You can try the small hot pot, the butter tea in the ******* breakfast set, the afternoon English tea and the pepper crispy beef ribs (crispy outside and tender inside) in the Chinese restaurant. The ingredients are fresh, the workmanship is fine, and the taste is delicious. 4: The hotel upgraded the room type, provided extra bed service and pick-up service for free. Absolutely gorgeous villa style hotel with great service provided by Eve and her colleagues. Eve was responsive and checked in with us to ensure that we had all we needed for a stay. The housekeeping team was also prompt with our requests. Buggy can take a while to arrive during breakfast peak hours. You could tell that the room heater had been turned on hours pre-arrival to welcome its guests warmly. Room had a beautiful mountain view and the toilets were huge. Though we had some issues with opening and closing the sliding door at the toilet it, wasnt too big an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting jiuzhaigou!

The most expensive hotel in this National Day trip to Chengdu, but still a treasure hotel that is worth the money. The reasons for recommendation are as follows: ⚓️🎢Location & Tour It is a 20-minute drive from Jiuzhaigou, so we booked this hotel after visiting Jiuzhaigou. After all, it is still a little far from the entrance of the valley... The hotel is in Huamei Shengdi Scenic Area, so we arranged a tour of Zhongchagou the next day. The experience can be rated full marks💯 🏔️🏯Environment & Facilities The design of Hotel Indigo is a highlight. I have been to Hotel Indigo in Shanghai before and it has a strong sense of design. This hotel is also adapted to local conditions. The design theme is the sacred eagle culture of the ******* area. It is great, and there are themed artworks everywhere 🎈🛍️Service The hotel provides butler service, Andy Hu provided a lot of help, thank you very much, helped to delay the check-out, arranged the hotel's travel photography activities, very satisfied 👍 The service staff encountered during the stay were very sincere, very nice and responsive, thumbs up 👍 🏮🎁Food & Food Dinner: Experienced the ******* stone pot chicken, the price is not cheap but the taste is superb, waited for a long time, but the moment I ate the food was really super satisfying, the chicken was very tender, the soup base was also very rich, the dipping sauce was amazing, both spicy and non-spicy tastes are delicious, highly recommended Breakfast: You must try breakfast, it's too rich, tried all kinds of local food, I like yak yogurt + tsampa + honey bread the most, the honey is still hanging on the board of honey 🍯, pure and original ecology Help improve some small suggestions: 1. The hotel is integrated with the scenic area, so it is hard to tell whether it is inside or outside the hotel. Building 2 is arranged, a little distance from the lobby, but you can only switch from the 2nd floor, and you are lost when you walk to the 1st floor 2. The hotel restaurant displays cultural and creative products for sale. Although they are beautiful, I have no desire to buy them. A bag costs more than 100 yuan, which feels like a robbery.

Had a wonderful stay at Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort! It is one of the most beautiful hotels that I’ve stayed. Room is nice and big. On a side note, I would like to convey my appreciation for the hospitality Mr Andy (Restaurant Manager) showed to my family. My family and I were having dinner at one of the restaurants outside of the hotel and it was a really bad experience - long wait for food (which they over promised), poor service and mediocre food. Hence, my dad went back to the hotel for another light meal+drinks and met Mr Andy and was casually chatting with him about the experience we had. Upon hearing his experience, Mr Andy was apologetic and wanted to make up for the poor experience - he didn’t have to be because it was not within the hotel’s purview. The next morning, he made a note to his team and ensured that my family had sufficient light bites to be taken to Jiuzhaigou. His hospitality is beyond amazing. Thank you Hilton and Andy for the great and memorable experience at your hotel.

It is absolutely right to choose Banyan Tree Hotel for Jiuzhaigou tourism. The hotel itself is a tourist attraction. I stayed there for three nights this time. I played in the hotel on the top of the mountain for the first two days. The colorful forests on the top of the mountain are all red in this season. I get up every morning to watch the sunrise and sea of ​​clouds, and go hiking in the forest opposite after breakfast. On the third day, I went down the mountain to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, but I think it is worth living on the mountain and driving more than two hours to and from Jiuzhaigou. Next time I will still choose Banyan Tree Jiuzhaigou. When I checked out on the last day, Xiao Yang at the front desk gave us a small gift.

The overall accommodation experience of the hotel is pretty good. The rooms are well-equipped, warmly decorated and comfortable, and we feel at ease staying here. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and ready to help, which makes us feel good service. However, the master who handles the room problem is a bit rude. The hotel is located in a remote area, and there are no restaurants and shops around. You can only choose the services in the hotel for eating and shopping, otherwise you need to take a car for about 20 minutes to reach the nearest business district. During our stay, the toilet in one of our rooms was blocked, and we had to go downstairs to use it temporarily, which was a little inconvenient. However, the positive attitude of the hotel staff made the overall experience still pleasant, suitable for travelers who like a quiet environment.

The suite we booked has a 1.8-meter bed and a 1-meter bed inside, and a 1.5-meter bed outside. It is enough for the whole family to sleep. There is also a desk inside. The location is 2.4 kilometers away from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. You can take a taxi for 10 or 20 yuan. Taxis are a bit expensive, but the hotel service is ok. Any problems can be solved. However, it is recommended to give some instructions. The hotel phone is a separate line, and it is a bit strange to call the front desk, but it works. The hygiene is ok, and the breakfast is also ok. It is okay if you don’t have high requirements for traveling. It’s just that the quality of some guests is average. They smoke in the restaurant and sometimes in the corridor, and no one stops them. Maybe the locals think it’s nothing. There are restaurants nearby. The barley cakes and beef noodles at Beef Noodle King are good. High cost performance. The room facilities feel a bit old, not like they have just been renovated. Maybe they just painted the walls, but overall it’s okay.

The whole staff at the reception was very benevolent. Compared to the chosen level of the room, I expected more cleanliness. The comfortable bedding smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast was served to us in the room, it lacked a second stool to be comfortable. So I can't comment on the breakfast buffet. I also don't know if the reception staff speaks English. The entrance to the valley is less than a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is located near restaurants.

We stayed one night here. The location is very good. Very near to the scenic area. The receptionist very nice and kind, especially Liu Yu (forgot to ask her name but I got her name from her colleague). Not sure whether she still remembers us, but we are the guest who check out on 27/11/24. Breakfast was good too.

The housekeeper contacted us in advance to ask where we needed help, and cared about the stay experience and travel precautions along the way, which was very good. The room is relatively large, the bed is also large, the bedding is very comfortable, the hotel breakfast is rich and diverse, and the soup pot for dinner is also warm and stomach-warming. I strongly recommend the yak beef soup pot, which is worth a try and I will stay again in the future!
