This is family and kids friendly hotel, everything is good and fine. But for breakfast for 3days stays is the same menu I'm expecting other kind of fried noodle or nasi goreng variation on different days. English breakfast also the same menu. The most enjoyable thing is the kids pool because that is the only kids activities can do other than going to the kids gym. But overall the hotel is clean and really quiet. So peaceful. And hotel management can plan on more beach activities like jet ski or surfing activities. The beach is wavy and not safe for recreational swimming.

Booked for family suite, however below my expectations and not value for price since every year we stay here during raya holiday with different type of rooms. Breakfast just average since we came at 9am which most of foods not restock and bfreakfast will end at 10am. Can be more improved since we believe this hotel was rated at 5 stars.

The room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked very well, making the stay comfortable. The staff were also friendly and provided good service. However, it seems that the hotel has been operating for quite some time, and many of the facilities are in need of maintenance. First, the shower had excellent water pressure, but the drainage was extremely poor. It seemed like the drain was clogged, as the water quickly accumulated and flooded the shower area. Second, the bathtub stopper was broken. No matter how many times I pressed it, it wouldn’t close, so I couldn’t fill the bathtub with water. On top of that, the hot water for the bathtub wasn’t hot enough. I had even bought a bath bomb specially for this stay, but I couldn’t use it at all, which was quite disappointing. Third, the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. There was a noticeable amount of dust in several areas. Fourth, the toilet had yellow stains, and the toilet seat looked old and dirty. I would recommend replacing the toilet seat to improve the overall cleanliness and appearance. Lastly, the breakfast was disappointing. The food was not very tasty. Overall, while the room was spacious, the air conditioning was great, and the staff provided good service, the maintenance, cleanliness, and breakfast quality need significant improvement. Considering the price, I don’t think it offers good value for money. 先说优点，房间很宽敞，冷气也很够冷，住起来算是舒服，工作人员的服务态度也很好。不过，酒店可能开业已有一段时间，感觉有不少设施需要维修和改善： 1. 淋浴的水压很大，这点很好，但排水非常差，应该是排水孔堵塞了，洗澡时水很快就积满整个淋浴区。 2. 浴缸的塞子坏了，无论怎么按都无法把排水口关上，所以完全不能蓄水。而且浴缸的热水也不够热，我还特地买了 bath bomb，结果完全用不上，有点可惜。 3. 房间清洁做得不够仔细，一些角落积了不少灰尘。 4. 马桶有明显发黄的污渍，马桶坐垫看起来也比较旧、脏，建议更换新的坐垫，会让整体卫生观感好很多。 5. 早餐选择不多，味道也比较普通，没有达到这个价位应有的水准。整体来说，虽然房间空间大、冷气舒适，员工服务也不错，但设施维护、清洁和早餐品质都有待改善，以这个价格来说，我觉得性价比并不高。

Staff were really friendly and service was really good. Staff gave good recommendations for things to do round the area. Food was exceptional too. My Husband and I spent time there for a vacation. We were upgraded for free so we didnt stay at the sara villa. However, the hotel functions best when there are more guests staying over. First night there my husband and I got a little spooked out because we went back at night and driving in was too dark, considering that the villa is in the middle of the forest. Found out the next day it was because there werent much guests so best tip is to go during public holidays where some people go there. This is also because breakfast is ala carte on low tide seasons and buffet when there are more guests. My only slight qualm is that the location is slightly further away from shops or necessities and you need to take Grab to go round. Perhaps the Mangala can consider having a small shop just for snacks or necessities. The rooms are lovely to just enjoy the scenery and bird watching is a must try! You’ll occasionally have birds fly near your villa. We stayed for 5 days. Would recommend this place to people who are more of hotel stayers and people who want good service.

The service from the staff is very good (check in , check out, restaurant staff for breakfast, service room, towel check in and out) they can fulfill what i request , keep greeeting and smiling,. Just the condition on swimming pool floor is so dangerous to the kids and many tile broken inside the pool. I suggest also make a variety for the breakfest menu on it. Oh ya..for people bring the milk powder and anything sweet careful due my room have an ant.

Although the exterior of the hotel looks a little dated, don’t let that fool you—the interior is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The room and bathroom were spotless. The towels, bed linens, and pillowcases were clean, fresh, and smelled great. The room was also well equipped with almost everything you might need, including an iron, hair dryer, face towels, and room slippers. The air conditioning and lighting worked perfectly throughout my stay. One feature I especially appreciated was the reading light above the bed. I don’t like sleeping in complete darkness, so being able to leave just that light on made the room very comfortable for me. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Nice location, about 15min drive to the city center. Self check-in was easy, got designated parking space as well. The unit was clean, it has a small room with a single bed.. and 1 queen bed outside. Satisfied with the price. Facilities- gym, big pool (designated for kids). Nice long beach at the back. This place is recommended for a family getaway.

This guesthouse is great! It's right by the sea and the sand on the beach is really fine. The place is well-equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and kitchenware. The only minor issue is that the shower floor can be a bit slippery. Communicating with the host via WhatsApp was very easy and they were super friendly.
