It says that there will be reception from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and call for service the rest of the time. As a result, I did not check in at 4 o'clock in the evening, there was no one in the reception room, the door was locked, and no one answered the service phone, so I could not contact Ctrip to solve it.
