A well located accommodation on the Avenue of California. A lot of camping and ships. Deco is not available but very convenient and spacious apartment. Comfortable bedroom but the sofa in the lounge is unstable to sleep.

The room is small, the health is very good, the highlight is that the room can watch the sunrise and the sea without pain. Walking distance to the supermarket, there is a small train opposite the hotel to go directly to the airport. The restaurant downstairs is difficult to eat lightning protection.

酒店最大的問題是入住手續繁瑣，前台服務人員不是24小時，房間門需要密碼進入，所以就很繁瑣。設施比較新，地理位置也不錯，雖然不是面對大海，但是從側面陽台可以看到大海一部分。幸運的是在海邊大道找到一個晚8點至早8點的免費車位。前台服務很耐心的給講解入住停車等問題。

Bar not really cozy, also I think there was no manager for the catering part and if there was one.........well Ordered food on the terrace, no cutlery, no napkins with the food, Spumante not fresh..... Table next to us ordered 2 hamburgers, got 1, 2 the 10 minutes later..... We asked at the counter if we could eat at the pool above, NO, due to the bad weather no food on the 6th, around 4 pm we come swimming 6th floor, all tables are set, then we think we will quickly make a reservation, but no already fully booked. ????? All this was very well handled by a girl called Emanuela, who did her job well, for example with glass and with the bottle at the table pouring (worth 5 stars), Attention for our child (9 years) etc and 2 aperitifs on the house. But the damage was done....

The most obvious advantage of the hotel is its location. You can see the sea right outside, which is quite comfortable. There are also many restaurants to choose from around. There are no minefields in the room. The price-performance ratio is ok. I went there during the off-season. The front desk also asked if I wanted to upgrade to a sea view room at a discounted price.

It's almost a perfect hotel spa! Every detail in the spa room is captivating – a must-try! However, the hotel as a whole felt a bit small, with not many usable public areas. The rooms were also a bit of a surprise; the layout and views were vastly different. Initially, we were assigned a poorly lit room with very little natural light, almost making us feel oppressed. But after some discussion, they changed us to a room with a small balcony, although it faced the opposite building with no view. The infrastructure was truly well-designed, with various thoughtful details. But honestly, for the price, it didn't feel worth it; it was one of the most uncomfortable things I've ever paid for recently. The overall service seemed enthusiastic, but you could still feel the discrimination against Asian faces. I felt inexplicably unable to relax; it was actually two uncomfortable days. The most welcoming and friendly service was at check-in, but there was no hotel tour as promised, and at check-out, we waited a long time and were almost completely ignored. The hotel is located in the old town, and even Uber drivers said they couldn't drive in, making it difficult to carry luggage. When leaving, I inquired about using the buggy service (I had a lot of luggage) to get to the nearby La Pierre-Rousse Hotel (the small car should only take three minutes), but they explicitly stated no, only a fixed pick-up and drop-off point. The only assistance they could offer was to call a taxi (but even with my efforts, it would only take a few minutes on foot, so why would I need a taxi?). Having just come from an Aman resort last week, I really felt the service was vastly different. Aman is more expensive, but the service always makes you feel truly worthwhile. This place clearly wasn't.

The breakfast was delicious, and the service was friendly and prompt. Unfortunately, the streets were extremely noisy on the second night, making it almost impossible to sleep from midnight until dawn. Of course, this is beyond the hotel's control. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had an excellent time at the hotel du Pin in Nice. The hotel was very clean, close to the beach, restaurants and the marina. The staff were amazing specially Raphael at the reception desk. He gave us good info on places and restaurants to visit. The only downside was the breakfast menu, very limited but still okay. The eggs were only served as omelet which was horrible, they could at least try to serve fried or boiled eggs too. Apart from the breakfast everything was great. I would recommend this hotel in Nice 👍🏼

The hotel has got a prefect location in the Nice centre and offers some unique facility - roof swimming pool and seats for the tan. We had just a one serious problem in the bathroom - water have spread out from the douche pipe apart the main spray so we can not use it. We waited for 3 days since our claim while they fix it. Pity.

The location was ok. The staff were friendly enough. However, our room was really tight for a 3 single bed room. The table was not big enough for 3 people's stuff. The airconditioning was not working so we had to open the window to cool the room or else it was so hot inside. Unfortunately, when the window was opened there were various noises you could hear like dog barking, the train passing, drunk men shouting and loud conversations by people shouting. The lift was tiny and there was only one, so we just had to wait for our turn when it was busy. The breakfast was ok. Overall, the place is very average, dont expect much.
