This is my second time staying here. The location is very good, right next to Freedom Square, close to the river and the old city, and the room is very good. There is only one drawback. We are two people traveling, and we booked 2 identical rooms, one with 2 breakfasts and the other without breakfast, which would save some money. As a result, the hotel said that this room only has one person staying, so there can only be one breakfast, and the person in the other room paid for three days of breakfast. I guess it’s a math problem or something. But the hotel also allows one room to check out at 7 pm, which is also for our consideration.

Absolutely excellent! It completely justifies its high price with top-notch facilities, a fantastic pool, a well-equipped gym, and a prime location. This is easily the best hotel of my trip. Just a heads-up, it's expensive!

A new, stylish hotel in Tbilisi. It has an interesting layout, as it's located in the building of a former telegraph office. The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. The only downside is the communal tables. They offer nice toiletries in the room, and all the staff speak excellent English. The room service food is also great.

Very safe and clean star hotel, located in front of Ganqiao second-hand market, surrounded by cafes and parks. The room is a traditional chain star hotel, which makes people feel at ease. I like the swimming pool and sauna. There are always fruits, juices, snacks and coffee. I am very satisfied.

A very high standard hotel, located in the center of things and within walking distance of the Old City, the Peace Bridge, and Freedom Square. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful, and attentive. They upgraded our room to a river view room at no extra charge. The spa with a large pool and jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room was excellent and included in the room price. Breakfast was excellent. For those who observe kosher, a 2-minute walk from the hotel is a kosher restaurant called Mendis, and a 5-minute walk near the Great Synagogue in Tbilisi is another kosher restaurant called King David. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location is excellent, but it's too close to the office area. There have been recent parades, making traffic at the entrance extremely inconvenient. Bathroom supplies and mineral water were not replenished in a timely manner, which feels like a lack of service. The food and beverages were good, but the breakfast wasn't particularly rich for a hotel of this star rating. This may be due to the local environment, and I don't understand other star rating standards. Overall, apart from the location, the other services were not good, and I was still disappointed. ☹️ I will definitely not choose this hotel next time.

The hotel has the usual Marriott quality. The hardware is a little old and the lobby is a little small, but it does not affect the comfort of the stay. The breakfast is good and the location is excellent. The National Gallery, the Museum of Modern Art, the National Museum, and Freedom Square are all within a few steps. The Bell Tower and the Peace Bridge are also within half an hour's walk.

The hotel staff where friendly and polite but there was a lot of small issues. 1. Beside the fridge and kettle, there was only 1 plug, you had to unplug one to use the other. 2. In the room, a strip of tile had become unstuck from the floor, it was unsightly and you could easily cut yourself on the rough edges if walking around the room bare foot. Management should have taken care of this. 3. Everyday, we were awoken to loud music from the room next door. That's not the hotels fault per say, except to mention, maybe the walls are paper thin or this truly was the guest from hell. 4. On our last day, the hotel appeared to run out of hot water. The size of the room is not what was shown on the picture and I can't see how the hotel gained 4 stars. Probably 3* is a fair and accurare based on our room. The Wifi was excellent and the location is close to a lot of shops and things to do nearby so I feel it has both good and points and guests shouldn't be completely put off by my niggles.

Shota Rustavalli Boutique Hotel, Tbilisi, Georgia: The most luxe of our stay in our whirlwind, super-tiring travels through Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, we were looking forward to well-deserved pampering here and daily warm bath tub soaks. I’m one for authentic reviews so here goes. The start of our stay was terrible. Water was cut off in this part of town - mind you, we were next to the Parliament of Georgia, how dare they. So there was no water for the day. If you have just arrived, smelling far from English Gardens and sweaty, this is the end of your world. We were given mammoth water bottles for wipe downs. Water was up the next day. It isn’t the hotel’s fault, really. However, there were more shortcomings. We had full-day trips out of city and were too exhausted to complain. Our door didn’t open or close easily, like there was a misalignment. Room smells like sewage in the evening. Shower gel ran out and housekeeping didn’t top up. This was mortifying as we had an early day trip out and housekeeping didn’t start till 7.30 am as I was informed via Whatsapp, but reception said 9 am. AC is always parked at room temperature, sometimes warm. Pool, gym and sauna are out too and unannounced on site. I’m listing the litany of crimes so management can sort this out as the poor staff get the lambasting. Gocha was very sweet and explained as much as he could with the water cut-off. Ana was our thumbs-up favorite with 360-service recovery. She arranged for a birthday cake for my son. Also a complimentary bubbly breakfast. Also so kindly extended our check out time (although there was a power cut for a good hour, we were nonetheless grateful). The great merits here are the location – this is smack right in the city, we even stood next to the protestors at Parliament of Georgia. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, museums are all around, within a short walk. There’s 10% discount on dining and free Georgian wine (you’ll be drinking it like water in Georgia). It did all end on a very sweet note – thank you Ana. #eatstylishtravelstylish

After I gave Ana, Front Office Supervisor my Marriott Member# she gifted us with a free room upgrade. The Trip.com deal included breakfast which was a fantastic buffet. Staff all treated us with great service always with a smile. When our stay was over we said that the next time we needed a hotel in Tbilisi we would be back to the Courtyard.

Residing in this hotel in early October, the standard number was booked. Very convenient location, the most central city, all historical places in 10 minutes walk. We were given a room with view to the temple, the Narikala fortress and the statue of the Mother of Georgia. Very good breakfast, we will definitely return. Obligate to visit their restaurant on the terrace, with the best view in Tbilisi
