The location is very convenient, just in dockland, melbourne centre30 Road is eight minutes away, very clean and well equipped.

The apartment boasts a great location, excellent facilities, and offers fantastic value for money. Its comprehensive amenities, including a supermarket conveniently located right next door, make it perfect for self-catering and cooking meals. It's truly an ideal choice for family travel.

It should be a hotel made by an apartment building. In fact, the overall is quite good, but there is a room in the **** room without air conditioning. It is a bit too hot in summer. The location is not bad, the hotel is quite clean

This is a decent hotel overall. It's great for longer stays as it comes with a washing machine, cooking utensils, and dishes. There was a bit of noise from the floor above, which was slightly bothersome at night during peak days like Friday to Sunday. The garden on the middle floor was a nice spot for a short walk.

The hotel is in a good location and everything feels very new. It seems like some of the finishing work, such as the painting, may not be fully completed yet. The staff were very nice and friendly. The coffee machine in the room also looked brand new, but unfortunately it didn’t seem to be working properly. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay.

The hotel is conveniently located, everything is within walking distance, close to the free tram circle, Marvel Stadium (we attended a Lady Gaga concert), Victoria Market, and convenient Sky Bus connections to the airport and train station. There's a supermarket and numerous cafes serving every cuisine imaginable nearby! The hotel is basic, but the bed is very comfortable and the room has everything you need.
