The entrance was beautiful ! the room was amazing it was a great idea to put the TV infront of the bedroom but kind of you should clean the bathroom the food was luxury we love this room and hotel so much because this hotel is luxury this is a nice place to stay in this hotel and room

Basic amenities. Good reception with courteous service. By& B system and room has everything that a business traveler needs, except coffee pot in room. Easy reach from airport and centrally located for sightseeing for tourists and temple goers (Uchipillayaar, Thiruvanaikaval, SriRangam and Gunaseelam). Good facilities for short meets at reception itself. WiFi is good. Usable only in rooms.

Morning breakfast is good, and staff treating to guest nicely. Latha and John taking care very much, Last visit we requested Muffins and cakes in the morning breakfast and tis visit I seen thanks. Overall hotel stay is good. Hotel environment is liked. Hotel rooms executive is fine and upto the mark, but one suggestion add Flexible hose shower Handel for good shower. Thanks Aravind mirajkar.

Stayed one night on May 19th. Booked for 2 of us with a request for smoke free and quite room. Gokul at the reception was very unfriendly. Despite our request he gave a room facing the main bus stand where traffic never stops. We found cockroaches in the bathroom and the room. There was no hot water for the shower. There was no in room phone system to call and complain. There were just two towels to be used for all purpose. The bed was in a bad shape. Making noise when we sit and turn while sleeping. There was no bed spread either! Overall the stay was a disaster. We informed next day morning to Mr. Renganathan at the reception. The breakfast was good and that was one reason for my giving 1*. Facility ***ager (?) called me half an hour after I checked out and apologized for my inconvenience. I was misled by the good rating shown when I choose the facility.

Location: Hotel is situated at a very good location with access to transportation & options for food & shopping nearby. The parking is small & inadequate when there was a party in one of their halls. The security staff was considerate & ***aged the available parking. Room: We had taken two rooms, the rooms are compact & don't have any specific view but more a government building view. The room is not spacious & looks more apt for a business stay. The bed was ok & bathrooms clean. Food: The complimentary breakfast was limited in options. They have tried to keep options but could have been better for the price. Service: The staff tried to support as much feasible & appreciate their efforts. Overall: This is a good business hotel but given an option i will prefer to try out other hotels in the area.
