Booked a hotel for one night! The food in the restaurant is very delicious! The breakfast is also very delicious! The overall price/performance ratio is very good! Especially recommended for cyclists, it is possible to buy a favorite bicycle (free of charge). Will come back to the hotel next time!

We received a complimentary room upgrade to a larger room. The hotel's location is excellent. We accidentally left behind a gold bracelet and a valuable gemstone ring. A hotel staff member found them and handed them over to the front desk for safekeeping. I only realized they were missing a day later when I was at a hotel in Zhuhai. When I called the hotel's front desk, they confirmed the items were safe and sound. I suggested to the hotel management that they should promptly call guests to notify them of lost items. Today, I took a taxi back to the hotel in Zhongshan to retrieve them. Ally, the duty manager, accepted my suggestion with sincere and honest demeanor, agreeing that guests should be informed immediately. They even reimbursed my taxi fare for the round trip.

A very spacious room and a kind size bed way enough for two people. The room is quiet but the it’s a bit too hot even when we tried to turn down the temperature to 16 degrees. One major problem is water leakage. After showering, the water leaked into the toilet area and the bathroom, making puddles everywhere. Would consider staying here again if there are attractive offers.

We have heard of Zhongshan hot spring resort and finally we got a chance to spend time here. The rooms are spacious, the bed is huge. All the staff is very supportive, including front desk and cleaners. The mini bus driver offered us a ride and took us to and fro the mountain. There is no need to say, that everything is nice and clean in the rooms. The breakfast was very good. Hot springs met our expectations. Everything was really nice and clean. Sauna and pools are great, we stayed as family and all of us including kids enjoyed it. Would we come back and recommend the place? Definitely, Yes! Thanks a lot to all the staff and see you later!

The hotel felt a bit lifeless during our stay, with little going on inside and even less to explore in the surrounding area. It’s not ideal for those hoping to immerse themselves in the local scene or enjoy lively hotel amenities. Breakfast was average at best, with a limited selection and barely any other guests around, which made the dining area feel oddly empty and uninspired. There was a lack of energy overall, and the atmosphere bordered on dull. While the rooms were fine for resting, we found ourselves wishing we had booked somewhere with a bit more personality and better location perks. Probably wouldn’t return unless we had a very specific reason to be in that area.

This hotel is located in an old district full of local charm, and as soon as we checked in, we felt a warmth and vibrancy different from the new city. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, proactively telling us about the old streets and attractions worth visiting nearby, and thoughtfully recommending some long-standing local eateries to try, which gave us a clear direction for exploring this old part of town. The next morning, the hotel even provided a complimentary exquisite breakfast. Not only was the presentation lovely, but the taste was also excellent, especially the local specialty dim sum, which allowed us to experience the local flavors right from the start of the day. The location truly couldn't be better! The hotel is surrounded by various shops and supermarkets, making it super convenient for shopping. Just outside, there are interwoven alleyways filled with street food stalls and restaurants everywhere, offering authentic local delicacies from morning till night, giving a full taste of local life. Transportation is also very convenient; it's quick and easy to get to various attractions or commercial areas in the city by taxi, so you don't need to worry about getting around. If you enjoy staying somewhere with a local vibe, where dining and getting around are convenient, this hotel would be an excellent choice!

The facilities and amenities are great, and the location is excellent. They have automatic blinds, and I loved the music in the shower – it really helped relax me after a long day. The front desk staff even gave me a free coffee voucher! The coffee was fantastic, and the restaurant served healthy and delicious food. The laundry service was a huge plus; they delivered my clean clothes right to my room for free! No more worrying about laundry when traveling. I'll definitely be back next time.

Great hotel in downtown Zhongshan! The location is very convenient and the room is quiet and comfortable. There’s a laundry room with machines, and if you’re not around, you can leave a card and the staff will help wash your clothes. From 9:30 to 11:00 PM, they also offer warm porridge as a late-night snack, which is a nice touch. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. But considering the excellent price advantage I got, it was a good value for a one-night stay.

The location is great for Zhongshan Hotspring Golf Club for golf. Quiet neighbourhood, staff are friendly and helpful. No house phone but not a problem as we were connected with housekeeping and front desk via WeChat. Nice to be able to sit and chat in the courtyard for a drink in the evening. Although there is no restaurant service except pre-ordered breakfast (which we enjoyed), there are a few nice restaurants nearby and small cafes in the village.
