The location is very convenient, just in dockland, melbourne centre30 Road is eight minutes away, very clean and well equipped.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended – Excellent Stay! I had a great stay at Courtyard by Marriott Melbourne Flagstaff Gardens. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the city and next to Flagstaff Gardens. The area is quiet and pleasant, and it’s within walking distance to Queen Victoria Market, the Free Tram Zone, and many CBD attractions. I especially want to highlight the front desk service — the staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful. During check-in, they kindly offered us an early check-in, which made the experience even better and saved us a lot of waiting time. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the surrounding environment was not noisy at all, so we had a really good rest. Overall, it was a very positive experience with great value for money. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Melbourne!

The layout of two bedrooms, one living room and two bathrooms is very square, and the facilities are also very complete. The kitchen and washing and drying machine are especially good, which is very suitable for families with children. The experience of staying in a room in a star hotel is better.

It should be a hotel made by an apartment building. In fact, the overall is quite good, but there is a room in the **** room without air conditioning. It is a bit too hot in summer. The location is not bad, the hotel is quite clean

Pros: 1️⃣ Great location: Very close to Southern Cross Station, and there's a bus stop right downstairs with direct routes to Carlton Gardens, Bourke Street, etc. It's also convenient for Vline and Skybus, and Queen Victoria Market is within walking distance. 2️⃣ Modern environment: It's a very new hotel, and the overall view is quite nice. The breakfast view even gives off a bit of a Central Park vibe. There's a water station offering still and sparkling water. 3️⃣ Breakfast: It was decent, acceptable. Cons: 1️⃣ Breakfast: I stayed for 6 days, and the breakfast selection was exactly the same every single day – no variety at all. It could definitely be richer, and perhaps offer some noodles or other options. The hotel also offers dinner, which tastes good but has limited choices. 2️⃣ Room: A bit small. Like other Australian hotels, it doesn't provide toiletries or slippers. 3️⃣ Service: It was okay. Sometimes they'd forget to restock supplies.

This was a solo trip, and the space was surprisingly large! It even had two TVs, though unfortunately, you couldn't connect to YouTube. Inside the built-in cabinet, there was a washer and dryer, and they even provided two packets of laundry detergent (a huge blessing for travelers!). There was also a coffee machine, but the water reservoir looked like it had seen a lot of use, so I didn't dare use it. Other amenities included a toaster, microwave, kettle, and a fridge. I appreciated the full-length mirror in the room. The bed was large and very comfortable, and there was even a sliding door in the middle, which made me feel even more secure sleeping alone. The bathroom sink wasn't well-designed; water kept splashing out. Housekeeping came in daily for cleaning and replenishment (though they didn't restock the laundry detergent). It's a short walk to the free tram, but the surrounding area has convenient transportation. Overall, I had a really good experience.

Well located just outside CBD but convenient and quiet. Most of all full amenities provided for comfort kettle and coffee tea as well as hair dryer. Reasonable size of room with sun block curtain. There are diverse of international restaurants to suit all. Victoria market is just 4 stops tram away. Daily housekeeping, shared kitchen and self laundry service are available too.
