Nice hotel and great staff. The facilities are great too. Nice swimming pool and the gym is open til late. Also has table tennis and a nice on site bar. Breakfast buffet was a nice selection. The location isn’t that great, not near any metro and the area isn’t that nice. Everything else is great though!

The hotel's location is excellent; it's convenient to get anywhere in Silom and very close to the BTS Skytrain. There are large shopping malls, restaurants, massage places, and parks nearby, making it super convenient. We stayed on the 29th floor, and the view was fantastic; we could see what I call the 'Key Building.' The breakfast was plentiful, with delicious rice noodle soup, a great selection of salads, and a wide variety of egg dishes with an à la carte menu right on the table. The 25 Degrees Burger on the ground floor is fantastic, with vegan options, and the fact that it's open 24 hours is super convenient. Just a few steps away is a Mother Cow, which has tasty, non-fishy drinks and sugar-free options. The front desk and concierge staff were polite and attentive. The rooftop restaurant has a dress code. I loved the swings next to the elevators in the lobby. There's a self-service laundry nearby, very close, with new machines, and you can get everything done in an hour. The lady who cleaned our room was lovely. It was a pleasant stay.

A very new and clean hotel. I think I've stayed at hotels from this brand before in Vietnam, and they're usually 5-star quality. Unfortunately, I was too tired on the day I checked in, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept straight through until the middle of the night. The next morning, using the gym and pool felt great. There's a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor for 100 baht per use, and you need to exchange tokens at the front desk. Honestly, I was a bit shocked by the price and would rather find a self-service dryer elsewhere. The room has a capsule coffee machine. The outlets seemed a bit loose, I'm not sure why. The room has large windows, but since it's on the third floor, there's no real view. However, the overall comfort is still excellent, and the toilet even has a bidet seat. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Thong Lo BTS station every hour. Since it's located in the heart of Sukhumvit, places like Ekkamai, Thong Lo, and Phrom Phong are all very close, about a five-minute Grab ride away. It's definitely worth staying here for travelers who want to explore the city center for shopping.

Ups: The beds were soft and good, theres water dispenser if you finished the bottled water. The Gym is amazing and so is the pool! Love the location the most - right smacked in the middle of Yaowarat and it is so accessible to the nearest train station. Windowless room- they made effort to create a fake window scene so thumbs up for the effoort. The aircon works super well too, only that controls could be repaired as the temp can only go lower not higher. Downs: Room has flies- see photos - quite yucked out by it and toothbrushes are given only upon requests.

The hotel is located in the Sukhumvit area. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. During my first stay, the room was nice and well equipped with everything I needed, including large bottles of shampoo and body wash, a hair dryer, a kettle, tea and coffee, a wardrobe, and a small working area. However, my experience during my second stay was not quite as good. There was a small hole in the door, which made me feel a little uncomfortable, although it was not possible to see through it from outside. The sink was also clogged. The staff were very helpful and immediately sent someone to fix it. When it could not be repaired, they kindly upgraded me to a family room. Despite the issues with the room, I was very impressed with how the staff handled the situation and took care of me. The location is also convenient, with a 7-Eleven and several restaurants nearby. I would stay here again if I needed to attend a meeting in this area. The only downside is that the surrounding area can feel a little unsafe or uncomfortable when walking alone at night.

Had a really pleasant stay at ibis Styles Bangkok Phra Khanong. The hotel is in a convenient location, with the BTS station nearby, making it easy to get around Bangkok. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I really liked the modern, colourful design of the hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around the area, which was very convenient. The hotel is not far from Nana station, about an 8-minute walk. Taxis can drop you right at the entrance. Downstairs is a bustling bar street, which gets very lively and congested after 11 PM. There are 7-Eleven convenience stores at both ends of the street and in the middle. I stayed in a room facing the back of the hotel, and it was very quiet! The front desk staff were very friendly. The only downside was that the grout in the shower stall had black mold, likely due to using the wrong material.

This was my second 8-day stay, and the cleaning was even better than last time. Every day I returned to a neatly made bed and fresh towels. Last time, during my five-night stay, the comforter and towels weren't tidied or replaced at all. This time, I also got to enjoy the shuttle service every half hour to the alley entrance, which was super convenient – no more walking back all sweaty. Even though it's drop-off only, no pick-up, it's still a fantastic service. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. My stay was just as comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. Plus, the Terminal Department Store is right across the street, making dining very easy.

Though the furniture is dated, the bed is still very comfortable. The area and the rooms are cleaned well. I had a few requests during the stay, and the staff helped promptly and nicely. Breakfast is better than expected, and even though I came almost at the end of the breakfast time, my request for extra eggs and fruit was fulfilled. I felt relaxed during the stay. There were no bugs and no insects. A big 7/11 is literally next door, and yellow metro 5 minutes away on foot
