The apartment is located in a secure complex and guests have access to 3 pools, two of which are heated and an under-cover bbq area next to the pools. Access is up a short set of stairs. The lock-up garage is not suitable for vehicles as it houses the bikes, kayaks and paddle-boards. So, if you require undercover parking, this place will not suit you. There are three on-site guest parks, usually you'll find one of these available and also usually plentiful free street parking immediately outside or in close proximity to the apartment.

Guests are welcome to use the bicycles (2 adult and 2 child (and maybe a couple more) and kayaks (2 adult singles and 2 child singles) and other equipment including a beach cricket set, scooters and boogie boards.
