The room is very small, the bed is about 90cm, it is easy to fall off the bed when turning over. In South Africa, almost all hotels do not have slippers and toiletries, you need to bring your own.
The breakfast is expensive, but it is very average.
At first, I thought the hotel was okay, not too satisfied but not to the point of complaining, but on the last night I was very dissatisfied! From 1:00 to 5:00 in the morning, the toilet was very smelly, and the smell was not dissipated in the room. I tried to flush the toilet several times but it didn't help, so I didn't sleep all night. After I complained by phone in the morning, the manager said he would come, but he didn't come. This feeling is very, very bad! ! ! !

This is my second time returning to the hotel after my first trip. They remembered my name as I arrived which shows great attention to detail with customer care. I upgraded to the suite for this particular visit and honestly it was a great decision. Look forward to visiting them again when I go back to South Africa in a year’s time.
