The location of this amazing and lobby is huge and very clean. The staff was very helpful we didnt like our room not because it was dirty but we just had an off vibe toward it and they showed us 3 room and i asked for a specific room upgrade and it wasnt available they give me a higher room for same price that they gave me for the one i choose.

If you're carrying luggage, there's no sidewalk leading to the hotel, which is quite inconvenient. There's also a lot of traffic, so you need to be careful. The hotel offers a free tuk-tuk every half hour, and the drivers are very friendly. One time, even though we had missed the departure time, a driver kindly gave us a ride to Thong Lo station when he saw us walking. The room was spacious enough, and the bed was large. The cleanliness could be improved a bit. The staff were friendly. The room had toothbrushes, slippers, a microwave, and a refrigerator. There's a large 7-Eleven just a 2-minute walk to the right from the lobby entrance.

The only issue with this hotel was the slow Wi-Fi. If you're staying here, you might need an unlimited data plan. The entire hotel staff was incredibly proactive and attentive, and they could communicate in basic Chinese. We checked in around 3 or 4 AM, and all our check-in documents were already prepared for us, making the process very efficient. The lobby can help receive food deliveries and packages, and collection is also very meticulous and convenient. The room space was ample. Although the facilities were visibly a bit dated, they were very well-maintained. There were quite a few mirrors, and when my friend expressed some concern about the room's decor, they promptly helped us adjust it. The bathroom had a slight odor, but it was within an acceptable range. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs from the hotel, and the location is very close to both the BTS and the Airport Rail Link, making it very convenient to get to the city center.

Because my flight arrived late, I chose an international hotel chain which felt more reliable. The room definitely had a dark, 'old money' aesthetic. It's quite convenient for getting to shopping malls. The pool is small and located on the rooftop.

The hotel has very spacious rooms that are fully equipped with furniture, basic kitchenware, washing machine with dryer and iron/air table. The room is excellent and can be an outstanding if the furniture is renewed. Honestly, the only comment on the room is the old wooden furniture (yet it's good) and the need for refurbishment and renewal of bathroom design to be more aligned with the hotel image. One of the outstanding things that the hotel offers for guests ( mainly Muslims) is that it provides Qibblah direction in the room ( can be found in the working desk drawer). Hotel location is very excellent and within walking distance from many major shopping malls, like world central that's only 5 minutes walking distance.

I stayed for 3 nights. The location is good, but it's a bit of a walk from the nearest BTS station, which was a little tough with a large suitcase. However, it's easy to get around by calling a motorcycle taxi via Grab. Although it's one of the lower-tier Hilton brands, the breakfast exceeded my expectations with a great variety and delicious food.

The hotel is located in the Sukhumvit area. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. During my first stay, the room was nice and well equipped with everything I needed, including large bottles of shampoo and body wash, a hair dryer, a kettle, tea and coffee, a wardrobe, and a small working area. However, my experience during my second stay was not quite as good. There was a small hole in the door, which made me feel a little uncomfortable, although it was not possible to see through it from outside. The sink was also clogged. The staff were very helpful and immediately sent someone to fix it. When it could not be repaired, they kindly upgraded me to a family room. Despite the issues with the room, I was very impressed with how the staff handled the situation and took care of me. The location is also convenient, with a 7-Eleven and several restaurants nearby. I would stay here again if I needed to attend a meeting in this area. The only downside is that the surrounding area can feel a little unsafe or uncomfortable when walking alone at night.

I booked two executive rooms at the Mandarin Hotel for a family trip, and it was honestly better than expected. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and packed with great amenities.. having complimentary coffee and daily room refills was a huge plus! The breakfast was fantastic, with a fresh and wide variety every morning. The staff were super friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Location-wise, it's perfect: right across the street from Samyan and close to Chinatown, Lumpini Park, MBK, and ICONSIAM. I will definitely stay at the Mandarin Hotel again on my next visit to Bangkok! A special thanks to the staff and the maid teams; you guys are super nice! 😊

The bathroom could also use more attention to detail, as I noticed some spider webs. One thing to be aware of is that the hotel appears to be popular with China groups, and the lobby was often quite busy. Had a fantastic stay! They offer not just breakfast, but also late-night snacks, and the late-night spread was incredibly generous. I booked this place for two nights. I saw other reviews saying the accommodation was clean, but for me, the bathroom was quite dirty, as if the housekeeper hadn't cleaned it at all. There were stain marks on the walls and the sink was also stained. However, the duvet and bedsheets were quite clean. On the second night, the housekeeper forgot to provide towels, so I called reception to request some. But after a long wait, no one brought them up, so my partner had to go down to get them himself. The towels for the second night also had a musty smell. The swimming pool and gym were pretty decent for the price. I booked a room with breakfast, and the breakfast was fine. The staff at the restaurant provided excellent service; they were very cheerful, especially a female staff member who took great care of us, and the male staff member who drove us to the main road was also very helpful. Overall, it was quite okay, but I have to deduct points for the cleanliness of the bathroom, as it seemed the housekeeper hadn't cleaned the walls at all.
