengdu with my classmate this time. Since we're not yet adults, I was a bit worried about checking in, but it turns out I was completely overthinking it. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and patient. Instead of being dismissive because of our age, they were very considerate of our feelings throughout, and it felt really good to be treated with such respect. The city view from the room was absolutely stunning, with a super wide vista. Looking out the window at night, the city's splendor was laid out before us. Every picture we took was like a professional shot, and we spent ages taking photos by the window. Of course, as a well-established five-star hotel that's been open for some years, some of the facilities do feel a little dated compared to those trendy new hotels that just opened. However, this didn't affect the overall stay at all. The bedding was very comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. The minor flaws don't detract from the overall quality. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I truly felt the expected standards and warmth of the Ritz-Carlton. Thank you to all the Ritz-Carlton staff! (。・ω・。)つ🌷

Traveling to Chengdu, I chose the St. Regis, a well-established luxury hotel. The hotel facilities are excellent; both the indoor and outdoor pools were a big hit with the kids. The room service is outstanding; during our extended stay, the housekeeping staff were very attentive, keeping our room spotless and tidy every day. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety, and the in-room dining service is also top-notch. I'll definitely choose the St. Regis again on my next visit to Chengdu.

This was my first stay at a Kempinski hotel. Upon entering the lobby, it felt a bit dim and cramped. The room had an industrial grey theme, likely due to a recent renovation, and the quality of the refurbishment was excellent. After one night, I grew to love the hotel's extra-large, slightly firm bed. The breakfast restaurant exuded an old-school luxury vibe, and the food quality was highly commendable. I also tried the pool in the morning and was even more impressed – perfect for both kids and adults (three small, one large pool). The water quality, temperature, and changing rooms were all perfect. The pool attendant and the doorman were exceptionally professional. Many thanks to them!

Facilities: A bit dated, with some scuffs near the bathtub. The rest of the facilities, including the lobby and restaurant, are decent. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: The hotel environment is good, and food deliveries can be brought up to the room by a robot. Facilities: The facilities are a bit dated, but the location is unbeatable. Ambiance: The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated with vibrant flowers, creating a lovely spring-like atmosphere. It really shows how much effort the hotel puts in. Cleanliness: Acceptable. Service: I stayed here once before on a Monday, and the breakfast options were quite limited. However, this time, perhaps because it was a Saturday, the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied! The noodle station offered various freshly cooked noodles like beef noodles, 'wan za mian' (a local specialty), 'dan dan mian', and 'chao shou' (wontons), plus 'qiao jiao niu rou' (a type of braised beef). There was even beautifully steamed egg custard among the egg dishes, and the bread was fresh, with waffles made to order. However, I wasn't allowed to pack a couple of small pastries for my child to eat on the road, which was a bit inconvenient since kids tend to get hungry when they're out and about. I'd definitely stay here again, definitely! Even at midnight, the street downstairs was bustling with activity, full of life and character!

This hotel boasts an antique, vintage-style building, typical of a Ming and Qing dynasty courtyard. The facilities are excellent and the service is attentive. I especially loved Sister Fufu; she was able to accommodate almost all of my small requests (the honey pomelos were so sweet and delicious!). The cleaning staff keeps everything spotless, and items that ran out were replenished very promptly. There are also many great food options nearby. The attached small theater offers tea, snacks, and treats, and the performances are super entertaining, especially the tea ceremony and face-changing (the actress who played the White Bone Demon was so charming *^_^*). This is my absolute favorite courtyard, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel's location is excellent, just one subway stop from Chunxi Road, and only a few hundred meters walk to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. The elevators are separated into low-zone and high-zone, with the check-in lobby located on the 33rd floor, which acts as a transfer floor between the low and high zones – a very sensible and secure design. The views from the high floors are fantastic, offering a great panorama of the surrounding cityscape. They even gave us a cute panda souvenir, and the housekeeper had already turned on the AC in our room before we arrived, so it was nice and cool when we checked in. The location is quite good, right by the river. There are plenty of great food options in the alley behind it, making it perfect for a city walk. The materials and furnishings are undeniably top-notch, extremely luxurious, all marble with an 'old money' vibe. You can tell they invested heavily in the hardware at the time. However, in stark contrast to the luxurious hardware, the service was truly abysmal, so much so that I canceled my second night and moved to another hotel. Let me briefly explain: 1. The butler called ahead to confirm my arrival time and room preferences, which was very clear. Yet, upon check-in, there was no record in the system, and the front desk seemed clueless. There was clearly no handover or communication in between. 2. When checking in, I was curious about the hotel's construction, materials, and opening date, but the staff knew absolutely nothing. Seriously, how are they trained? 3. Even more incredible, the sweet potatoes 🍠 and corn 🌽 at breakfast were stone cold! Yes, I took them from the steaming cabinet, and they were cold (this was the direct reason I decided to move). I kindly told a staff member they were cold, and she came over, touched my corn with her hand, and then just walked away… walked away… walked away! Hahaha, I actually laughed! I won't even mention other things. I will definitely not choose this place again! Compared to the Shangri-La and Grand Hyatt I stayed at previously, the difference is just too vast. Although the current economic environment is challenging and hotels face cost pressures and high NOP targets, I hope management sees this and takes it seriously! Wishing them well!

This Home Inn I booked for my trip to Chengdu was easily the best I've ever stayed at; the experience was truly fantastic. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a lovely fragrance, which was incredibly pleasant. The front desk staff were also very warm and attentive during check-in, always greeting guests with a smile. Their service was impeccable – always available but never intrusive. The hotel's overall decor has a distinctly British feel, and both the staff's attire and the interior design were excellent. The environment is quiet despite being in a bustling area; the whole place felt very peaceful. The hotel breakfast was quite good, offering local Chengdu specialties like 'xiaomian' (noodles), 'chaoshou' (wontons), and 'douhua' (tofu pudding). The cleaning staff were also very friendly; the 'auntie' cleaning our room even brought us extra bottles of water when tidying our room during our extended stay. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center near Xinnanmen Metro Station, just a 150m walk away. Having the metro so close made getting around and visiting attractions incredibly easy. Chunxi Road is just one metro stop away, and popular spots like Kuanzhai Alley and Wenshu Monastery are also easily accessible. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including 'chuan'er' (skewer) and hot pot restaurants. Just a short walk down University Road, you'll find even more local snacks.
